Junior Cookies has a fun concept with an impressive variety of creative flavors, but I found it a little overhyped. Think Crumbl-style cookies in miniature form, with plenty of interesting options to choose from. Unfortunately, the cookies were served cold, and while they looked appealing, most tasted pretty average. The crème brûlée was my favorite of the bunch! I also ordered a larger cookie, which the employee kindly offered to warm up, and that one was noticeably better. Service was friendly, although I felt a little rushed by the cashier while trying to decide among all the different flavors. The shop itself has a clean, modern, minimalist aesthetic, with a nice display showcasing the cookies. Overall, I appreciate the creativity and variety, but the flavors didn't quite live up to the hype. They're fun to try, especially if you enjoy sampling different desserts.
All the cookies are freshly prepared upon ordering, and they're delicious! Ataham is super efficient and even when orders kept coming in he was patient, friendly, and very professional with all customers. It's a small place but seems clean and organized. Employees like Ataham are rare these days! Wonderful job. Ataham! We appreciated your positive attitude.
Right in Santa Monica juniors cookies has small (and bigcookies with unique tasty flavors! I got matcha, KitKat tiramisu, Dulce de leche, and banana pudding. So excited to try them all. The raspberry lemon cheesecake is delightful. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I will be back!

Family owned with great customer service. Fun music playing and happy beach people bumbling by for people watching. A perfect addition to Main Street. Stopped here after dinner at Crudo e Nudo next door and it was such a lovely sweet treat to end the night. It's a walk up cookie spot right on Main Street in Santa Monica, super easy to pop in if you're already in the area. Everything is made to order, so they actually decorate and finish the cookies when you pick your flavors. Serhat was really kind and he offered samples while we decided plus they have a visual menu which helped because everything looked good and my decision making skills disappear around dessert. It's also family owned, and this location opened after their first shop did so well, which honestly makes sense once you try them. We got the Passionfruit Pavlova, Peanut Butter & Banana Brûlée, and Raspberry Lemon Cheesecake cookies and all were stunning. The cookies are smaller, two-bite sized, so you can try a few flavors without feeling like you just ate a brick. Easy stop after dinner, good service, and street parking nearby (plus public lots if Main Street is busy). Such a fun little dessert spot.
Absolutely incredible. I am a matcha snob and just insanely picky, so more often than not I don't order them, but just make them at home. Something compelled me to try the raspberry lemon matcha. It was such a balanced flavor. Slightly sweet cream top mixed with the matcha provided a perfect sipping experience. Once you get to the bottom, you have a mix of the remaining match and a raspberry puree situation, and it's incredible. I also got two raspberry cookies and have exactly zero complaints. It was so good that I came back two hours later, because I'm rarely in Santa Monica.
it was a delicious affogato! service was incredible quick and on the spot! The pistachio cream to vanilla ratio was perfect and not too sweet! the perfect great after visiting the bars along the strip! Plus the vibe is pink! so so cute!

I wish there was less raspberry so it would compliment the cookie flavor instead of overpowering it. Overall, cute place with cute cookies and lots of options! Staff is super friendly and helpful! The cookies were soft, warm, and incredibly delicious the kind that melt in your mouth after the first bite. You can tell they're served fresh, and every flavor we tried was rich without being overly sweet. Definitely a spot worth coming back to when you're craving a really good cookie.

I had a mediocre experience when I was here last Thursday, 3/19/26 and the girl who was working said they only have one gluten-free cookie so I bought it! I wasn't particularly enthralled with it but I ate part of it. I didn't decorate the cookies or else I would've asked her to do that. She didn't offer but next time I will ask. It is a very cute cookie store on Main Street in Santa Monica.

Well, sweets aren't quite my thing, especially if they're too sweet. The staff members greeted us as soon as we entered and were patient throughout our entire time browsing their cookie displays. Junior Cookies is, in fact, appropriately named. Their cookie are petite though well presented. I enjoyed their KitKat Tiramisu and Blueberry Strawberry Mascarpone with a friend, and we agreed that they were indeed both tasty. Both were sweet, but "juniorly" so. Junior Cookies is definitely a grab-and-go location, but there is some seating indoors and outdoors. The interior though small was quite well decorated and very inviting. Along with cookies, we had cold milk, and that was probably the icing on top... I'm sold. I may not enjoy cookies and sweets, but Junior Cookies will always have a sweet spot in my heart.
Loved this place! Stopped by to try the place next door and smelled the fresh cookies from outside. They have a ton of exotic options and they're all served in sets of 2 and are a 2-3 bite size. Perfect to not overstuff myself and share with a friend. There's a small bench inside and one outside but not much official seating, more of a grab and go situation. I tried the crème Brûlée cookie and it was so good. Soft and crispy on top from the torched cream..just a delight of flavor and texture. At $5.50 for the set, it's not insane LA prices so I'd definitely come back. Chava was so helpful making recommendations as well! Thank you!

