BUT, let me tell you while giving major praise and satisfaction thanks to Todd, the owner of Windows, Doors & More. His crew showed up 30 minutes prior to start time every day! I say "crew" BUT, these guys were true Craftsman and I mean Craftsman. The Team, Steve, Jacob, Ian, and Bill worked together like a fine tuned machine. A look and a nod in the place of words. WOW. Their personalities made it actually nice to have them around and working on my home. If you have a question, they stop what their doing, follow you, and listen intently with a true response. They even took extra care to help me and be certain my wood blinds would fit the new windows. Extra trim required, Not a problem. I look at these windows and completed installation with pleasing amazement. I'm not kidding, everything looks and operates beautifully. For a guy that's hard to please, I couldn't be happier. Also, their pricing is more than competitive and their products are top rated when you do the investigation. I kept getting told that they were waiting for parts but everything was ready. From quote to finish was almost six months for five windows. My complaint was the lack of respect Todd gave me. He refused to give me an invoice or even stop by to see if I enjoyed my experience. I know this outfit has a great reputation but for me I'll go with a company that is courteous and professional when I do the rest of my windows.

Coming to them for help with a system that was partially working and my knowledge at the lower end of the scale they explained any questions I had, which were numerous, and they did it with patience and respect. Typical used RV salesman will tell you any thing they think you want to hear in order to make the sale. At first the smooth salesman was very attentive to all my questions to build my trust. Then after traveling across the country to make the purchase I found I was lied to about several details. One of which I was told their dealership installed a brand new air conditioner on the roof. Guess what? It quit working 2 days later on my way home. I removed the cover to find out why, it was extremely dirty, and ran the serial numbers by Dometic. They told me the unit is 6 years old. So I called Stream RV about my findings. I was then told "it was a used unit they took in on trade in from another customer that had Stream RV replace". Hmm wonder why they traded it in on a new one??? Could it be that it was on its last legs? Then we get the owner of Stream RV Jason involved. He says "sorry you had so many expensive problems, but you bought it as is." His own salesman admitted he should have told me it was a used A/C unit after he got caught in several lies. As far as I'm concerned they are both crooks. It all starts at the top! Whatever you decide to do is your choice. If you do buy from Stream RV, VERIFY do NOT believe anything they say. Save yourself the trouble and buy from some body else. People who do business like they do not deserve to be in business. Hind sight is 20/20 vision, I wish I could have seen before making the purchase from Stream RV. I hope to save you from the trouble I went thru.
