There was free bowling for active duty/ veterans and one guest for a few hours, sponsored by the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 11 with a grant from The Bowlers to Veterans. I called to RSVP and today checked us in. The rental shoes were free as well and we stayed for an hour's worth of bowling before we called it a day. The lanes were smooth. For heavier bowling balls I had to look on the other side of the building but not too much of a big deal. No idea how the glow-in-the-dark bowling, concessions or the bathroom facilities were but as for the actual bowling it was a good time. read more

I had a super horrible experience at Inca lanes Yuma az the manager charged my husband and I $42 when it was only us two and said my husband entered a tip of $20. The manager has a horrible attitude and is not dressed properly. She was the most ghetto person I've ever seen I would not recommend This bowling alley to anyone. read more

i called at 10 am as soon as they opened because they have league days on mondays so i wanted to plan in advance to reserve a lane. the guy i spoke with said i was good to go and put my name down for 4:30 i get to inca and the lady tells me i cant bowl and every lane is taken. im not mad at her she just got on shift but i dont understand how that can be happening all day had plans to bowl and now i cant. was told that the morning person shouldnt have taken the reservation so how is that my fault?. very unorganized stuff. read more

Been going there a lot recently after moving back to Yuma. I have been to so many bowling alleys and Inca lanes is top tier. The seating area is huge, unlike the tiny ones every where else. Prices on the weekend are way cheaper than anywhere else. 2-hours for only $13!!! The only downside is that they close super early on most days, 9:30. I think Friday and Saturdays are the exceptions. Other than that, staff is really friendly, food is delicious. Best French fries in town, maybe period! They spare no expense on the lane oil. Most bowling alleys I go are way too dry. The balls are old and way over used, but if you're a serious bowler, or trying to become one, you're not using house balls anyways. I'm nowhere near good, and I have my own balls and shoes. They have a nice shop. Edit: it appears that they have gotten all new balls almost right after writing this review. So now it's a 6-star! read more

Rude staff! The cashier CLEARLY hates his job and doesn't know what good customer service is. Only nice associate was the kind bartender. Cashier who screams "WERE CLOSED" in the mic while gathering our things, you need to find a job that you actually enjoy. And if you're the owner, please let this place be taken care of by a whole new management. Save your money and play Wii games at home. :) read more

I'm not from Yuma, but since my parents moved here after retiring I visit a few times a year. This thanksgiving my brother and his family came to celebrate at my parents house. On Friday, the kids were beginning to get antsy and needed an activity to let out some of the pent up turkey fueled energy. I used Yelp to look for something fun the kids could do. Bowling came up and the kids were ecstatic. We came in and there was a deal with free shoe rental. $17.50 for four kids shoes included. We ordered burgers, fries, hot dogs and pizza for the kids. Everything was gobbled up by the hungry bunch. The kids had a good time and the service was excellent. Will definitely be coming back next time we visit Yuma. read more

Love to bowl here. Used to come even before the remodeling. At first the staff was very attentive and aimed to please, but in this one visit I found numerous employees just sitting around and not trying to be helpful at all. When we came in there was about 6 out of 40 lanes occupied and the waitress didn't come to our table until after we walked up to order food. She took our friend's order after we already ordered at the counter and his food came about ten minutes before ours... Then when the food came it was lukewarm, we had no napkins or forks, and she didn't ask if we needed anything before she left. We had to (again) go to the counter and ask for our needed napkins and forks. Anyway, we had fun bowling, but food and service were atrocious. read more

This was a great experience! It was only $10/ person for 2 hours of bowling. The equipment worked well and the drinks were also decently priced. The two things that keep me from giving 5 stars are that the bartenders were a bit unprofessional & slow and the pitchers of beer had a cooling device in them which made the full pitcher into a 5/8 pitcher. read more

I came from out of state and looked up things to do in Yuma, I noticed good ratings on Inca lanes bowling and best of all they had a special going on today. Quickly became disappointed as I walked in with my party of 10 waiting the arrival of 5 more people at 9:00pm, to my surprise I was rejected at the door by a young man stating they had closed an hour early. The hours on the door or online did not match!! I'm extremely disappointed!!! wasted my time, wasted my gas! read more

