Unfortunately, I am still suffering from the results over 10 years later and cannot afford to repair the mistakes. I continue to have a double bubble issue on both breasts. After my first surgery, I experienced complications and developed a hematoma. I later went back in to fix the issues, but the outcome remained the same. What has been most difficult is that I was never offered a proper solution, revision support, or even a meaningful follow-up conversation about next steps. I paid over $8,000 for a surgery that has left me deeply insecure for more than a decade. I avoid bikinis, feel uncomfortable in my own body, and honestly feel heartbroken over the results. I have since consulted with other surgeons who explained that the implant placement was not done correctly, which likely contributed to the double bubble deformity and overall appearance. They also explained what would be required to repair the damage, but I simply cannot afford another $10,000 surgery. I am sharing this because, for years, I stayed quiet. I tried to be polite, not bother anyone, and even blamed myself. But now at 36, I've reached a breaking point and feel it's important to speak honestly about my experience. I hope women take the time to research thoroughly, meet with multiple surgeons and not go to the first surgeon they google like I did and ask difficult questions, and really think through their decision before moving forward. This was the first place I went to, and I trusted them completely. I miss my old self and appearance. The results have affected my confidence for years, and I hope one day I can afford to fix them. This is simply my personal experience, but I also wish the office had reached out over the years, checked on me, or acknowledged that the surgeries were not successful. I still have all the surgery paperwork and amount I paid, I look it and just wish there was an attempt to correct the mistakes or issues -Daisy

It gave me so much peace and comfort. As others mentioned, Dr. Nguyen asked to pray for me and let me pray for him. This uncommon practice is something I cherished. His staff is also so kind, patient and responsive. I just had my operation today and I couldn't wait to write him this review because I know the results will be excellent! Without seeing anything I am confident it will be amazing. I only wish Dr. Nguyen would extend his office and get more doctors like him in different specialties so I can go there for all my health needs. God willing, one day. Thank you Dr. Nguyen & staff for an amazing experience! I am truly grateful!

Why would I do that if you're literally right in front of me hahah. Show me photos educate me you're the surgeon who I may potentially pay thousands and thousands to perform this procedure. Anyways after our rushed procedure the sales team gets a hold of me lol and they just went right into pricing .. didn't ask me about the consult didn't even introduce themselves I was shocked !!! The whole experience came off rushed and very sales driven. I even expressed that to the sales girls) I really believe if the surgeon took his time explaining things and behaved like someone who cared about me instead of my $$ this would have been a totally different experience. People are coming to you to spend tons and tons of money. They're not an inconvenience as soon as they want questions answered, very unprofessional. The 2 stars is for that fact that he doesn't charge a consult fee (shocking )

10/10 - Absolutely Obsessed with My Results! (8 Weeks post op)…read more I am beyond happy with my breast augmentation from Dr. K -- I'm literally obsessed! He did the most perfect job in my opinion, and I feel so sexy, feminine, and confident in my new bralette. I'm also so glad I didn't go too big. At first, I wanted 480cc's, but a week before surgery, Dr. K suggested we go with 450cc's for the most natural, flattering look. Best decision ever! We went under the muscle with gummy implants, and the results are flawless. From start to finish, Dr. K has been amazing. He answers every single question I have -- whether it's over text, FaceTime, or in person. If I want to stop by the office, he gets me in right away. His bedside manner is unmatched, and I've felt 100% comfortable and cared for every step of the way. I had a consultation with a "famous" Instagram surgeon before choosing Dr. K, and honestly, there's no comparison. Dr. K's skill, attention to detail, and genuine care for his patients are what really matter -- not Instagram followers. I've already told all my friends they need to go to him. My only regret is not doing this sooner! I'm also so glad I stayed local instead of going out of the country for a cheaper price. Being able to have in-person follow-ups with my surgeon has been invaluable for my healing process and peace of mind. If you're even thinking about getting a breast augmentation, do it -- and do it with Dr. K. I am so, so, so, so, so happy with my decision and I would recommend him a thousand times over.

Being 6 years post op, my updated review is overdue. I'd…read morelike to start by saying that the office staff was always very kind. 360 TUMMY TUCK: 7/10 For the most part, I am still very happy with the tummy tuck procedure. I did have a complicated recovery with necrosis of the belly button, but you would not be able to tell now. My scars are alright, I've definitely seen much better... but I tattooed over mine anyway so it didn't matter much to me. However, during the consultation I made it a huge point that there was a part of my lower back that I was very unhappy with. Dr K documented and explained that it would be lipo'd and he would excise it if necessary. I have a scar in the area, but it looks like it wasn't touched AT ALL. Definitely no lipo in the area, just a normal tummy tuck scar, but it doesn't go all the way under the area of concern. So it looks like he left it untouched. When I brought this up at my several post op appointments, he told me to wait a year. After a year, he brushed it off. I am now left with this incredibly awkward small lump right above my butt crack that has left me incredibly insecure. BREAST IMPLANTS AND NIPPLE LIFT: 1/10 I already had breast tissue (about a 36 C) but deflated after weight loss. I really wanted to fill them back up and make them perky again. Because of how deflated they were, I was expecting to get a breast lift, which other surgeons also mentioned to me. During the consultation, Dr K was very adamant that he would NOT do a lift, because I was in my early 20's. His reasoning was that they would need to be redone after I had kids... so I told him that I do not plan to have children. He told me that I might change my mind - which is absolutely NOT for him to decide or even have a say in. He told me he could do a nipple lift on my right side and it would make them look even and perky without the lift. I trusted him. My nipple is now OVAL ladies. OVAL. Completely mismatched. Extremely embarrassing. I also have had rippling, it feels like the implants are underfilled. I can literally crunch the bags and you can see it. When I lay down, they go to the side completely and my chest is flat. When I bend forward, they droop and look absolutely disgusting. I was also very concerned about the left breasts shifting so much to the side when I work out, that it completely deforms and pulls the bag. He told me "you can't work out your chest." This was a YEAR after surgery. He literally said I cannot work out, and that was the answer. Six years later and I have extremely heavy, sagging implants that are weighing my chest down. My nipples fall over the crease of my breast, and it's extremely uncomfortable and they've made me feel so embarrassed. I am now having to save money to get the lift that I should have gotten 6 years ago, and hoping that another doctor can fix my nipple and the underlying damage. I will never get these past 6 years back (and the next few years that I spend saving up.) So I hope this saves someone else.

