Requested a quote via Yelp and Dennis replied within minutes. I sent him a list and a few photos of the items I wanted removed and got a quote which was less than any of the others I received. Based on the Yelp reviews and the quick reply from Dennis, I decided to schedule a pick up. Dennis called the day of our scheduled pick up to let me know he was a few minutes out and would be arriving shortly (did not expect a heads up but really appreciated the gesture!). Dennis surveyed the items to haul and noted that usually the price would have been higher for the volume of items but he thought it was too high. So we settled on a price which was only $10 more than he originally quoted me based on the list and photos but still lower than what the usual price would have been, not bad at all! And since Yelp only allowed for 5 photos to be uploaded it's hard to paint a picture of all the items - even if I listed them - so I was ok with the additional charge. Dennis and his guy were in and out of our house in less than a half hour. Easy, peasy! They provided prompt, responsive, and cost-effective service. I will definitely be using their service again. The team called me an hour ahead to notify me that they can arrive 30 earlier than the original schedule if I would like (still gave me an option for them to arrive at the originally scheduled time). This worked well for me, so I agreed to having them come by earlier. It was a two-people crew. Both were respectful of the space, and did not cause any damages. They removed the items quickly but cautiously to not cause any scratches on the walls or the floor. One of the crew member (I think the owner) noticed that we weren't wearing shoes in the house, and took off his shoes to enter. I initially asked for an estimate through Yelp to demolish and haul away an old playground set we had. Dennis texted me back within 30 minutes with an estimate. I mentioned to him that I needed to wait for another estimate and he was very polite and understanding. The price was fair, lower than most the others. As there were three on his team, the couch, old chairs, old plumbing, and other items were quickly loaded.
