Very pleased. Helped get things that I'd have to rent a trailer to get it Rid of. They came same day that I called, got it taken care of quickly. Will definitely use them again and recommend! read more

They came when they said they would, didn't overcharge for the job, picked up everything I asked, and left my place clean. What more could I ask for? I'd use the service again. read more

I manage a self storage and used this company to clear a unit a few months back. I left a review on google but forgot to leave on Yelp. They came the SAME DAY I called for a bid. INCREDIBLE price. They are professional, amazing and so NICE!! They got straight to work and cleared out the unit so quickly. There was some broken glass left behind and I told them about it and they PROMPTLY fixed it and then discounted my price. AMAZING. These days, its hard to find such impeccable customer service and people who work so well. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THEM!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! Thanks Junk King! I recommend you all the time! read more

Josh and Stanley were very friendly, professional and provided top notch A+ customer service. I highly recommend this company.

I called them last week asking for a quote on a refrigerator that i needed removed from my restaurant. They asked me to text them a picture so i did & they offered to come and do a free quote! They were very professional and responded on time. They were running late the next day but someone called to let me know that they were running late which was great! Someone came and they picked up the fridge and even gave us a discount because it was already outside ready for them to just pick up and take. They finished loading it to the truck in less than 5 mins and i was pretty impressed. Overall, super happy i called Junk King and I'll be recommending them to others! read more

in the last week Had an appointment for an estimate today. They were supposed to arrive between 11-1. Called at 11:15 said they were running a little late would arrive in about 15 minutes. It is now 1:43 no one has showed or called. I called to let Company know, young man had the audacity to ask if I wanted to cancel? Duh... the only reason I gave them any stars is because I had to. read more

Fast, friendly great communication. Will definitely use again. And recommend to others

The actual service was exceptional. Scheduled time and day. My fiance and I had to keep calling after the scheduled time had been missed by 2 hours. We finally got them to answer to see where they were by calling from a different number. By the time they show up it's about 3 1/2 hours later. read more

Junk King was easy to schedule. Although I had a very small load with their minimal charge, it was worth it. Communication was great with a window tine frame of arrival and then a phone call communicating they were en route. Easy and will use again. read more

Junk King was professional and easy to work with. I especially liked that they called ahead to let me know when they would arrive, and worked hard all day. When they were not able to get it all done in one day, they showed up early the next day to complete the job. We needed to remove over 20 years of stuff from a garage and back yard, filling 4 truck loads. Eric and Chris did the bulk of the work, and called in a second crew (Dane and ? ). The work conditions were less than ideal (rodent and opossum infestation), but they took care of it all like real pros. Thanks guys!!! We will definitely be hiring Junk Kings again. read more

This is the 4th time I have used Junk King and will continue to use them. They are reasonably priced and they are very professional and work very very fast. What I like is if you like the price they quoted they haul the junk away right the same day. JUNK KING YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME read more

we were tricked! first of all, i took some pictures and asked them a quote on yelp, they came to my house and checked out the junk we need to take out, they charged me too much, so i said we found someone who could do it less with all that. so they said to hold and he'll ask his boss to do a price match, they said they can do it for that price. from all the pictures i've given.. so @ 10am, they came at the appointment time, they took out all the junk, but when its becoming full, they said they cant take anymore stuff, but it was agreed upon the picture i've given, i was hoping they'd do multiple trips since thats what junk removal does. but no, i wasnt satisfied but i still have to pay up front since they did took out most of the junk, but they still left behind some more junk. they even told me that they switched owners over the weekend, so the things that were left behind cant be done, was that my problem? i spoke to Miles and he agreed that he can take out all of them. and he didnt mention about changing owners. i have no complaints with the guys, in fact they did an amazing job, they were nice and friendly and they were really fast and efficient, it only took them an hour to take out all that load, but im not satisfied bec. they didnt take ALL that was based on my picture that was agreed upon that and i still have to pay the whole thing. i called their number, i left a message that was about 20 min. after they left, nobody called me back. i sent them an email from their confirmation email and it shows the picture that was agreed upon, no reply.. lets see if they will reply back.. we'll update this review. read more

Fabulous, simply fabulous. I called Junk King this morning and the gave me an appointment window of 3 to 5 for a quote and if I okayed the quote I could schedule an appointment tomorrow. Well they did better than that. 10 minutes after my call, Ruben called to say they could be at my residence in 15 minutes. Not only did they give me an excellent quote, they loaded up the truck, cleaned up and made my a very happy lady. Junk King you got my business for any of my hauling needs. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! read more

My husband and I needed an old garage shelf that had a lot of screws removed and hauled away. Lupe was fast to set up appt and Chris came with his team to provide a really great quote compared to other estimates we received. Great services, professional, quick/efficient/clean, all good things. Will definitely refer to them if needed in the future again! read more

Quick response when requesting a estimate quote. Very professional in the communication process. Thank you Debra!

