I had my son's birthday party here and it was fun for the kids. I had it on a Wednesday after noon and had a good turn out of people. The manager did not tell me that all three rooms were open because it was on Wednesday. I wanted it to be more structural timing instead of kids running around all 3 rooms. After party was over I went to front office to pay my bill, and I notice some money was missing from my wallet. Someone went into the party room and went into my purse. I felt really good about the place and they appeared to be honest people, but yes I should have walked around with my purse. It just seemed uncomfortable walking around with my purse, I was busy doing other things. I place my purse underneath the cabinets. So, people please be aware of this place.. read more

If I could I would absolutely give no stars! We we're super excited to go to our nephews birthday. Everything was great until we realized our gift was not in his gift bin. When we asked the staff they looked at the other party bins but could not find it. It felt really rude for all of them to tell us they we're continuing to look but they didn't have any luck yet finding the gift with super huge smiles on their faces! Was that smile supposed to make me feel better? We asked them to look at the cameras to see what bin they out our present in but they just ignored us. And as we we're leaving we asked them what would happen if they didn't find our present? The employee had no idea what they would do. What service! We spent hard earned money on that gift and are completely sad that he won't even enjoy it! I don't know how often this happens but it's sad to say that the child missing the present is the one who gets hurt! read more

Terrible party Host this weekend April 1st 2017. This place hire high school students with not experience or motivation how to make a party. No help, not taking care of the kids. Not iniciative to be helpful at all. She was stand in the back of the room and that's all. They forget to decorate the room with balloons so the room was so empty.. Terrible experience. I brought my son here for his 10the birthday, this was my 1st time here but my son been here plenty of times for free jump. I was not impressed the smell alone was enough to make you gag, there was dust on the jumpers on the blowers and no staff supervision. They should do a health inspection here like they do restaurants. If I was the health inspector this place would get an F rating and shut down until it meets health standards. This place definitely needs a cleaning and a new paint job. The hall painting looks like a scene from a scary movie. When I leave here I'm gonna shower wash my clothes and bulk up on vitamins... I took my 5 year old for the first time to open play last month, it was amazing! She enjoyed every minute of it, and I got to relax and watch her sweat away. Although $8 is not exactly cheap, I will definitely return to watch her enjoy herself again. I'm so glad you are now open!! read more

I had my daughter's birthday party here yesterday. I had read all the negative reviews beforehand, but decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did because the party was wonderful! Everyone had a great time. The three jumper rooms had gigantic jumpers and the kids loved them. The negative reviews I read seemed to be mostly about the staff and management. I had no problems with them at all. I thought everyone was very helpful and courteous. They made the party room look very nice. Another reviewer had complained that the bathroom was dirty, but I thought the bathroom was fine, and I am very picky about bathrooms. All in all, it was a good experience and I would have a party here again. A few of my guests even told me that they now wanted to have their kids' parties here. read more

Just had my sons' birthday party here today. We had a very pleasant experience. The staff was very nice. Everything was organized and our party coordinator worked very hard to get all the food ready and keep the party on track. She was very nice and kept checking with me (as the host) that everything was ok. It can seem like the price is a bit much but for everything you get it's pretty reasonable. You just show up and the staff does everything. We did get the pizza which is good but we opted to bring in outside food as well. One tip is to look online and see if they are offering any specials as this will help you save a bit. Both of my sons as well as my guests really enjoyed themselves :). This is the 3rd year we had our daughters birthday party. And as expected it was an amazing time. The staff is very friendly and pleasant and made all of our guests feel comfortable. They made all the arrangements and met all of our needs. I was able to bring some outside good (for a small fee). Aside from our preference to bring some additional food items, I didn't have to do anything except show up! I highly recommend this place for your kid's birthday party!!! read more

My son's kindergarten classmate had his party here. The staff was efficient, and my son had a great time. I was not a fan of the dark room which did get very chaotic. I'd consider having my son's party there, but I would make sure the kids were around the same age and limit the number of attendees to manage the chaos. read more

