This place was super fun, not to mention we danced after we went bowling. They have a club at the entrance on the left hand side there's a bar. The music is awesome. The place is not packed at all. The bowling was fun and we are glad we went bowling when we did because the lights came on around 9 for the rest of the folks there and that sucked. I think bowling with the cool lights and it dark is way cooler than bowling with no colorful lights and just regular lights on. There's lots of parking and the restrooms inside are clean. The staff is nice, some of the shoes for bowling need to be thrown out though. They were trying to give me some shoes size 7 for women that looked like a dog had chewed through them hahaha. I asked if they had half sizes and they said yes so I got 6.5 instead. Don't Forget to bring extra socks because then you'll have to put your feet back into your shoes after wearing those bowling shoes that everyone wears. read more

What would have been a relaxing night out was eroded by poor services rendered by bartender "Estee". She refused to serve me a shot of Jagermeister with a cup of monster on the side. She argued at first saying she doesn't serve them as such. After politely and clearly asking for the drinks to be served in separate glasses she agreed to my order. She then ignored my request and acted shocked when I told her the mixed drink she handed me wasn't my order. I had to re-order the drink in which she served a meager amount of monster(less than what was in the mixed drink). I spoke with the shift leader concerning this order and he was very understanding and offered me a larger amount of monster which I declined. Later while renting the pool table she took my ID and asked if I was going to prepay or pay later. I asked to prepay and she began to ignore me keeping me waiting for two other drink orders to be filled. I flagged down another attendant and finally was able to pay for my friends pool table. I am very dissatisfied with this poor display of customer service. Update edit: The staff also tried to short change us on the hour I paid for the pool table. I had to produce the receipt and highlight time on it in order for the staff member to cease harassing us with her false claim. I will no longer be a customer at this establishment after this fraudulent attempt to scam us on a service I paid for. read more

Came here for my niece's 5th Birthday party last Saturday and we had a great experience. There were plenty of lanes, an arcade, laser tag and full bar area with tv screens. I love that they have a full bar & their house cocktails were DELICIOUS . The kids had an amazing time and they were having so much fun, we stayed an hour after my niece's party ended. My first visit here with my daughter on a road trip. At first appearance the place looks to be a little dated but hey so is bowling in general. They have a dive bar onsite with all sorts of foo foo drinks and bottled beer. There are fast food items available like nachos, pizza, soft drinks and pop-corn. There is plenty of parking out front. The bowling lanes are plentiful with ample seating. Bowling ball choices are pretty bad so bring your own if you have one. Remember, the bowling ball choices can make or break the game! There is a bowling ball pro-shop on-site as well but not sure of the hours. They have unlimited bowling deals after 9:00 Monday through Thursday for $7.99; including shoe rental. You need to check their website for prices and specials. strikezonebowlinglanes.com My Daughter and I had a great time here in the Customer was great. The bar employee was especially very cool and very informative about specials. The Strike Zone is definitely going to be on our list for the next visit to El Centro. read more

They need to hire more staff, ordered and paid for our food and waited over 45 mins for a small pizza and wings. When we were called to grab our food, we still waited to be served as employees walked by. After going to our table the wings were cold! It wasn't even worth complaining about it. read more

FIRST TIME THERE AND HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I will not be returning. The lane kept breaking down, the balls weren't coming back which was taking away from our time. they had to fix our lane at least 3 times which really messed up the momentum and our time. at the end they switch us lanes, but other than our food service guy/waiter customer services was horrible. ALL employees were standing around talking and didn't seem to concern that we couldn't bowl. read more

This place is falling apart and it shows. The game area consists of around 50 games but half of them literally don't work. And whatever does work looks like it's falling apart, super disappointing and embarrassing. They obviously don't have a game mechanic and it shows, they need to hire one asap. The bowling area is really showing it's wear and tear. With the prices being astronomical. The only decent part was the food and service from the workers in that department. That's why this is a 2 star and not 1 star. In short- overpriced, run down, and half a broken arcade. read more

I was very disappointed with the videos that were showing during a Saturday afternoon. Definitely inappropriate and not family friendly. Ironically, there is a sign on the front door that says "appropriate attire required" but the music videos were the raunchiest and the music selection was not family friendly. I would definitely not take young people there and will not be going back. The food from Mozarelli's was ok but the service lacking. Our "party host" never returned to check on us. read more

Previously I'd had nothing but good experiences at this location but I'm assuming that must've been under different management. My most recent visit was VERY bad from the first point of contact. The employee behind the counter was very unpleasant, enough so that multiple other members of my party noticed this issue where any little request seemed like a complete burden (I.e. getting a different shoe size). After waiting an additional 30 minutes aside from the given 1 hour wait time (we were a party of 8 and were told we needed 2 lanes to accommodate us as there were 2 lanes with 8 people each right in front of the counter) we ordered food not too long after being assigned lanes. The wait for the food was UNACCEPTABLE as we waited nearly 50 minutes of our 1 hour bowling time slot for the food to arrive as other tables who showed up after received their food much quicker. The waitstaff who finally delivered our food were the only pleasant part of our visit as they were apologetic about the situation. If this weren't the only location in the area I would be taking my business elsewhere but I'll definitely look for other things to do on a weekend instead of coming to this establishment. read more
