They were competitive on price, and they are a smaller, hungrier company looking to do right by their customers and employees. When they did my install they were training a young man named Carson. 6 years later, Carson came on a service call to see why my AC was down, and found my 20 years later old intake had collapsed on itself after not being able to pull enough air. They were able to quote, get materials, and turn around the service call in a day or two. I'm impressed 6 years later Carson stuck around - that tells you the company is good and working with their teams to keep talent. This is a family business and they treat their employees and customers like family as well. I trust this company, they've done right by me for the past 6 years. They have always shown up, they have always made it right.

I really appreciate that he didn't want to talk budget until time to talk quotes and pricing. This allowed him to build proper quotes without blowing the budget on purpose. He fixed my unit and plugged the thermostat back in that a previous company had unplugged intentionally trying to make a sale. He informed me that we now had emergency heat and it would be expensive to run but we needed it, knowing my house was 53 degrees. I cannot thank you enough for sending such a competent and caring person to our home.

We knew they were really busy and expected to have to wait a few days. After 6 days of not hearing from them to schedule a service call, we followed up on the status. The owner suggested we find someone local as we were just outside his service area. Hummmm...that's interesting. We weren't too far away to come out and install the system, but too far away to service it. My husband called our contractor, who is currently in the process of building another house for us and asked if he could recommend someone. He recommended A/C Rescue. Within a few hours, Philip (the owner) was at our home. He quickly determined the problem and fixed our unit. He was so polite and professional. He quickly fixed our unit and now our air conditioning is working perfectly. He said it was the compressor. He checked to make sure it was still under warranty so our cost to replace it was pretty minimal. I've already contacted our contractor to let him know how pleased we are with this company. We are scheduling them to return to thoroughly clean the units and will sign an annual maintenance agreement to help insure no future problems. The cost of the service call and repair was very reasonable. Based on our awesome experience today, I highly recommend.

I have a very complicated system that includes a boiler radiant heat floor system in the concrete slab powered by tankless heaters. As soon as Wayne looked it it he knew EXACTLY what needed to be done. Cody was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, polite and just a darn good guy. They showed up when they said they would and called when they were on the way. They provided advice and also listened to my concerns. I'm a retired contractor. I know what I'm talking about. I know good work when I see it. If I can't do it myself, I'm often reluctant to hire outside help. But as I've aged (a little?!) I know I can't do it all anymore. To find a company like Freedom Plumbing is like finding a new friend. I have put them on my list of GO-TO fixers.

In my most recent experience, a 13-year old system "gave up the ghost." The airflow and temperature distribution in the house was not balanced. The PM team spent more time than any of the five other companies analyzing and suggesting a combination of elements that solved my issue, resulting in greatly increased comfort and balance. Installation was completed quickly and expertly, leaving no trace that any work had been done. The installers thoroughly explained the operation of the system. I highly recommend them for any HVAC system or repair.
