EDIT: The franchise owner came to me to honor the price and offer a refund for the difference. The mix-up was due to the call-center not writing the proper notes. I'm incredibly impressed. ORIGINAL: Had them load up a freezer, made clear on the phone it had been broken for a week and still had food in it (yuck), and was given a price. At the time of pick up price went up 30% because it wasn't empty. read more

Thank goodness for the Junk Kings. The level of service provided was nothing short of amazing! Mel G. arranged for the guys to be there by 6:45AM because I leave my house by 7:15! When the guys showed up they were polite, friendly and extremely professional. Their honesty and care of my property was appreciated. Hired them to remove several bulky items we were getting rid of for a move. With all the time we were already spending moving, cleaning, working etc., we just really needed some extra hands to assist in moving out the "junk" items not worth donating or taking with us. I thought I would call around for junk removal to assist and can across Junk King. They immediately came out for a free estimate and were able to remove all junk upon our scheduling. Everyone I came into contact with this company was truly courteous and professional. First time ever using this type of service and if ever needed again will use them again. I have zero complaints, only praise. I highly recommend using Junk King, worth every penny and the time and costs you would spend doing it yourself. read more

These guys were amazing! Scheduling was a breeze. Luke returned phone calls promptly and answered our questions. Robert called to verify the visit and called before coming to our home. He and his coworker cleared our three car garage of all of our old and unused junk in a fast and efficient manner. They were fast, friendly and reasonably priced for all of the hard work and lifting. I have given a review when I first contacted and then received a quote from Junk King. The customer service was INCREDIBLE. Today they came and did the job. They worked so hard and they emptied all my junk. I loved Miguel, Miles and Vladimir. They worked so hard and did a great job. There was a lot of items to clean up for a reasonable price. I only gave 4 stars this time because I was disappointed in the mess they left in the middle of the aisle way in my storage facility and in front of other tenants units when they were through. There was broken glass everywhere and other things strewn on the ground. I sure wish they would have swept that up. Just be sure you check the area before they leave. I wish I would have checked because I am SURE if I had done that, these great workers would have corrected it and swept it up. It took me over 40 minutes to sweep it all up. So I was a bit disappointed and hopefully they will fix that part of the service in the future. But other than that, THEY ARE SUCH A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. I appreciated their amazing customer service and how kind the guys were who came to do the job. I would assume that if told, trash would have been swept up as part of completing the job. You won't be disappointed hiring this company. I will definitely use them again and I absolutely recommend them. read more

fuck these guys for trying to swindle me for double of what they agreed on. when i dont agree and ask them to put it near my fence and not even bringing it back to the old location. the picture shows how professional they are at trying to swindle you and shows they're actions when you dont agree. these motherfuckers needs to be fired. highly not recommended for any of their services anywhere. fucking swi dling the customers and when they dont fall for it they make a mess for you to clean up. if i was home at that time i would probably beat the living shit out of them. fuck you guys. dont let me see you around fucking scammers... read more

What did I like best about the Junk King? The personal attention. Two personable professional young men who were energetic and responsive. I should have taken some time to separate the keep items from the go items but that did not seem to bother them. I just had to point and they either took it to the truck or moved it out of my way so that I could get to the other items to be removed. I have a storage unit I have to empty and I am going to use the JUNK KING for that task too. GREAT JOB!!! read more

Company response to get us on schedule was good , called to tell us they had to delay us till following Monday... showed up...during the hours stated . Stephan ,Rich ,Victor an gosh I'm bad forgot the other guys ..were humorous and professional ..had fun watching them do a few tricks of their trade ..like smashing a hutch "FLAT" in one throw to the ground ...so it didnt get placed in truck "fullsize/width" anyhoo bottom line my junk is gone.
