The pork adobo and bbq pork were both made using good chunks of pork with some bits still having the skin and some still having the good marbling of fat. Either way it was delicious and 100% no complaints. The egg roll was a little floppy, but really hit the spot. No one would ever call it gourmet, but it hit the spot like only good "comfort" food would. The hopia was really dry though, I'd pass on that. If you have time, also hit up the Filipino market right next door for some road trip snacks!

Entrees are served with a side salad and their ranch was to die for- so thick and creamy. For dessert we had the chocolate gelato, which was the cherry on top of the meal. Yum! The place stayed busy until we left around 8 - a big party was waiting to be sat. The staff are very hard workers - they were busting their butts all over the restaurant for the duration of our meal. When I checked the pizza, it was clearly undercooked, so we sent it back. We expected it to come back properly cooked, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. When the pizza was brought out the second time, it was still doughy and undercooked. I took photos of it, and they show multiple different slices--all of which had the same raw, gummy texture across the entire slice. This was not just one bad piece. Because of this, we didn't even get a chance to actually eat the pizza. That was our dinner, and we ended up leaving without being able to eat it. What made the situation worse was how it was handled. The manager insisted it was "ranch sauce" and claimed the pizza was cooked thoroughly, which is simply not accurate based on both the texture and appearance. I was also told I was the only person to complain, as if that somehow made the issue invalid. Regardless, we were served undercooked food--twice. They offered a $5 discount on a $21 pizza that we couldn't even eat, which did not feel like a fair resolution. When we told him that it was my wife's birthday, he immediately offered free ice cream for her even though we do not have a Baskin Robbins membership account. It has an old time diner feel. Nothing fancy, but the restaurant was very clean. Tables were cleaned promptly when customers left. The employees were friendly and very busy. They quickly served the customers and didn't slow down the entire time I was there. The food was delivered quickly and was piping hot. The portions are huge and fairly priced. The Navajo Taco was gigantic and can easily be shared. It had plenty of meat, beans, and other fresh ingredients. The jumbo combo came with rice and refried beans. The beans were some of the best I have ever eaten. The taco, enchilada, and tamales that came with the combo were also delicious.
