I have given a review when I first contacted and then received a quote from Junk King. The customer service was INCREDIBLE. Today they came and did the job. They worked so hard and they emptied all my junk. I loved Miguel, Miles and Vladimir. They worked so hard and did a great job. There was a lot of items to clean up for a reasonable price. I only gave 4 stars this time because I was disappointed in the mess they left in the middle of the aisle way in my storage facility and in front of other tenants units when they were through. There was broken glass everywhere and other things strewn on the ground. I sure wish they would have swept that up. Just be sure you check the area before they leave. I wish I would have checked because I am SURE if I had done that, these great workers would have corrected it and swept it up. It took me over 40 minutes to sweep it all up. So I was a bit disappointed and hopefully they will fix that part of the service in the future. But other than that, THEY ARE SUCH A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. I appreciated their amazing customer service and how kind the guys were who came to do the job. I would assume that if told, trash would have been swept up as part of completing the job. What did I like best about the Junk King? The personal attention. Two personable professional young men who were energetic and responsive. I should have taken some time to separate the keep items from the go items but that did not seem to bother them. I just had to point and they either took it to the truck or moved it out of my way so that I could get to the other items to be removed. I have a storage unit I have to empty and I am going to use the JUNK KING for that task too. GREAT JOB!!! read more

Company response to get us on schedule was good , called to tell us they had to delay us till following Monday... showed up...during the hours stated . Stephan ,Rich ,Victor an gosh I'm bad forgot the other guys ..were humorous and professional ..had fun watching them do a few tricks of their trade ..like smashing a hutch "FLAT" in one throw to the ground ...so it didnt get placed in truck "fullsize/width" anyhoo bottom line my junk is gone. Junk King Riverside was better than we hoped for. They removed more junk from the yard, patio and house than we thought was possible for what we paid for the service. They swept up and left everything clean after the removal. The price was very reasonable for the service provided.
