I know they also do weddings and updos. Today I walked in and was greeted by Kathy and Sophie. Kathy is so personable, and can help you book appointments, buy gift certificates, and even help you find your way around the boutique and their new better-consignment section. I believe she helps order and run the boutique (I could be wrong and will update if needed). Sophie has a nutrition-wellness & life coaching business, and can even do tarot card readings while you get your do done. Today I picked up a wonderful crystal filled spray bottle of room spray that Sophie created that I already love! On the website look under "More of the Good Stuff" to see what Sophie offers. Both of these ladies will provide you with professional and kind service. Today I met Leslie for a facial.. what a special and caring person she is. She created such a relaxing and beautiful room to pamper her clients. The facial was so much more than a facial! I was immediately helped to relax. She took her time, massaged my head, shoulders and parts of my upper shoulders and back. I felt so taken care of and she was just lovely to chat with. I didn't realize just how much I needed this pampering and relaxation. I left feeling so happy & relaxed... from a booked facial! I'm still new to this salon so I imagine as I experience new services I can come back and update you. In addition to hair and skin care, nutritional services and life coaching, they have a masseuse and a red laser lit sauna! Extremely disappointing experience -- over $2,000 charged with no fair resolution…read more I am deeply disappointed with our experience with Elements Massage in Avon, CT. We moved to Seattle over a year ago, but our HSA account was unknowingly being charged automatically for our membership, accumulating over $2,000 in charges. When we discovered this, we reached out to the Avon location to resolve the issue. Initially, we were assured that our accumulated sessions could be credited and redeemed at any Elements Massage location nationwide. Relying on that statement, we attempted to book sessions at the Bellevue, WA location, but they refused to honor them. When we contacted the Avon studio again, the response was frustrating and dismissive. While the owner eventually offered to credit just 4 classes, they refused to honor or refund the remaining balance of the roughly 25 accumulated sessions we paid for. To make matters worse, our attempts to follow up further have resulted in disconnected calls, leaving us with no reasonable way to resolve a significant financial dispute. We are not asking for free services; we are simply seeking a fair resolution for over $2,000 automatically billed to our HSA while living thousands of miles away. We are formally requesting a complete accounting of all charges, an explanation of the continued billing after our move, and a fair remedy for the full balance of paid, unused sessions. If this cannot be resolved directly, we will take the necessary formal and legal steps to recover our funds. Please closely monitor your account and recurring HSA charges if you hold a membership here, and ensure any verbal promises regarding transfers or session roll-overs are documented in writing.

I am in LOVE!! I had the pleasure of having Kristen! Who was highly recommended to me, now I see for very obvious reasons! She was very clear and upfront about pricing during our consultation. Kristen gave me a discount for being a first timer their! She asked what my goals were and took the time to 100% understand what I wanted for an outcome. I didn't feel rushed and I'm a very nervous and anxious person so I was asking a lot of questions and started feeling like I was talking too much but never felt she was annoyed by my many questions! Also when I've had consultations other places they picked apart my face saying "I could use this there and that there" that I never felt I needed. I felt these other places just saw me as a money ticket! Kristen was not trying to sell me anything else even when I asked her about other things I feel is wrong she honestly answered I'm not in need of that (which I know I'm not but hey I'm a girl and knit pick on everything on myself) so I loved feeling like she didn't see me as money but as a person who she wanted to help enhance what I really wanted. Which is special! I'm a hairdresser so I understand consultations and even took a few tips from her patience and understanding of my wants! I am a BABY with pain!!! Kristen gave me a couple options to help with my fear of pain. I went in with a panic attack (not because of them I'm just a very anxious person and going somewhere for my first time is very nerve wrecking) but from the man I spoke to on the phone who was beyond accommodating and the woman at the front desk who was very welcoming then sitting in the room with Kristen it was like I completely felt like I've known them and my anxiety was gone! I've had my lips done before, and I can't express enough how kristen was able to make it as painless as possible and the "tough parts" (keep in mind I'm a baby) she talked me through and was very honest about what was going to happen and did it on my time! Always making sure my comfort was a priority! The salon was beautiful and comfortable with a zen like vibe! I can't say enough about my whole experience. I can't wait to see kristen again! Defiantly my to-go to girl!!! NOT TO MENTION!!!! My lips are EXACTLY how I wanted them! The pout, the lining, where I wanted the volume, everything!
