I've tried a few different tri-tip sandwiches in bend recently and this one might be my favorite (don't come for me!). The staff are really nice too! It is green chili braised chicken thighs (tender as hell), smoked chicken breast (heaven), pickled peppers , lime aioli and Swiss with a very nice habanero coconut hot sauce.
