My new dress came back to me smelling like B.O…read more It was my first time coming here and everyone and their mother was recommending this place so I thought I'd give it a try. The experience was pleasant and quick. It took 2 days for them to tailor and wash the dress I had bought online. I was highly anticipating this dress for a wedding I had coming up the next day and didn't expect any issues considering this place was so highly rated. But unfortunately when I got home and tore open the clear wrap off the hanger, a terrible stench hit me. My brand new and CLEAN dress smelled like body odor. I emphasize clean because it was noticeably washed and steamed too. I felt very confused and disappointed as to how this could be. And before I could even think to call about it, they had closed and now it's too late because the wedding event is tomorrow.... Don't think I'll be coming back.

I took a top I purchased from Amazon to have alterations done on the straps. They turned two straps…read moreinto one, tightened them to my liking, and remove the cheap adjustable clasp, which made the straps not look cheap anymore. The price was surprisingly fair and they did a great job. Clean work except for a few pieces of thread that could have been cut but I can do that myself. Service was fast and done in 3 days! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and received great customer service. The cleaners is located on the corner of rosecrans and crenshaw next to Louisana Fried Chicken. Whenever I need alterations done, I will definitely give them another try.

We had a great experience with JT Clean LLC. Their commercial cleaning service really stood out…read morebecause of their attention to detail. They didn't just clean the obvious areas--they paid attention to the little things that are often overlooked, like wiping down door handles and light switches, cleaning corners and baseboards, removing fingerprints from glass doors, dusting hard-to-reach areas, and making sure high-traffic areas looked clean and professional. What impressed us most was that they actually took the time to inspect their work instead of rushing through the job. The restrooms were thoroughly cleaned and stocked, trash was removed, floors looked great, and everything was left organized and ready for the next business day. JT Clean was professional, reliable, and clearly takes pride in quality control. If you're looking for a commercial cleaning company that pays attention to the details, I would definitely recommend them.

Since they only have a regular sewing machine he advised that I go to the alteration place around the corner to get my bridesmaid dress hemmed but he could restitch my skirt and dress. I appreciated that he encouraged me to go elsewhere rather than just taking my money to not do a good job. If you need a fancy piece altered, I'd go elsewhere! They offered to dry clean my clothes after they altered them so I had them clean my dress. Very quick turn around time! They were able to alter my 2 pieces and dry clean my dress by the date he said it would be done (only 5 days - Sat till Wed). They didn't call me to confirm they were done so just show up on the day they say it will be done. To get 2 pieces altered and 1 piece dry cleaned the total cost was only $29.99. Very cheap and worth it! The only disappointment was the stitch color that he used is different than the color of my dress so you can see it a little. You really have to look closely to notice so I'm happy with the work done.

If you don't know how to sew, you can actually learn to sew an item of clothing and have something to take home at the end of the class. You can take a trial class for $25 and it includes all the materials. Rika is a fabulous teacher! She is very helpful and very friendly. It's awesome to go home with something ready to wear. Of course, as a beginner, you won't make anything as complicated as a coat or jacket, but there are simple patterns to choose from to get started. People who sew at different levels, from beginners like me to those who are more experienced, are all welcome. Parking and entrance are behind the building. Don't enter on the Western Avenue side.
