The wings can be ordered traditional or boneless with your choice of sauce, and we added pepperoni to the cheese bread for a little extra flavor. The sampler is advertised as serving 2-4 people. It was the perfect amount for our family of three (two adults and a toddler), although I was expecting more wings. If we had been a group of four, it would have worked out to about one wing per person. The fries were well seasoned and one of the highlights of the meal. The cheese bread was tasty, and while the pizza was good, it was a bit on the greasy side. Our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and our toddler had fun playing in the Adventure Dome while we waited. The restaurant wasn't as busy as it has been during previous visits, which made for a more relaxed experience. Everything appeared clean and organized, and the staff was courteous and patient throughout our visit. The only area that could use improvement was the restrooms, which were in need of a deeper cleaning. Chuck E. Cheese also made an appearance during our visit, which was a fun highlight for the kids.

Perhaps quality will increase in the next couple months.... But I seriously doubt there's any hope for improving on canned Corned Beef. Restrooms out the door and to the left were closed for maintence but the locker rooms near the pro shop were suitable! Many improvements are going on simultaneously to this remote Yuma RV&Golf resort. The swimming pool, for example was being surfaced. Back to the restaurant before closing.... Seemingly all the times we've been here the other groups of people have been very mellow. I mean, yes they're into their own get - togethers but the hootin' and hollerin' you'd expect from other beaches? Not so much here. The lake current is nice and strong; you could float on your back down the river if you wanted too. I got a good workout in there just crawling around and things. The park has bathrooms, picnic tables under a large pavilion, a play ground, and a sandy beach. There's even an outdoor shower for cleaning off the sand when you're done. On an August weekday around noon, there were multiple families at the park to lounge and swim. The bridge provides ample shade for sitting on the beach or swimming in the water. The water was clear and looked clean. Some kids had tied a rope swing to the bridge and were swing jumping into the water - so fun! Yuma is HOT and frankly quite ugly, without much to offer the passerby outside of food, fuel, and the prison (also worth a stop!!). Gateway Park is an exception - a beautiful spot and a great break point for the weary traveler. Bring swimsuits - you won't just want to dip your feet in!