Let me share my experience today. I went by Inca Lanes to pick up a paper I left with the owner bob a week ago so that my daughter could get insurance again. It was literally two questions and his info that needed filled out. My last date of work, which I provided for him so he didn't have to look it up and my last amount of pay (he could attach the final pay check.) then he had so sign his info at the bottom. I'll skip the details in the beginning. But let's say that I was able to get my check stub, not from him but his wife. But we couldn't find the paper so we finally got him to come back to the office. He then told me he threw the paper away. I explained that I needed that so my daughter can get her insurance because she needed a cat scan and needs to go to a specialist. He said he didn't care and it's not his problem. I told him that was pretty messed up and unfair. He was gloating about living up to his reputation. He kept saying Karma is a b@*#h and that he didn't care and it wasn't his problem. I said some not so nice things to him after that. I will no longer bowl at Inca Lanes again. I will no longer support an a- hole that treats people this way. Mind you I've worked for him twice and never had any issues as an employee there. He fired me the second time for being out due to a car wreck I was in. And lied to me several times about the reason why. Then lied to others about why he fired me while I was out on medical leave. You're right BoB Karma is a B @*#h and you will get yours. I hope your business goes under and you lose your livelihood and your home. I'm not the first employee he's treated this way and won't be the last. He threatened legal action because this was posted somewhere else but there is no legal issues here that he had to stand on. I haven't been to this bowling alley in about 20 years. 20 years ago it was a decent place to bowl and after coming to town for a visit, it was even better. I heard they had remodeled and it is very clean and up to date. It felt good bringing my wife and kids here after telling them about it. The staff were nice and helpfull. The equipment was in really good shape and we did not have one ball jam up or have to reset the pins. Good job updating this place and keeping it extremely clean and maintained. We will be back next time we are back in town. Thanks for keeping the memories alive. read more

My name is PJ Yarns and my hand on the bible, he made a derogatory comment about me when I was there bowling 2-3 weeks ago to the effect of "huh you're that good no you're not that good". Then he said, "you're not throwing that many strikes" and then he laughed like I'm a nobody. Then he said "you're not a real bowler". I told him" you don't know me and who the hell do you think you are"? Today I just went there to bowl senior Monte Carlo and he saw me staring at him and asked me"what's wrong with you?" and naturally I asked him back"what's wrong with you?" Renovated and looking good. They have two bars so the line to get a drink is not long. They have table service so you can just run a tab. The place is a clean and modern looking bowling alley. Make sure you see if its a league night before you show up or you might night get a lane. read more

It amazes me how bad the customer service really is here. The last four times I have gone in I was told to leave as they were closing "early." To start they do not have a closing time. So if you plan on going in make sure to go very early as they might close on you even at 6. I called to speak with the manager but was immediately shot down with the worst experience I have ever received from"higher authority." I was told it is not bad customer service to close before the posted times on the Internet and that I don't know it's not bad customer service because I've never owned a business.(as in business) he then preceded to tell me to go to wild river and hung up the phone on me. Locally owned place so on a Saturday night friends and I decide to do something fun and out of the norm. When we arrive the bartender was very friendly and took care of us right away. When we decided to head out to bowl it was around 7:40pm and we wanted to enjoy a night of bowling and drinks with friends. The guy at the front counter tells us right away that they are closing at 9pm because it's been dead all day. Our friends had already started a game so we wanted the lane next to them when we asked the guy said he couldn't because they were already closed for the night. We decided just to wait and join our friends lane but less than 10 minutes later they had a people come in and opened the lanes for them then others as well. When I went to ask the gentlemen why they did it for them and not us he said it is what it is and do you want me to out you in a lane or not. This is where hiring the wrong staff will cost you money. A slow day doesn't mean a slow night and in this town you never know who knows who. The owner and manager will get a call. Horrible service here and business given away to another place since from now on all events for my work will not even consider this place along with kids parties. Awful experience. So sad I grew up bowling here. read more
