Junk Busters USA saved the day for me when I had an entire carport's worth of waste to get rid of before it succumbed to mold/rats/roaches from the summer rains. Don't believe me? (I think it was the tone of desperation in my voice that really got me on the schedule.) The team of two young guys who showed up were professional and obviously loved their job. Extra kudos for saving us a little money. Junk Busters charges by the volume your junk takes up inside their truck. (That is, unless you're throwing out bricks or cement, in which case it's by weight.) I watched them really work at fitting all this loose material into the smallest space possible. Should I ever need seconds for a Tetris tournament, I'm picking these two gentlemen. Highest thumbs-up for their service, a definite recommend! This tub was at least 300 hundred pounds. This guy should be playing football, crazy crazy crazy. Apparently they don't write this stuff down or use computers to schedule things? He asked me to give him a few minutes to call the driver and get back to me. He called me back and said that their truck broke down. If that were true, I'd like to think they would call and let me know. He asked me if they could come out "sometime later tonight" and I just said "no, thanks". I'm hoping I can find a company that can handle picking up a phone so that I don't rearrange my work schedule for no reason.

Today I walked to my complex dumpster to see my huge 3 piece sectional thrown behind the dumpsters. I have valet trash so walking to the dumpster is rare. I couldn't believe my couch was there. Why in the world would I pay 200$ for a sectional to be dumped behind my OWN dumpster. I could have done that myself, but it is against the rules and residents are fined heavily. I really can't believe they did that. They made a quick $200 to drive 100 feet to MY dumpster. Scam sounds about right. I will never recommend!
