Previously this year I had a lot of empty boxes cluttering up my garage. Junkman came and had them loaded and gone in no time. I am moving from a house I've lived in for 15 years. They dropped a 15-yd bin off last week for me to fill up with stuff I did not want to move. Today they came and hauled it away and filled another truck with an old piano, cabinet. etc. Less is better when moving. Kama gave me a bid last week and stuck to it today for both the bin and the truck. He and his helper were here at Noon as scheduled and gone by 1:00P I'll use them again next time I need junk hauled away. They're the best ! read more

Did a great job quick and reliable not cheap but quick and helpful and guys friendly and prompt ! Will use again... just remember not cheap ! read more

This was my first time using a company like this. First of all they were on time with a team of 2. I had enough junk for a full truck and they did a great job picking up the stuff and were very fast. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is I felt they rushed at the end and closed the truck doors before getting everything like it was full but I should have be more insistent about the remainder. With the amount I paid they should have made every effort but I'll know next time. I would definitely use them again. read more

These guys rock! Quick, professional and fair pricing. It's so nice to eliminate the junk! Will definitely be using these guys again soon.

THANK YOU SERGIO AND VICTOR!!!! I called junkman to help me in my time of need and they came through with swift efficiency! I needed my garage and backyard cleared out except for the extra paint and flooring for the new buyer of the house I'm selling. I called from out of state, they got over there same day, looked around and gave me a quote, charged me, and got the work done, AND sent me pictures of all the areas, BEAUTIFUL! I had peace of mind knowing the things I asked to be left, were left in the garage and they showed me in the pictures. Sergio called me to double-check and get clarification on what was to be removed and what I felt could stay. I feel like the weight of all that junk is lifted off my shoulders! they made the process so painless and easy. AWESOME JOB you guys. Also, the estimated quote I was given when I first called was spot on. The man asked me "About how many pick-up truck beds" the stuff would take up, and that allowed him to estimate the load size. So there were no surprises when I got the actual quote. read more

I just called for an estimate on a hot tub removal. Owner or person who answered phone was very professional and gave me more information than I needed. I unfortunately went with someone my dad knew but if I could go back I would've chosen the JunkMan to do the job. read more

My husband and I hired Junkman to remove some unwanted furniture right before we were set to close on the sale of our house. We selected them due to the many 5 Star reviews they had received. Unfortunately, we did not have a 5 Star experience with them. They caused nearly $30K in damages to our home - drywall, banister, and our flooring. They dragged the furniture onto the flooring, leaving multiple deep gouges. We ended up having to pay for all of the repairs ourselves, including replacing the flooring throughout the house. Lou, the president, did file an insurance claim right away and did apologize for the damage that his employees caused. However, he also blamed the COVID-19 pandemic for the fact that some of his regular employees refused to work, causing him to have to hire new people. One of the staff members who caused the damage at our house was supposedly on the job for the first day, but, according to Lou, the young man told him that he "had previous moving experience." I would have strongly preferred that Lou would have told me that they couldn't do the job, instead of taking a chance and sending unqualified workers. We nearly lost the sale of our home. We spent thousands of dollars of our own money to take care of the extensive damage, while hoping that we would get all of our money back from the insurance company. The Junkman put us in an incredible bind!!! Please think twice before giving them a chance at your business!!! read more
