We called Elite to rent a dumpster for a week or so and clean out our basement and garage. At first…read morethey didn't have a dumpster available in the size we wanted but I decided to get on the wait list just in case and I'm glad that I did. They called the next day to let us know that they had one available and it could be delivered the day we were looking for. Awesome! The delivery driver was insanely skilled at dropping the dumpster in our driveway! We offered to move the car that was parked on one side but he said there was no need. He parked the dumpster between our car and our mailbox with maybe 2 feet in each side and he did it perfectly! It made it so much more convenient for me to toss stuff out of the garage with the dumpster right in front of it. After a week, we still had the dumpster and I called just to make sure I hadn't made a mistake about the pickup times. Turns out, you call them when you're done and we still had more time included in the price we paid. I had no idea! So we were able to do some yard clearing the following weekend and really fill our container which was an expected bang for our buck. Overall, we were really pleased with the ease of the whole process and having paid for dumpsters before, I felt the price was more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend Elite Roll-Off to others.

Therefore our damages are NOT covered and their claim of being a fully insured moving company was fraudulent. I did send a text letting them know that if they did commit fraud and scammed us, that we were within our rights to press charges. At that point, the husband started blowing up my phone, first claiming I broke the items (despite the fact that I have copious evidence that they not only broke the items, but were aware of it), then saying he tried to fix it and nobody got back to him (also false) then threatening me with a lawsuit and making generic statements of intimidation. I asked him several times to cease contact and have his wife (the supposed business manager) get in contact with me to see if there was a way we could resolve the issue. He did not stop, though I have blocked his number. His office management has still not reached out to resolve the issue. Both husband and wife have numerous known aliases (a trend not often observed by those not involved in criminal activity). The business address provided was an extended stay hotel and is not real.
