Very pleasantly surprised at how punctual, responsive, and quick they were in taking our junk away. They only had 6 reviews when I contacted them through yelp, but that does not mean everything. They stuck to the original quote which they gave me over the phone which was lower than most and the same as another company's. Most other companies either want to come and see it first or they quoted around double what Junk Solution charged. I hope that you guys don't get too big too quick, raise your rates and then don't have time to respond as quickly. Andre and his crew of 4-5 were awesome to remove and haul away the contents of a unit in my triplex. The tenant who passed away was a hoarder. The interior was completely filled with boxes of books, magazines, stuffed toys, pot and pans, clothes, junks, empty boxes and bags, electronics, book cases, cabinets, bottles and bottles of cleaning supplies, detergents, etc. It was almost not passable inside the 2 story unit. The backyard was the same. It took two day for Junk Solution to haul everything away and now, thanks to him and the crew, it is completely empty. They even pulled the bushes out, dead plants, including heavy garden sculptures, washer, etc. Best of all is that Andre and his team were so accommodating and friendly and their fee was reasonable.
