He then told me he had to charge me a little more because of the weight of all my stuff. He worked for a few hours and told me he would return to get all the bags. It was at least 20 bags sitting where my garage was. I paid him in full because he did majority of the work. But then he stop returning my phone calls and he never called back. Harold returned and put the bags in the alley and then did a little more cleaning. Danny or Dan never called me again even after I called and texted him a few more times. He charged me $550 for the service and I tipped a extra $150. I knew better to give money before the service was complete but I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. If it wasn't for Harold who also mounted my 2 tvs those bags would still be in my yard.

When I told them this was not a good time to call someone by text message, they promised to call me the next day during business hours. After not calling me for 10 days, he contacted me to offer to pay me money to take down my negative review. One of the other one star reviews has disappeared, leading me to believe he has paid someone else to do the same.
