nice service friend ly guy highly recommend. Good value good service fast the day

Fast response and came the same day I contacted them. Very friendly and made the process super easy!

I had an enormous built-in fridge that needed to go. I talked to other companies and they all said no way, can't do it! I talked to Junk & Co and they made it happen. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would do. They cleaned up after themselves. And they were friendly and easy to talk to during the whole process. If I ever have something like this that needs to be done again, I won't waste time - I'll just get in touch with them right away. read more

I had worked with multiple junk removal companies in the past and Alex and Colin at Junk & Co was one of the most professional, friendliest guys I've came across with. Putting in a good work even moving my furniture back and forth where I needed it around the house and just overall super accommodating to all my needs. Has a smile on their face throughout the whole hauling process and really made the whole situation enjoyable to be around these guys that cared for their customers. Alex is very responsive to messages and is transparent on his pricing. Super down to earth guys doing honest work and I couldn't be more grateful that I had the chance to come across both Alex and Colin. Definitely will be a repeat customer and refer them to all of my clients moving forward. Thanks again Alex and Colin! read more

I can't recommend a better team to take care of ridding items that you are unable to do yourself. Not only was their communication while setting up an appointment top notch, their follow-through amazing. They showed up on time and even called me 15 minutes prior to the appointment to give me a heads up. Both Alex and Mike are professional, courteous and efficient at their jobs. Their pricing is competitive and my overall experience was awesome. With so many similar businesses around, I truly believe what separates the best from the rest is cleanliness, great communication and most importantly, customer service... Junk & Co has those in spades. I will be recommending them to my work, friends and family. read more

Great, same day service. The team texted me to schedule and arrived on time, very fair quote as well.

I requested a quote after 9 pm and Alex responded immediately to my request and arrived promptly at 8:30 am the next morning. Wow talk about getting things done!. Definitely a great stress less experience after frustrating experiences with Waste Management. I offered to help load the sofa but Alex easily loaded the sofa on his own. Definitely will reach out to Alex again. read more

The Junk & Co Team was very easy to work with. I had a bunch of junk laying around the house I wanted to get rid of. I reached out to Mike he gave me a quick quote and sent a truck out the very next day. It took them less than an hour and my house was finally clutter free. Overall great experience. I would highly recommend them for any of your junk removal needs. Doesn't hurt that both of the owners are extremely handsome. read more

I called several people regarding the demolition of a very large, thick concrete table. Alex was on the spot with a fair estimate within 20 minutes. His price was better than I expected. He came back with everything ready to do the job. Needed a jackhammer guy. Completed the job. Small extra for the jackhammer guy. Refused any money until finished. Clean, competent, honest and had integrity. A perfect combo. couldn't have been better. read more

We were doing a remodel and had a lot of constructions debris , granite pieces, appliances and much more. Needed someone that could come the day to pick up this debris. Junk & co gave me a reasonable quote. They arrived on time and updates when they were on the way. Very precessional on arrival. They were very quick, cleaned up after and even noticed a garbage bad by the door that we did ask to pick up in quote but they still took it. Will definitely use again for any job. Honest and professional. read more

Excellent customer service. The crew called to let me know they were on their way. They showed up on time and were extremely professional and polite. They did an excellent job of removing heavy and bulky bedroom furniture from my upstairs master bedroom in my condo. The entrance from garage to staircase is quite narrow and can pose a challenge when moving large items in and out. Mike and the other gentleman (I forgot his name) were very professional and were able to remove all the furniture (a bulky two-piece armoire, two nightstands, and a four-post headboard and baseboard and bed frame) without any issues. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. read more

Got in and out in less than half an hour didn't leave me waiting 4 hours plus like Dr. junk removal. They also gave me a set price no bargaining or increasing the rate. There are no words of gratitude that I use to express how happy I am that they help me with this nightmare of a move. Highly recommend this service. I had some time sensitive deliveries happening and needed stuff hauled away before they arrived. Junk &co not only gave me a very reasonable quote but they had an opening the day I contacts them. It was so easy. I left the items in front of my garage. They texted me when it was picked up and I Venmo'd them. Boom! Easy. I will be using them again in a couple days as they are much easier to arrange pickups than waste management. read more

Junk & Co removed a pile of old furniture and household items, plus at least 20 bags of trash and lots of boxes and containers on the day of my move out from my home. Right from the start their communication was excellent. They responded promptly and quickly arranged to come by for an estimate. The estimate was definitely lower-end for these services as I had had two or three other informal estimates before. They confirmed they were available for the day and time I needed them. On the morning of the day, I texted to ask for reassurance they were coming and they again promptly responded. They arrived right on time and took away everything, including all the additional things I had added to the pile over the intervening days. They were so friendly and willing to help - no bad attitudes at all. If they hadn't come it would have been disastrous because I would have missed my deadline. It was such a relief to be able to count on them to show up as scheduled and to get all that stuff out on the last day of my move. Would recommend them highly to anyone looking for junk removal and trash hauling. read more
