Astonished to see the one star review but that may have been when they were working out considerable kinks. Anyone walking in here now would likely see that things are vastly improved. It can get crazy busy in here Especially in the summer Doesn't matter if it's weekends or weekdays The line stretches back but moves quickly Really great drinks Some really intriguing They've made boba popular in Gallup, at least in my mind Among my favorites: definitely the mangonada Sometimes they've run out and it's created a craving for the nearly unattainable which thankfully rarely happens now Also the buko pandan, a lightly toasted coconut flavor with a pale green color The chai is good As is the Ube and Vietnamese coffee - which surprised me bc of the color combination but was delightful if a bit sweet I've liked everything I've tried Parking can be an issue; this is rt along Rte 66 But turn off on side streets (and pay attention to the one-way signs!) Sometimes the employees will speak to each other in Tagalog, which might be off putting to some, but this is Gallup where we hear English, Navajo, Spanish and Zuni on the regular; it sure beats hvg to listen to the train go by! read more

This place is great! The one star review isn't wrong about short hours of operation, but that hardly deserves a 1 star review. Especially since they said nothing about how great the drinks are. If you've never had boba before, I recommend the brown sugar brûlée, it's very tasty! If you don't like the texture of the brûlée stuff (custardy) you can get it without it. Their selection is very good, though. You'll definitely find something you like! Oh, and their website is fine. It has their hours of operation and when you can do an online order. It's also very clear that they don't deliver, though I wish they would. read more

Quality of the boba has totally changed from when I tried it last year . Customer service is a joke , they laugh and speak Tagalog while you're trying to order something . And to tell you twice already almost an hour before closing time that they ran out of boba is a joke . Never going again read more

Their boba was ok. We also had their food - also okay. They were selling Chinese dumplings so I thought they were going to be handmade. But no. They were frozen. Cheap plastics on the wall. No thought into anything. Just drive by to the next destination. read more

one of my favorite boba shops by far. i've tried to find a similar shop in albuquerque but none of them are as good as cha'ahh. they do have non traditional hours but it's not the biggest deal in the world. this shop also does online orders; their website is user friendly and easy to use. would recommend :) read more

This business has the worst hours of operation. 12pm-5pm Wednesday thru Saturday. Literally open 20 hours a week. Not to mention the website says they will not take any orders past 4:45pm. What a joke, and on some of the days they ARE open, the website (which the the sign on the door says you must use to order) says they are not taking orders. I can call the number listed on their website and it will ring forever and no one answers. This place makes good drinks but they really need to figure out their operation times and update their website if they will be closed for weeks on end. read more
