This is the second visit in the past two months, and once again the bathroom is out of order. There is no working restroom inside the facility. This is unacceptable for a children's playground. Kids play, get dirty, and need to wash their hands or use the restroom. Parents are forced to leave the playground and walk through the mall to find a bathroom, which is unsafe and inappropriate for young children. The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. When concerns were raised, there was no explanation, no apology, and no effort to help. One of the play areas has been out of service for months, showing a clear lack of maintenance. I also did not see a business license displayed, nor any customer service contact information available at the front desk. Because this business serves children, I strongly believe the City of Thousand Oaks should visit this location, verify proper licensing, and ensure it meets basic health, safety, and operational requirements. At minimum, a kids' facility must have a working restroom and hand-washing access. Until these issues are addressed, I do not recommend this place to parents. read more

Walked in. It's located inside the mall near the exit to outdoors. As many reviews do mention that it's overpriced. I must agree. $25 for one hr no matter the age is kind of pricey. You can get more out of sky zone than here. The place was not overcrowded which was good and the kids did seem to enjoy it... I would say cleanliness it truly wasn't clean. I would highly suggest having additional staff just wiping things down throughout the day. It would be nice to see them do that but seems understaffed forsure. The good thing that once you are inside it is gated and locked so no need to worry about your kid running off. My oldest loved it and for that same reason I rate it a bit higher. For younger kids under 8. Good to try once, a bit pricey. They need more balls in the pit . And the kids really like the foam pool.

This place is great for kids with sensory issues and kids who need to get their kinetic energy out. The place is safe and well padded to prevent any injuries. There is no play area for babies and there is no age limit, however, in my opinion, this place is perfect for kids ages 3-7 years. The price is reasonable and I suggest getting the unlimited pass because 1 hour is typically not enough time. What's also great is that parents or guardians are free but I highly recommended to watch your kids at all times because some kids play too rough especially when it's crowded. The staff simply works on the register and implements regulations for your child's safety. Parents and/or guardians need to be attentive with their children at all times because this is not a daycare. Overall, I highly recommend if you have kids who need an indoor play place to go when the weather outdoor is too unbearable. read more

It's a great place to go during the winter months when kids need to burn off that excess energy. However, it gets extremely hot inside, and they do not use any air conditioning in there. It's like you're walking through the cool mall, then walk inside Jumpify, and it feels like a sauna!!! I suggest cranking up that a/c like the gyms do. Otherwise, your kiddo will become overheated, especially in the summer months. read more

Came here today with my daughter. I visit this mall weekly. Wanted to give jumpify a try. This place charges $20 for 30 min. They don't enforce socks! Kids running around barefoot! Disgusting. My daughter really wanted to play because from the outside it's appealing. Don't let it fool you. A few inflatables, a ball pit that you can't jump in because it's partially empty, a corner with large legos (never been washed), and a rope ladder. And the kid that charges you can't wait to kick you out at 30 min exactly. Thanks for making my 16 month old cry! Horrible business. You can call them and email them, but don't expect a response. Their phone number has been disconnected for a while and is never updated. Bad in-person customer service too. The first time we ever visited this establishment, they didn't even greet us or give us any details about the birthday party we were for. Like where the group room was or where to leave presents. We paid for an hour. The kids had a blast. Aged 2-5. It seems not safe having to be dead bolted into the play area. I get keeping the kids in but having to open with a key that the teenager must open during an emergency sees like chaos. The restroom was a mess! It was trashed and not clean and there was no toilet paper. This restroom was not cleaned or checked up on.the second bathroom was out of order and I went to go check for TP in it and no luck. I think this could be a great addition to the mall and a great spot for parents to take their kiddos, but with a few edits. 1. It's extremely expensive for what you get. And all ages are the same price. ($20 per child for 30 mins, $25 per child for an hour, all kids over one you pay) I would suggest a cheaper option for super young kids. And lowering the prices overall. My five year old had a blast and I would have paid the $25 for an hour but my 1.5 year old was done after 15 mins so I was glad I only did 30mins. However $40 for my two kids to play for 30 mins didn't seem worth it. The place isn't that large. 2. They have you sign a waiver on a small tablet right in front of an open door to the mall. So while I'm paying and signing the waiver, my one year old is trying to escape and my five year old is complaining that he wants to go in already. Would be great to have the waiting area away from an open door into the large mall. 3. They come and track you down when your time is up and walk you out. Lol. Clearly whoever made this decision didn't have kids. Maybe give a five minute warning instead or have a text system to shoot out a warning so that kids don't have a full blown exorcist meltdown when you spring it on them that the time is up NOW. Also, parents aren't trying to stay past their time, they are to busy chasing their kids around, so a warning is appreciated. 4. Overall the staff seem less than friendly. It's pretty obvious none of them have children or even care for kids. They don't really smile or engage. They are straight faced and serious. Seems odd for a children's place. Get some students from Cal Lu or Moorpark college who study child development or something. 5. Get more activities if you want folks to stay for a full hour. There's only about 7 inflatables so the kids go through it quickly. Overall, I would go again but not often due to the price and I would probably only take my older child. Tried bringing my sons on a Monday and the systems were down. There was a sign saying cash only and the girl working at the front was clueless to where an atm might be. (Hint it's at the other end of the mall in the food court but it was also down. ) We walked the mall and got lunch and over an hour later it was still down. I probably wouldn't have written a review but it was a poorly handled situation and the associate working was incredibly rude and probably shouldn't be working around kids. read more