The most amazing cookies I've ever had. I'm not even a cookie lover but came here for Cookies and Cops event in May. I didn't even want to sample any cookies but the Brother in law urged me to try the Salted Almond Chocolate Chip Cookie. I fell in love and immediately returned back to Junior Cookies. Cookies are super cute and I love the hot pink branding, cute clean little store on Main St of LA, really nice service! My friends and I stopped by after getting some smoothies across the street and were pleasantly surprised. They just have street parking so it's a little difficult but check in the neighborhoods for a higher chance of finding a spot Their cookies are the perfect level of sweetness, and have my preferred texture which is chewy overall with a slight crispy edge. There's always room for dessert!!! After a great meal I'm always looking to satisfy my second stomach. That being said I stumbled upon junior cookies on a late Friday night. They were serving samples outside and I simply couldn't resist! Now I understand the appeal of tiny cute objects but I fear not in this case. Shrink-flation has hit Los Angeles. For 20$ you get to choose four flavors. They give you two of each, so 8 iitty bitty cookies that don't even amount to the size of a regular cookie from anywhere. I got the Nutella, Creme brulee, raspberry lemon cheesecake, and dulce de leche. In my opinion the flavors were not impressive and the cookies came out cold. I think if they were warm like how insomniac cookies are it would have made the experience better. Overall I was extremely disappointed after seeing such an uproar over these cookies. I don't think they are anything special and if I was dying for hot cookies I would go get the cookie tote for 7$ from McDonalds. 13 cookies and they come pipping hot, and satisfying. There's also no parking either and you have to find the back streets to walk over. Final verdict: I don't think I'll be back. read more

If you ever want to go for a sweet treat, this place has delicious cookies! They used to have a peanut butter with jelly from what I remember, but they do rotate flavors so they no longer had it on the menu. I would 100% choose this place over crumbl cookies. read more

The concept and the vibe somewhat for me delivered resemblance to Zooies. Many flavor options, most of which came in single serving, but also provided bigger size ones. Junior might have something beyond to offer, with couple seats in house should you not be able to wait and wanna grab a bite straight away on the spot. They also occasionally offered samples of different flavors to try before picking your choice to purchase. They did sell the cookies in combo of dozen or 2 dozens. The smallest basket size would be a set of 2, which unfortunately had to be the same flavor (frowned). Like the name, the cookies mostly came in junior (mini size) so you could actually had space in your tummy to try multiple. Online pre-order was available, or you could easily did self-order from the kiosk on the venue and the attendant would swiftly assemble your box. I tried the Raspberry Cheesecake cookie and Nutella cookie cup, both of which came with quite generous toppings and stuffing. The cookie base itself was decent and I'd say it's winning point was the fun topping play more than the cookie. I might have more options I fancied more in town :) read more
This is a new family-owned local chain. This is their second location off Main Street in Santa Monica ! The inside is pink and modern, super cute! Havva was friendly and helpful. They are offering a promotion right now where if you buy coffee (any kind of coffee) you get two chocolate chip cookies for free! And if you sign up for their membership, you also get another 2 free chocolate chip cookies. I basically only like chocolate chip cookies so that worked out really well for me! I really like their chocolate chip cookies. They are soft and chewy. I don't like the thin and crispy kind. They are comparable to Crumbl but they offer coffee! And not just any coffee but coffee from Intelligentsia ! I got the iced coffee with oat milk and it was strong and went perfectly with the cookies. They offer many other interesting flavors for those who want something different and adventurous and also ice cream and yogurt ! read more
I stopped by this spot on the way to dinner over the weekend. Parking was a little limited, but there were plenty of public lots and street parking nearby. The shop is super cute with a hot pink + modern vibe that makes it a fun stop. I picked up a few cookies: Guava Cheese, KitKat Tiramisu, Ube Coconut Éclair, and Peanut Butter Banana Brûlée. What I loved most is that they add the toppings fresh after you order. The cookies were soft, flavorful, and had a nice hint of cinnamon. My favorite was definitely the Guava Cheese! Let's start with the best part: THE COOKIES!!!!! When you sign up for rewards you get two free chocolate chip cookies. Those were sooooo yummy! I've also tried their "Kit Kat Tiramisu" cookies, which were delicious, and the "Pistachio Affagato" Ice Cream which was interestingly really good. Since I live close, I'll probably make my way through their whole menu. I've been in there a couple times and the service is always friendly. You get to watch them make up your concoctions since the clean kitchen is right in front of you. I really like the interior color choice. White is nice and clean and the pink makes it feel really bright and friendly. I can't really comment on the rewards yet since I haven't used them. There is a sign on the counter about getting free cookies for doing reviews, but I haven't done that. This review is just because I really, really like their cookies. read more

