Took my Pacifica here for an airbag recall repair (my company made me) and I can't say I'd ever go…read moreback on my own. Everything worked before they touched it but none of my interior roof buttons/controls/lights worked after they did the recall repair. After troubleshooting and taking things apart, it turns out they didn't plug harnesses back in. Not sure if these are just for the lights and buttons or something important like the side airbags but it should not have been missed. While taking things apart to fix the lights/buttons I found the front grab handle screws were only finger tight. I found the plastic plugs for the back grab handle on the floor by the seats. I also found broken plastic pieces on the floor that are not from me or the type of work I do so I'm assuming these are from something else they broke while doing the recall repair. There's some alignment/appearance issues but it was easily fixed while fixing all the other crap I had to deal with. Seems like they rushed through the recall repair. I'm probably going to take it to another dealer for a once over as I'm having doubts anything was done correctly and wondering if the airbags are gonna work if/when needed. And just a minor thing but more evidence of poor/in a rush, they didn't properly fold the stow and go cover and just smashed it down. Checked the other side to make sure it was plugged in and found more covers missing and a broken mounting stud for the driver side airbag

Despite repeatedly confirming this in texts and calls, they failed to source the correct trim and instead presented a lower model that didn't meet my requirements. When I declined the wrong vehicle, both the salesperson and finance manager told me their "policy" was to keep deposits on vehicle locates, even though they didn't provide the proper written disclosures and never delivered the vehicle I requested. I requested my refund multiple times and was ignored. I ultimately had to file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General. I strongly recommend caution when leaving deposits here.
