After this, it took 26 minutes to make my juice. It seemed like the printer prints tickets telling them what to make went down. It took two employees TO CHANGE A ROLL OF PAPER. Then they continued making to go orders. No one thought to triage what was sitting in the shop and make those first. There were seven people waiting at this point. Someone called in a phone order and that was put through before my juice was started, and this was 15 minutes after ordering. I know this comes across a bit Karen, but we need to teach young employees of businesses like this how to handle busy days, when equipment breaks, etc. Nothing was communicated to any of us sitting in the shop. I feel bad for the employees when something like this happens - I have worked food service so I understand. But communicating goes a long way, and there was none here.

Then after dinner my uncle opened the box and from the looks of it, the donuts look really good, nice big and fluffy. I first tried the Double Maple, it was rich but good. I thought at first this one was to rich but then I tried a second doughnut which was a round strawberry one with sprinkles on it and quickly changed my mind. The strawberry one didn't seem to have no flavor, I don't taste the strawberry at all and I was expecting some kind of strawberry jelly with strawberries or just jelly, but it was plain inside. So out of the two donuts I'd say the Double Maple one is my favorite one so far. Going to try this again soon and boost it up to a 5 star rating. Other than that delicious donuts!

It wasn't busy at all. There are two large displays to your right and left of the donuts offered. I'm a classic donut person so I went with the chocolate ring. The donut was so puffy and fresh. The chocolate was perfect. Similar to Randy's donuts (in CA) but better! William was such a great employee. He took care of us and was super patient with all our questions. He kept a cheery attitude and smile on his face and made us feel super welcome. He seemed excited about his job too. It was a great way to start our late morning.

The doughnut choices are in a display case which makes it easy to see. Chose the maple cream, Memphis, mango, flavor of the month which is some type of berries and the voodoo. First, the chick with the purple hair working the drive thru who clearly thinks she's a lot cuter than she actually is completely fucked up our order and over-charged us by roughly 33%, which we had to correct in the drive thru line (sorry to the people behind us!)... then the smooth-brained goldfish working the line served us a pair of undercooked burgers. My wife & I didn't realize they were literally RAW inside until we took a few bites- I ended up vomiting shortly after realizing how badly "cooked" the burgers were. To the manager- what are you doing?? Your restaurant is clearly a total mess and it's only been getting worse, so you've lost our family as customers for life. We will never patronize or respect your brand again, no more chances. You, on a personal level, clearly don't take the responsibility of your position seriously enough and understand how the culture you foster at your restaurant directly affects the people of the community you're part of, so you're genuinely failing your staff and your patrons on a scale that reaches top to bottom. Your restaurant is filthy, your staff is poorly trained and clearly unmotivated, and your inability to lead in any meaningful way is apparent from the moment any customer walks through your doors. I'd encourage you to do better, but, frankly, I don't give a flying fuck since I'll never return to any Burgerville locations as long as I live.