From my consultation through…read moresurgery and recovery, I felt like he really listened to what I wanted rather than trying to push me toward a procedure I wasn't comfortable with. I had previously been told by another surgeon that I would need a breast lift to get the result I wanted, but I really did not want the additional scars or a lift if it wasn't absolutely necessary. Dr. Ip took the time to evaluate my anatomy and gave me another option that made much more sense for me. We ultimately went with Motiva Ergonomix implants placed over the muscle/subfascial, without a lift, and I am SO happy that I trusted him. My surgery and recovery were honestly easier than I ever expected. I had very minimal pain, never needed the prescription pain medication, and felt extremely well taken care of throughout the entire process. I'm now several weeks out and already love my results more and more as everything continues to settle. They look beautiful, feminine and proportionate to my body, which was exactly what I wanted. What I appreciated most about Dr. Ip was that I never felt pressured or like there was only one "correct" option. He listened to my concerns, worked with my anatomy and my goals, and ultimately gave me the result I was hoping for without putting me through a procedure I didn't want. Choosing a plastic surgeon is such a personal decision, and I did a LOT of research before making mine. I'm genuinely so happy I chose Dr. Ip and would absolutely recommend him to anyone considering breast augmentation.

His office arranged to have me seen by Dr. Kosins immediately. Dr. Kosins identified the problem which was an encapsulated breast implant and was able to have me scheduled for surgery the following week. I was very skeptical about undergoing surgery because I have severe sleep apnea and a vocal cord paralysis. Dr. Kosins provided me with words of reassurance, which gave me the confidence to move forward with the procedure. The surgery went forward without any complications, and my pain decreased significantly. Now it is totally gone. Dr. Kosins was very knowledgeable about complications with breast implants and handled the situation brilliantly. I am very pleased with my results. His office staff is also very friendly and professional. The post operative care provided by his staff was top notch. I would recommend Dr. Kosins to anyone who is considering undergoing breast surgery and anyone who is experiencing issues with breast implants. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the outcome of my breast augmentation and with the level of follow-up support afterward. I had surgery on May 5, 2025. Around 4-5 months post-op, I began noticing significant asymmetry developing. By the time I returned for my follow-up appointment in September, the issue had already become very noticeable. At this point, I developed capsular contracture on my left side, causing the breast to feel hard, tight, and unnatural. On the right side, the implant dropped significantly lower than the left, creating visible asymmetry and uneven nipple positioning. I also experienced poor scar healing around my right areola, with the scar remaining thick, raised, and persistently itchy nearly a year later. To be fair, Dr. Kosins did acknowledge the asymmetry during my September appointment, discussed revision options with me, and his office provided information regarding the Allergan warranty coverage. I understand capsular contracture is a known risk of breast augmentation surgery and not necessarily the result of negligence. However, what left me disappointed was the lack of continued follow-up and support afterward. After the initial discussion regarding revision options and warranty information, there was no further outreach, follow-up phone call, scheduling assistance for next steps, or even scheduling of my one-year post-op appointment/check-in. As a patient navigating an upsetting complication less than a year after surgery, that absence of communication left me feeling unsupported and alone in the process. I never expected perfection, and I understand complications can happen with any surgery. But when complications do occur, communication, reassurance, and aftercare matter just as much as the surgery itself. Patients deserve to know not only how successful outcomes are handled, but also how they are supported when results do not go as planned.

Over the past few years, I underwent two separate breast procedures performed by Dr. Ali. Unfortunately, the first procedure was unsuccessful. While the office offered me a discount for a second surgery, I still paid a significant amount out-of-pocket. Sadly, the second procedure also failed. When I reached out to Dr. Ali and his office to discuss my concerns and explore solutions, their only suggestion was to attempt the procedure a third time. I expressed that I no longer felt comfortable moving forward with them due to the risk of experiencing the same outcome. I wanted to seek care from another doctor I could trust. In response, Dr. Ali acknowledged that he may not have the necessary skill set to perform the procedure successfully and stated that he would instruct the office to issue me a refund. After taking some time to carefully consider my options, I contacted the office to request my refund--only to be told they would not be providing one.
