We have used them since that time, and have always found Darren and his workers (Brian, Reuben) are great to deal with and take good care of our pool. They show up every week and provide our pool with a lot of time and attention. They clean everything like the skimmer bucket and the pump area, scrub and skim the pool surface, and ensure the pH levels are properly balanced. We have a salt water pool and it always looks fabulous! There was one time recently where our pool suddenly turned green. My husband contacted the owner and he came over the same day and immediately remedied the pH levels and it was back to normal in no time! I feel he is always responsive to us, and I could only say positive things about the services we've received and the experiences we've had! As the cherry on top, I feel he is very reasonably priced too!

George and the team at Oasis Pool Solutions provide great service at a fair price and I recommend…read morethem unconditionally. I've had four service companies work on my Hobe Sound pool; five if you count the fella with a felony warrant out of Ft. Pierce. None compare to Oasis Pool Solutions. This company does what they say they will do: First, they show up on the day they say they will at the same approximate time. (This is important just in case you've ever had one of your cleaners show up super late during a private evening pool rendezvous.) Then, they carefully check the chemistry numbers, balance the water chemicals, empty strainers/pump baskets, scrub tiles, and vacuum the bottom. Sometimes when our crew doesn't use the pool for a week, they test and only add a bit of cal hypo. But get this: they use the extra time to do a deep cleaning. Other times, I've had 40 or so of my closest friends over for a darty and for Oasis Pool Solutions, its just another sunny day in South Florida. Nothing phases them - they've seen it all and they make sure your pool is ready for tomorrow's darty! In the past, I've experienced everything from burned out pumps clogged with leaves and underwear, tadpoles, Petri dish water, filthy tiles coated with ???, overdue filter media, sand and toys swirling the floor drain, the occasional sunken wedding ring (and prolly marriage), and other miscellaneous leaking systems. Other companies always seem to cut corners trying to save money on chemicals or time... and it always shows. As you probably know, sometimes they don't even show up, but always seem to send the invoice on time. George's team came in and they will treat your pool as if it were their own. They have shown zero temptation to corral the floating bar for a bit of tequila sunrise or a gin fizzy. Don't laugh, it happens. When they are done servicing, they email you a picture of the clean and tidy pool which is very helpful if you operate multiple vacation rentals. They are thorough, conscientious, professional, on time, and fairly priced. Hopefully they service your party pool because they will be the last pool service / repair company you will need to hire. Why look any further than George and the team at Oasis Pool Solutions?

I've had them for about three months now and my pool has never looked better! Chris shows up around the same time every Thursday (even when it's raining buckets) and does a very thorough job. Between him and the owner, Jessica answering my calls each time (once on a weekend) and her patience with all my questions, they seem to truly care about their customers, which is really hard to find nowadays. I also appreciate the report they email me each week. If you want a Pool company with good work ethic, do yourself a favor and hire Mahalo Pool Service.

Carl, the greedy owner, is an unpleasant human, will sell you a false bill of goods, & then disappear like the shady shyster that he is. The pool has literally been a money pit. With each and every problem, Carl was not only rude and dismissive to our builder, but personally insulted us because he was too lazy to finish the project properly.
