I was looking to get quite a bit of junk removed from my backyard and driveway and had initially messaged someone else on Yelp, but Junk Solutions was listed as another recommended company to get a quote from so I did. They responded quickly and were almost HALF the price of what some companies were quoting. They beat everyone's price. I scheduled for them to pick up next day and they were at my home exactly at 11:30. Two men and a woman arrived. They were very kind and respectful. I ended up wanting to add more into the junk pile and was expecting them to charge at least $100 more, but nope, I was pleasantly surprised with what they quoted me for the extra. The first time I used Andre and his guys I was calling like 20 other dumpster/waste companies. They were all so sketchy sounding and confusing and couldn't even get to my house for like two days. Andre was there in a few hours, picked up when he said he would, and was very very transparent on all costs and pricing. He was MUCH cheaper than everybody else. The second time I used Andre it was like using a buddy. Even easier than the first time. One text, trailer is there. One more text, trailer is gone. They promptly replied to my Yelp request for a quote to remove a dinosaur of an old built-in fridge. We disassembled the front door panels ourselves , but the base was stuck. The owner himself came, on time, with a helper. The project turned out to be mega job, as the fridge was bolted and glued in place. What we all thought would take 30 minutes ended up taking 3 hours. They had to cut the fridge out of the wall, and finally removed it without damaging our kitchen. Amazingly, he kept the price he quoted-- even though it took 3X the time anticipated. Highly recommended for punctuality, honesty and hard work. Make sure you tip generously; they deserve every penny. read more

AMAZING!! Seriously, no kidding!! I needed to clear out my aunts home and was taking so many trips to the waste station, dump and thrift store I thought it would never end! My husband said he would take time off from work to help me with the big stuff but then I found Junk Solution. I sent out 4 quotes, at 6AM on a Saturday, to remove appliances, furniture, e-waste, donation items, mattresses with box springs and bags and bags of trash. Within 30 minutes Junk Solution gave me a quote, they indicated it would be from this amount ($) to that amount ($$) depending how much of their truck all this junk filled. At least I had an idea of what the cost would be and I didn't think it wasn't that much for all the stuff I had. They also indicated what time slots were available for that day and a few days later so I could plan my time, big help. I waited for the other quotes and finally got them back. One asked me how many regular truck beds I thought my junk would fill; how do I know? The other two wanted to come out see what I had and then give me a quote; no thanks. One of them had a nifty calculator (approximate) to give you an idea of the cost; well, by the time I had listed most of my items it was up to $900. Who knows what the actual cost would be. Andre sent his wonderful (yes, wonderful) crew over, they arrived on time and some how got ALL my junk into their truck and trailer. There was a lot of stuff. In about an hour everything was gone, such a great feeling! Instant relief and no more trips to the waste station or thrift store for me.