The space room is our favorite especially my son who loves to play the free video games. We've been to a couple of bday parties, and we often come for free play and always have a great time. After hosting countless parties at other venues, I wanted to try something a little different for my daughter's 5th birthday party this year. I noticed the Jumping Jacks sign off the freeway one day and decided to look it up. After reading several reviews, I naturally felt a little hesitant. Before booking the party, I visited the site and found the staff both very friendly and knowledgeable. I got a guided toured of the facility and all of my questions were answered. Here are the details: PLAY AREAS All of the kids had a BLAST - even the youngest ones, who bounced with parents/relatives. The rooms were huge and the bouncers seemed well maintained. All of the rooms were very clean, but perhaps the most noticeable difference between JJ and the other party places was the AIR CONDITIONING. It was AWESOME. Another plus to the play areas were the free arcades. Nice touch. The older kids and dads enjoyed themselves. The basketball court in the sports room was also a big hit. When I first toured the space room (the glow in the dark room), I was a bit concerned that it was too dark - but it wasn't. I bought glow necklaces from Amazon.com and the kids enjoyed themselves. FOOD: The children who attended ranged from 1.5 - 9 years old. We had 26 kids and about 30 adults. The Super Party included 6 pizzas and 3 bottles of soda. I ordered 2 additional pizzas and breadsticks w/marinara. For an additional $10 fee, JJ allows you to bring in as much additional food as you like, as long as you don't bring pizza or soda. I brought in 3 bags of chips, salsa, cookies, 2 large clamshells of strawberries, and an ice chest filled with juice boxes, bottled water and canned iced tea. The amount of food was perfect. I had minimal leftovers. We did have one major hiccup. The Super Party includes the cake, which I ordered in advance. When we got to the party room, and minutes before the cake was to be served, I noticed that it was the WRONG cake. It had my daughter's name on it, but it was the wrong design and wrong flavor. My daughter was initially disappointed, but Paul, the manager, acted quickly and decorated the cake with the Disney Princess decorations of her choice. She was happy after Paul handled the cake situation and none of the guests knew there was a problem. PARTY ROOM We had one party attendant, which unfortunately wasn't enough. He was kind, and worked really hard, but two attendants at least for the first 1/2 hour would have been perfect. It wasn't a big deal, but I, along with other parents, helped serve the children and clean as the party progressed. Overall, my daughter and her friends LOVED Jumping Jacks. Despite the cake mix-up, I would book another party at Jumping Jacks. The staff was friendly and the managers, Paul and Sam, were professional and great to work with. Once our party attendant informed them that we had the wrong cake, Paul quickly acted to help fix it, and Sam apologized immediately and offered a discount for the error. I considered the day to a success because my daughter was happy and all of her friends loved it there. read more

I just wanted to Thank ALL staff and jumpin Jacks yesterday for Our double party that we had for my Son's Sebastian 7th & my Daughters Savanah 6th Birthday. It was our first time there from the prices , experience, environment, hospitality and food all went perfect!!!! Staff was so helpful,friendly, professional they go out of there way to make YOUR own party the way you want it, we had a Batman & Batgirl Party .... Parents can can bring all decorations you want you tell them how you want the set up and they do it for you... Food Was so good all fresh and Yummy .. ( you can also bring other food if you wish ex. Extra dishes) Cake was perfect Ice Cream cakes (they provided ice cream cakes they are good) however I did bring extra cup cakes as well ... Theses types of party's are short & sweet where children can release ALL there energy .... And fall to sleep on the ride way home Thank You Jumpin Jacks we now made a new home .... This was our second party here! Loved the first...disliked the second! We were scheduled for the super party! The jumpers were clean and we had a pleasant time jumping around. I am a hands on mom and helped get the kids to one room to another. We arrived to the party room it was not good. The helper was not well trained and seemed awkward. My guests and myself ended up hosting. She didn't serve the food. Until 5mins later she asked "How are WE going to serve the food?" I asked her to serve the kids first. While guests served drinks. She asked when I would like to do cake and presents...30mins before having to leave. She was having a hard time cutting the cake. She was so slow. Once again my guest, myself and I we helping out. While unwrapping the gifts the owner ( I believe) and my helper begin taking down decorations and moving my guest to the other side. The helper did not help with time management. I didn't know I was going to pay over $500 to host myself. I found this helper constantly standing at the doorway. I will second guess having a party here again. I might just do Boomers again, where every employee at every ride or attraction acknowledge the kids and the helper was so...HELPFUL! read more

We had a really fun time here, I would love to give them 5 stars if to wasn't for the fact that they rush you from room to room so quickly you don't even have tome to gather your children before they start to get irritated. EVERYBODY OUT NOW thats all we heard. A five min warning would have been nice. Especially at a place for children you would think they would be friendlier. I was rushing to help my daughter out of one of the bouncers because the attendant was really getting annoyed and louder i ended up falling out on my hands and knees at his feet, he didn't even bother to ask if i was hurt or offer to help me up. When we were in the final room eating and having cake the attendant there just stood in the doorway watching us with no personality just blankly staring. To top it off other workers were binging in bags of trash from other parties, the only way to throw the trash out was apparently thru our room. Very unprofessional. read more