I noticed a lot of negative reviews about the place and the staff. I went there today and the service was fantastic! The staff was very nice. There was a young man with unique hair who was very kind to me and my children. My 14 month old and 3 year old loved it and really want to come back. It was very loud but that is expected from a place with lots of kids playing and inflatables. read more

single visit: As for the place itself. We liked it. Last time we went it was $30 for all day. Parents free. That's a plus for us bc we have to be with him, so I don't like when parents are charged too. Usually one parent is just sitting the other playing; taking turns. So that was a plus. And you can come and go all day, we liked that too. I guess it's pricy to try and do that all the time. But one in awhile it's not to horrible. . party place: Since we liked what they offered we looked into hosting his bday there. We paid the TOP price of like $700 to have the place to our selves, VIP Package. Yet it did NOT feel VIP for the price we paid. And don't quite recommend. First, small but annoying, they charged me a processing fee or something like that. It was like $5-10, not much but nowhere did it say a fee and honestly for what? To get an extra few bucks. We didn't pay a fee as a walk-in. Second, we paid to have the place to ourselves, no public. You'd think as the VIP package they'd offered the most. Well not. This package gave us Admission For 15 Children and 25 Adults. While the package below us is given 20 kids and 35 adults! Seems backwards. Again, I feel like they know there's more you want to invite so they figured you'll pay the extra charges per person. I feel like it should be flipped, then charged per person after that. VIP package should have the most amenities. Half the time there's more parents to kids. Third, we were given a whopping 30 mins prior the event to set up! 30 mins! It took me like 10-15 mins of that to drive up the car and bring it all in to the back room to unload. And to add to it, none of the tables or chairs we're kindly opened so we could easily move them as needed. Another 5-10 mins to do that. There goes my 30 mins to set up. Lucky I had some extra hands. I mean the host did helped. So Parents and kids are coming in and I'm not really ready. Honestly an 1 hr or 1.5 hrs or if there's is no other parties why does it matter how early. Most people like decorations, and I had ZERO time to set up anything nice. I bought decorations that I didn't even use. I barely had a banner and some table centerpieces. It didn't say in the description and I just assumed I had like an hour, thankfully I asked to know it was only 30. But by then I had already booked and with our wedding we needed something easy. Overall my party experience not great and not worth the money we paid. Will not do that again. Maybe that's standard, I dunno. But I didn't see the value. . Plus side, you can bring in your own food which was nice. We catered Ranch Hand BBQ in Newbury park. And they had a refrigerator to store. read more

The place advertises for kids up To age 12... my son is 8 and when I tell you this place shouldn't be for anyone over the age of 4-5.. the bounce houses are a joke and NOTHING like the pictures they HEAVILY edit to make them look huge. No wonder this place is always empty. Wasted 30$ and they don't give refunds. Pretty disappointing honestly. I can't even imagine how a 12 year old could play here when my 8 year old had trouble.
