They didn't have their own truck (were late because they had to pick up a moving truck from U-Haul),tools or furniture tarps, so they needed to use my tools to disassemble and reassemble my furniture. Upon moving out the younger and more inexperienced mover dropped my dresser drawers from the 5-drawer dresser and 3 of the drawers cracked. I was promised they would be repaired or the dresser entirely replaced and have not heard from the owner/movers in a year. I even tipped them because I was in a bind and needed to move quickly. But as the old saying goes "you get what you pay for", this definitely wasn't worth the damage to my furniture and no additional follow-up. I would not recommend this moving company to anyone. I could've rented a truck myself and paid some friends in pizza and beer for better service