Been to a few parties here and thought the place was great for a party. 3 rooms, but not impressed with the party room. Every single time i've been here the bathrooms are GROSS. we recentlly hosted a party and it was TERRIBLE!!!!! first of all, there was 3 young kids at the front desk, all with "WHY I AM HERE" faces. they don't help you unload like they do at pump it up, then they don't even tell you what to with your cart once it's loaded. we proceeded to push it to the room ourselves and started setting up ourselves. it wasn't until we started putting out our own table clothes, did one of the girls tell us we don't have to do that. not to mention there was a trash all over the lobby and our party room. would have been nice if they were helpful right from the start. this same girl turned out to be our host. the most her and another girl did were put my balloons up! after that our host ONLY served the kids, and cut the cake. very unhelpful. COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED. nothing like pump it up. having it at pump it up before was not stressful at ALL. between this place, party kingdom, and pump it up....it's pump it up all the way! jumping jacks, please don't hire kids that have "i don't want to help you or be here" faces. it really messes up your image. i invited so many new families to jumping jacks, but will go out my way to make sure they don't book their parties here. read more

Very poor customer service. Had my daughter's party this last weekend. I wish I would have read the reviews before I booked. There was this bald man who seemed like he was agitiated everytime you asked him a question I think he might have been the manager and let me tell you this, your businness will fail if your poor attitude continues, because believe me people do read yelp before they they make their decisions. He was rude to my guests. My sister had asked him which party room was my daughter in and he snapped back at her, he caught himself and apologized after.The party rooms are ok, but the only time we saw our party coordinator was when they were moving the shoes racks from room to room. When it was time to eat, the party ccordinator was there for a bit , but then left and I didn't seem him until it was time for clean up (I don't think it was his fault, because he was a nice young man, I just think its the management). When it was over I paid and started loading the my stuuf back at my car (And yes no one from the place offers to help you). I went back and put the cart back, out of no where the same bald guy comes rushing in to see if paid in a rude matter, I started getting agitated and told him do want to see my receipt he again caught himself and said never mind and said it was ok. Its such a shame because the place is soo close to home. I have had a party at Pump it up and everyone there was so much helpful and nice, but since this place was close by I figure I give it a try. I will recoomend my friends to just book at Pump it Pump.The reviews from yelp are dead on when they say this place is very unorganized. read more

We attended a birthday party in April 2014. The place is huge, very roomy for kids to run around. It is separated into 3 themed rooms. I can't remember how much time we were allowed in each room, but I liked the themes. The banquet room is a lot larger than the banquet rooms in similar place such as Party Kingdom. The staff was very friendly. The reason why I gave this place 3 stars was because of the jumpers. They look somewhat new and clean, but they were torn. In the first room, the ladder part of one of the jumpers was completely torn. My 3 year old could not use it, so I had to lift her up. In order for me to get up the slide, I had to grab hold of the side and pull myself up. It was really difficult. In the second room, there are 2 larger jumpers side by side. When I climbed into the one on the left, I thought that there was an entrance to the jumper on the right. Big mistake! The jumper was torn on the side and I was lucky that I looked, I could have fallen through. As an adult, I would have been fine, but not a child. This place needs to inspect and fix all jumpers. read more

Took my son there for a birthday party.... the party room was what ever walls were painted cute...not enough seating at all! the tablescloths were plactice rolls that looked cheep not the way they described it over the phone like it is decorated by a professional... no there a bunch of kids no older then 20.. the girl aka (party coordinator ) was good with the kids and my friend.. (the mom )dont remember her name pretty girl...anyway I read the post the man made about the manager being creep... thats a understatement he seemed to be creeping out the party coordinator he came in to check and she walked down the hall then he put his arm around her she completely moved from under it! and stepped back.... like hello! not only is she maybe 19 but your her (old) BOSS! kinda scares me with all those young girls working there... I even asked her how the management was there and she laughed... i said well i saw him put his arm around you and shes like yeah hes weird but a jobs a job at least for now... really sad... will not have my sons bday here after all we will be going to pump it up. read more

had grandaughters 3rd birthday here, all was well until paul the manager appeared. he came into the party room where we were cutting last pieces of cake, he said "do not cut any more cake, take it into the lobby to cut." with the loudest voice he yells out and i mean loud, he scared several children. "everyone out,grab your stuff and get out, go out to the lobby." it was not yet time to wind up the party, we had 5 minutes left. we told him we still had time, his response was it's close enough, get out of the room. we were so embarrassed with our guest. never again will we subject ourselves to such rough and rude treatment. paul was totally out of control, he has no people skills and should not be managing a child's play place. enough money is paid to have a fun time to have anyone treat you and your guest abruptly..is uncalled for. never ever will we book another birthday party here. we strongly suggest you think twice about booking a party at jumping jacks in san dimas. not a good place especially if you are subjected to paul. read more
