Nya was suppose to deliver the desserts the day of the wedding like organized and she never showed up. The wedding coordinator and multiple other people tried calling and messaging and we were completely ghosted. Despite her making posts on facebook the day of about another wedding cake. No apologies or anything. She ruined my sisters special day and we had to quickly improvise and get a store bought cake and other desserts. I am completely devastated for my sister as this was her big day. Nya despite multiple attempts to get ahold of her never once reached out apologizing despite my sister emailing her and messaging on instagram. Until I started commenting on her facebook account asking to give my sister a refund She stated this has never happened before but by all the other yelp reviews it's a complete lie. I honestly don't know how she still can operate a business with how unprofessional it has been. She claimed she "spaced it"?! I am so unbelievably upset. I advise everyone to go somewhere else for business as this girl clearly cannot run a business. Attached photos are from other people who never received their orders!

Her stuffed cookies are what got me hooked, then the macaroons, and you also can never go wrong with a chocolate cupcake. Our wedding cake was just as delicious as it was beautiful. I've driven by this place a lot and finally decided to stop and give it a try. So happy I did!…read moreSuper friendly staff with a great coffee menu and breakfast/lunch options. I really enjoyed my bagel sandwich with egg, cheese, veggie sausage, and garlic cream cheese. My friends got the sandwich lunch boxes and had good things to say about the sandwiches, salsa, hummus, and sweet treat. Also super yummy chai and stumptown coffee! Lots of customizable options here in terms of bagel and cream cheese flavors, sandwich toppings, and coffee syrups. You can even get cold foam on your iced coffee for free! Come check this place out!

Fernie's Coffee & ZigZag 4 Stars…read more Headed up toward Mt. Hood, I swung into Fernie's Coffee & ZigZag on a cold mountain morning, chasing a memory more than a meal. Back in the day when this place went by a different name and the vibe was more Hoppin' they made some of the greatest biscuits and gravy around. Legendary stuff. So naturally, I had to try it again. Good news: it didn't disappoint. I won't swear it's as good as the original incarnation (time has a way of polishing memories), but it's a solid second-best, and that's saying something. The biscuits were hearty, the gravy did its job, and I left full and ready for the road. The coffee? Decent. It'll wake you up, won't change your life, but it'll get you to Timberline without falling asleep at the wheel. That said, the place feels like a ghost of its former self. Sad to see the market closed that part stings a little. The building still holds the echoes of what it used to be, and you can almost feel the history lingering in the corners. Service-wise, there was a moment. The lady at the counter was BS-ing with some guy at the window for a solid five minutes or maybe he was just standing there, staring into the void but either way, I was ready to order. That little pause cost them a star. Still, for the price, the convenience, and the fact that I was in and out with no line while heading up the mountain, it earns four stars. It's good, it's familiar, it's just missing something. If they ever find it again, this place could really shine.

I had this delicious breakfast sandwich and is wonderful Matcha and not only are they happy to assist you in gluten-free but they are also so kind. It's a nice open space with plenty of picnic table seating and a few chairs and a sofa on one side. The staff was friendly, and there were plenty of food and drink options. You order at the counter and get a pager that beeps when your order is ready for pickup back at the counter. I ordered their featured drink, which was an iced tiramisu latte. It was yummy, as was my ham, egg, and cheese breakfast croissant sandwich. The elevated plating for the croissant sandwich was a nice touch. Instead of blobbing mustard on the plate or offering packets, they gave my plate a pretty swoosh of mustard with a sprinkling of chopped chives. I didn't expect this, but I appreciate that they went the extra step, as we eat first with our eyes! This is definitely a great stop coming to or from The Gorge and we look forward to visiting again in the future.
