I put the request up on Yelp and David from Swift responded quickly. He came out the very next day to quote us. He took a look around and provided a very reasonable quote. It was hard to tell what was in there since some items we were keeping were still in there too. He gave us a max price, then said he could lower it if we took more out than expected. Once we cleared out what we needed to keep he was able to come out that weekend for us (a holiday weekend, no less!). David arrived with two others to do the clean-out. True to his word he was able to lower the price a little bit and grabbed some large tree limbs we had in the yard as well. They were earlier than stated (called to confirm that was ok, of course) and completed the job in 2 hours IN THE RAIN! They were very nice, came prepared with brooms, etc, to clean up after themselves, and worked quickly and carefully.