Amazing service super quick response time and pick up and very reasonable pricing for the job! Definitely will be using them again

My husband and I needed to get rid of some things and Steve and Jesus from Junk Kings Riverside we there to help. They arrived on time, were extremely informative and efficient. We will definitely be calling them again. read more

Very responsive team - got my very reasonable quote right away and on the schedule for the next day! On pick up day, they called ahead to tell me they were coming, showed up and were AMAZING! I had an item on the 2nd story, it was heavy but they handled it like pros. Whole thing took about 10 minutes:-) The guys were super nice, in great moods and were easy to work with too. My neighbor even came out after seeing the truck and is going to call for an appointment as well....they had a business card ready for him. What a helpful service to call on!! Thank you guys so much! read more

These guys were very helpful! They were able to give me a free quote, had plenty of available appointments, and showed up on time and we're done very quickly. I'd highly recommend them read more

Very impressed! We needed to have our jacuzzi removed from the back patio in preparation to list our home for sale. We had no idea where to start, but alas Google did not disappoint. My husband sent a message to Junk King Thursday night and early Friday morning they had already responded back. We were able to provide photos and information via text to get an immediate quote, no hassle (you don't even pay until completion of the job). Not only that, but they came out the very next morning, on a Saturday no less, and had the entire jacuzzi removed and the area cleaned up in under 2-hours. We have nothing but great things to say, would definitely recommend to friends and family! read more

Scheduled an appointment online for a start time between 7-9 am. They showed up right on time. Cost estimate was accurate. They followed all my instructions and worked with me to get the most efficient load in the truck. They even helped me sort through the junk so I could donate some items and recycle others. All in all I was very impressed. They had the truck filled in less than two hours. It's definitely cheaper to clear the junk yourself but it would have taken me a whole weekend with my small trailer. Totally worth it for the convenience. read more

Our sectional, (fold out bed), couch was a "hand me down" and seriously needed to be replaced before the kids and grand kids came out to visit. We found a replacement but needed to get rid of the old three piece unit. We called Junk King and scheduled a quote/pick up. The guys were running a bit late from a previous appt, (Luc courtesy called us to let us know), so Luc knocked a good percent off the quote. Luc's guys, Miles and Vladimir, arrived, checked out the job, then carefully and expeditiously removed the furniture to they're truck, closed out the paperwork with us and we're off. Very professional, courteous, mindful/careful of your house and belongings, nice clean truck, and a great price. We'll definitely be calling them back for any further projects, and whole heartedly recommend Junk King to all. Semper Fi !! read more

Luc called ahead of time to let me know the guys were going to be a little later than planned. When the guys arrived, they had instructions from Luc to be nice on price and they very much underestimated the size of the job. I thought that was above and beyond - thanks Luc. Also, the guys were very professional and courteous. I would definitely use them again. Five stars! read more

I needed all the junk to be removed and they came and got rid of all the large junk needed to get it out right away.

Quick service! They called ahead, we're on time, and fast. They were all very nice and so helpful! I will definitely be using them again!

They were awesome! Showed up early, cleaned up everything I asked and were super friendly. I will definitely use their service in the future! read more

Miles and Miguel let me know they were on the way. They showed up on time and we're very friendly. Got the job done quick and efficiently.

The Junk King guys are awesome, they cleared out a massive pile of cacti and concrete among some other yard debris that I had in my yard. I would use them for any medium or large cleaning job. They have a large truck that can handle bigger jobs which takes less time. My job was a full load and would have taken many trips to the dump or a huge roll away dumpster. Plus with Junk King they did the labor so I did not have to. Worth it all day long. read more

Lame...would not quote since I'm not in their jurisdiction. They said The City of Rancho Cucamonga is not their their jurisdiction, yet they cover the Inland Empire and are closer, being put of Riverside, than if I were to call Santa Ana, which is the jurisdiction Rancho Cucamonga falls under. Useless excuse and besides I've heard from other people, companies like this charge you an arm and a leg to come out to pick up your stuff. And they will charge you ridiculous amounts if you need to add more items to what you originally asked them to pick up. Bad experience and would not use them anyways! read more

I had to get DIRT hauled away wasn't aware that it could be pretty pricey. Junk King is the only one who was able to work around my budget. The owner and his workers are honest reliable and dependable. read more

Called the Junk King and they came out right away gave a fair estimate and hauled away all our awful mess !!!!! Cesar & Victor did a wonderful job. They were quick , efficient and left the site clean. Thanks so much. So give the Junk King a call they will get the job done! read more

Cathy stayed home to greet the Junk King crew who called 10 minutes before the arrival window and arrived about 5 or 10 minutes past the starting hour. She says they explained everything up front, then proceeded to prepare our post-fumigation bedbug-infested bed using bedding disposal bags we provided, based on Junk King's instructions during the initial phone call. The competition expects the customer to make those preparations but Junk King stuck to their quoted price for removing everything (Cal King mattress, split box springs, wood headboard and metal frame), then knocked $8.00 off the total. In all, they took away 2 living room accent chairs, a couch, the aforementioned complete bedding ensemble, three recliners and an end table. The work was so clean and professional, It was almost as if the furniture vanished by magic. read more

Very professional and price was just right in hauling away old backyard furniture. Thank you.

Hired them to remove some renovation debris about a week ago. Carpet, carpet padding, base boards, some broken bricks and 3 bathroom vanities (broken down and also a full one) Came on time. Quick quote for around $200. Best price hands down after shopping around for a week and weighing my options (similar companies, dumpster or trailer) The city wanted to charge $659 to have us rent a waste dumpster specific for construction debris. #NotTodaySatan The good thing about junk king is that you schedule an appt for them to come out, look at what you want to remove and they give you a set price and you can take it or leave it and go on to plan B. We did not need to do plan B. The price was exactly what I believed was fair AND they do the work themselves. We will definitely use this company again and we referred our friends. Not sure I received the $20 off promo when I was quoted in person, but with the price its all good. read more

I would highly recommend Junk King!! Luke was very accommodating and helpful in setting up the estimate. When Robert and Casey arrived, they were on time, calling a few minutes beforehand with the time estimate, professional, and very pleasant. They saw the items to be removed and gave very fair pricing! They were very thorough and did not complain once, smiling and with very pleasant attitudes, which makes the whole process great! Robert and Casey were diligent the whole time and made sure there was customer satisfaction! As such, I would recommend Junk King to anyone!! Thank you! read more
