Somebody else told us we just needed to replace the hose, which we did, and that very cheaply solved the problem. There is no valve problem. Mr. Appliance refuses to refund our money for the useless part that was ordered because of their bogus diagnosis. Sandra Blackburn keeps giving us baloney about "We stand by our diagnosis". If they were honest then "stand by our diagnosis" would be admitting they messed up and returning our money.

Another item that was improperly reported on. Kevin came and did an inspection after someone put in an offer on our house. However, his report was a very judgmental/opinions-based with nitpicky items that made it seem like they had to be fixed (things that would be free or under $10 to fix) vs. a scale of recommendations based on severity. The home is a brand new construction, just two years old, so there's really not much that needs to be fixed. Most of it was superficial and it seemed like he was just nitpicking to add to the report. Issues: - His report mentioned certain items were "poorly maintained' without adding any evidence of why when really things just needed to be serviced. - He mentioned "possible presence of rodents" based on rat traps, but he forgot to mention there was actually no rat feces, chewing or anything caught in any of the traps. I guess if we have a plunger in our bathroom that means we have plumbing issues? - He was also nitpicky about things that *needed* to be fixed (a fence board that needed to be hammered in and a vapor barrier that just needed to be pulled together). - When we came home, there were lights left on and dirt marks from shoes all throughout the house. It's frustrating that his report can cause further complications for us when it comes to the sale of our home. I certainly wouldn't want to use them for my next home purchase. After reading reviews on all the other franchise home inspectors from Pillar to Post, it seems like it's a common trend with this parent company. What a disappointment.

Bottom line, T-Mobile has taken action to improve the reliability of the 5G Home Internet service, and the speeds can be fantastic for "over the air" broadband. I got over 350Mb/s in one of my initial tests.

There were a couple employees when I went in, and Eric was so much more polite and professional than the other people working. We were able to upgrade my plan to Unlimited for no charge and he took the time to make sure I wasn't spending hundreds of dollars on a phone with features i didn't need. We have 6 cell phone lines with Tmobile. When one of our phones broke we went in to replace it. We…read morepurchased a brand new iphone15 at full price (no discounts or promotions were applied) and we were charged $35 activation charge to switch the broken phone with the new one purchased. I feel we paid full price, stayed loyal to Tmobile and were charged $35 to help offset their cost for the storefront. I was told when I called customer service that I would have been charged even if I had done it all online and not in person. I do not feel customer love, I feel like it was a way for them to offset the cost of their personnel.

It's close to my house so that's not a problem, but their hours and dreadful customer service really makes this a terrible place to quickly pick up packages. While they are a UPS Access Point, they are a business first. The first time I came in to pick up a package there were two employees working -- I've never seen more than two employees here -- and they were both occupied helping other customers buy phones and start brand new plans. I don't know about you, but if you've ever bought a new phone AND signed up for a new plan at the same time, it can be a lengthy ordeal. And I get it, of course they're gonna help out the customers there first, I wasn't there to sign up for a new plan or buy anything. But they would've never known that because I wasn't greeted or acknowledged until one of the customers left. Luckily I came in at the end of that transaction and waited *only* 15 minutes with no communication from either employee because they could've really kept me waiting a whole lot longer. I was helped with no apology, got my package, and was on my way. I may sound a little impatient but honestly would've had no problem waiting if I was just talked to or treated like a normal customer. The second time I came here in the morning to find that the store was closed. It was 9:30 am and this location doesn't open until 10 am. My bad, I should've checked the hours before coming. It was only 30 minutes so I decided to just wait in my car. I figured someone was probably inside opening up the store and getting it ready and would open the doors to the public at 10 am. Wrong. About 10-15 minutes after their opening time I watched a woman come and unlock the front doors. I waited a few more minutes before going inside because I didn't want to overwhelm the employee but in hindsight I shouldn't have waited. Is it wrong to expect a business to open on time? Mmm, no. Now, I've had a package that UPS has been trying to deliver to this location for SIX DAYS. Looking at my UPS tracking shows me that every time they've tried to deliver this package, MetroPCS has been closed. Some days UPS arrived way before opening, therefore being unable to drop off my package. Three days ago they tried to deliver it at 10:02 am, but the store was closed. Mind you, the business hours state that they open up at 10 am. I'm starting to think this store opening late is a normal thing for them, which I would suggest the business either hire new employees that can get to work on time, or the store to just like, not be a UPS Access Point!! Obviously, I'm unhappy with all of my experiences with this store and picking up my packages. So, my mom offered to pick up this package that I've been waiting on for almost a week now. The store requires you to show your ID when picking up packages (understandable), and the employees tonight did not allow her to pick up my package. Although my name is on the package, we share the same address and were told by another employee last week that my mom would be able to pick up my package. However, that was not the case tonight. SO! My package is still at MetroPCS and I'll have to go get it tomorrow. Overall, this place lacks courteous and timely employees and is quite an inconvenience for both customers and UPS, I'm sure. I'm currently looking into how I can redirect my packages to another access point down the street that's open 24 hours.