Finally cookies that I don't have to feel guilty about, since they are bite-size. I would say it takes more than just a bite though since it's pretty filling.. I thought made to order meant that the cookies are made fresh right away but it means that it's the toppings are decorated on top when you order. It doesn't actually taste warm. I would figure logistically it would be hard to make fresh cookies every time someone orders. Otherwise, my favorite flavors were the crème brûlée, banana peanut butter, and s'mores. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes if you order a pack like I did. And there's a promotion right now if you buy a pack of eight ($20), you can get the second box for 50% off. And I did exactly that. I got it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, which isn't anything to rave about on its own but great paired with the cookies. I recommend giving it a try. read more
my new FAVORITE cookies by far my friend and i went and we were genuinely obsessed with these + we loved their vibe inside down to the music and the aesthetic these were all SOO good so delicious idk how to even show it you just need to try LOL we got: banana peanut butter brûlée- the cream was light and sweet, the peanut butter wasn't too thick, and all the flavors went SO well together. i usually don't care for peanut butter in dessert, but this was probably my favorite s'mores- vegan marshmallows!!! so we could have it literally tastes like a classic smore, down to the niche chocolate taste dulce de leche churro- a churro base that isn't quite a cookie, with a dulce de leche cup inside. a little more dense bc of the thick dulce de leche, but so good. pumpkin brûlée- almost like a brownie base. the pumpkin brûlée on top was delicious!! like creme brûlée but pumpkin flavor, and it wasn't too intense but the perfect amount each of these were SO good i wish it was in OC so i could have it more often some fun facts: Kris Jenner, Salma Hayek, and Angelina Jolie love these for their private events + Tyler the Creator is a huge fan The jams, fruits compotes, creams, and all other toppings are made from scratch at their locations! It's family-owned, created and run by a mom, daughter and son *there isn't really seating inside, but there's outdoor seating! + they're open till 11pm The man helping us was really nice! This place reminds me of Crumbl, but with stable flavors and way more options. Choose a cookie-- any cookie! They add the fresh cookie toppings right in front of you. But before you even have to commit, they do offer samples. It's a very small, very pink storefront. The girly behind the register was kind enough when we walked in. Prices are crumbl-like. I might go back. My faves were the passionfruit (suuuper great if you love tart) and lemon raspberry. read more

I have loved junior cookies since 2020 before they opened their brick and mortar locations! Proof attached! Their cookies are so fun and flavorful but the perfect size - so you can enjoy a ton of flavor without being uncomfortably full afterwards. They are so much fun to bring to parties and get togethers - so unique and unlike any other cookie you've had before. If you live in the area or are visiting you HAVE to pop in - you won't be disappointed. Crumbl really had a moment but those are massive and just way too sweet. And they really lean into the not fully baked dough thing. Something about those always tastes artificial to me. These are delicious, real, freshly baked cookies with amazing unique toppings. Junior is really up there for me, top three for sure. For reference and Angeleno cookie cred my other two top three would be deluscious cookies and milk jar. (Rip) And, I just popped in the store (I usually do delivery) and the staff was so great. Each cookie is really hand crafted with care and it's so fun to watch them torch the crème brûlée cookies. Shout out to Efe and Pedy for being so kind and friendly during a busy Saturday evening!! read more

Cool cookie shop. Selections from classic to LA trendy (Matcha cookie). Candy bar selections and restaurant dessert classics are what I got. They are small and handmade. The employees were friendly and made sure to let us know all the details and how to order an 8-pack of assorted items. They tasted great when I got home. So many different flavors and choices. read more
