Mike was so supportive selling my father's house after his passing. We are in Phoenix and he was so helpful and responsive going through the process from out of town--the house sold within one week! He knows his stuff, he is well connected, and I could not recommend him more. He really went above and beyond (helped clean out the house, helped move furniture, etc.). read more

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike Bowling to help me sell a home in Yuma which I've been carrying on my own for the past 13 years. I had previously tried to sell this home on a few occasions, with no luck. Although the home was barely on the market in January 2018, we actually closed on it by mid-March 2018!! And for the asking price!! Mike always found time to either speak with me or get back to me shortly if he was unavailable at the time. He was patient, informative and always positive! His business card says "I sell homes." Believe it!! carol ann powell read more

I was initially skeptical of the idea of a flat fee realtor, but Mike made me a believer and saved us a ton of money. As first time sellers, I was unsure of the process. Mike walked us through every part of the selling process. He was thorough and delivered in a big way on the marketing of our home, leading to multiple offers. Once an offer was accepted, Mike coordinated with local companies to repair a few issues prior to close. He was always available when we required assistance and is extremely knowledgeable not just in the Yuma market, but with real estate as a whole. I cannot recommend his services enough. read more

We recently purchased our first home in Yuma, AZ. I do everything by reviews so looked up the best reviewed realtor and came up with Mike. He did not disappoint. Being first time home buyers we really had no idea what to expect. Mike was able to walk us through the whole process smoothly and efficiently. Our first house we found that we decided to make an offer on unfortunately we did not get but Mike was very optimistic for us and kept right on being encouraging even when we had about given up. He talked me into looking at a house I probably wouldn't have looked at on my own and we fell in love and ended up purchasing the home for a wonderful deal. Mike is so good about going out to the house multiple times just because I wanted to look at it again. It was a foreclosure so took more time than your usual home loan for closing and he was so patient with us. The big thing that made him invaluable to us was when our original loan company we had went with turned out to be a huge mistake and caused us many problems and was an absolute nightmare he steered us over to Guild mortgage and Jenny Santana which turned out to be an absolute Godsend! Mike knows about everyone in Yuma seems like and so if you need a recommendation for just about anything at all he's the man to give you a good referral. Mike should for sure be your choice for a realtor when you decide to buy or sell your home. read more

Prior to moving to Yuma, we did not have the best luck with realtors. But, after reading all of the 5-Star reviews of Mike, I knew he had to be our realtor! Mike is a wonderful realtor and just an amazing person overall! If you are looking to buy or sell, Mike should definitely be your first and only choice! We moved from Virginia and in the interim we lived in California. So, trying to find a house from out of state felt like an impossible task. However, Mike was more than helpful and totally exceeded our expectations. I would come down from California unexpectedly if I had time in my schedule, and Mike would meet up with me every time to show me homes. Mike is incredibly attentive and full of knowledge about Yuma and the surrounding areas. He has driven us around town and gave us tours of the local area, in addition to recommending some really great places to eat! Mike really does go above and beyond for his clients. Being from out state, I was struggling in finding a job. Mike so kindly invited me to a networking meeting where I was able to meet and network with different professionals in the Yuma area. My husband and I are so grateful that we picked the best realtor in Yuma! We are about three months away from moving into our dream home. Mike linked us up with one of the best builders in Yuma, and we are building a home that will meet all of our wants and needs. Mike regularly sends us pictures and updates of the home. Something we know he doesn't have to do, but he does it simply because he cares. So if you want the best experience buying or selling in Yuma or the surrounding areas you have to choose Mike, I promise you will not be disappointed! read more

We were VERY happy with the work Mike did for us. We were out of state and he handled everything for us. He returned all my calls and e-mails promptly. Our property sold in one month. Highly recommend! read more

I recently worked with Mike on selling two investment homes in Yuma. The sales went very smoothly and we were happy with the price we achieved. I live overseas and wanted a real professional to handle these sales for me, with great communication processes. Mike did a great job. He is professional, experienced, knowledgable about the local market and very good with marketing and negotiations. He also was fantastic with handling the repairs and getting competitive quotes. I really liked the fact that he communicates very thoroughly and unlike almost all real agents, he answers his phone (even though he has a lot of clients to handle). This eliminates so much wasted time in back and forth messaging. You also get immediate answers to a lot of questions, which reduces the stress of the transaction. I highly recommend Mike and his team! read more

This response is ridiculous. Nice that he even tries to gain business on a bad review, shyster much? Mike let the sellers wait to gain more offers helped create a bid war so no choice, thanks for the spin Mike. What a nightmare how unprofessional for him to call me a liar and I'm dishonest! He should ONLY work with sellers he has only the interest in mind where he gets paid. I call them like I see them, I have NO reason to be dishonest with you all, I don't get anything out of this except maybe I can save someone from this nightmare we experienced. Look at his response, unless you want someone who speaks of his clients in this manner you would be smart to WALK AWAY like we did! His response says it all, thanks Mike good luck to you! read more

Mike did an amazing job listing and selling our first home. He educated not only us, but potential buyers about our leased solar panels, which ended up being a much bigger problem than any of us realized. After many prospective buyers and even 2 failed sales, he found the right buyer. Also with us moving out of state and leaving the home vacant, he made the selling process easy with all electronic transactions and selling it was a breeze. He is always available for questions and will return all calls or messages very quick. Thank you mike for everything this sale put on you and your team. Highly recommended. read more

Mike was fantastic. We have very busy work lives and live in another state. He took care of everything including repairs and kept us informed during the entire process. He made selling our house so easy. Highly recommend. read more

I contacted Mike to assist me with selling my home in the Foothills. Mike was very responsive and assisted me with handling minor issues since I do not live in the Yuma area. We listed the home for a fair price and received an offer within a week. We counter-offered, which was accepted and the sale went smooth from there. I thought I was going to have to travel to Yuma to tie up loose ends, but Mike assisted with minor things such as removing an old refrigerator, coordinating having a couple repairs completed, etc... I didn't have to travel to Yuma to complete the sale. Overall great experience. read more

Mike was fantastic with our sale. As a military family and being out of the area - he literally made things effortless for us. Arranged house cleaners, repairs needed - and attended and supervised for us in our absence - and kept me up to date constantly. The service level he provides is professional and so efficient. I felt very comfortable leaving my home sale in his hands and he definitely delivered! read more

Mike sold our home quickly and we were happy with the price we achieved. I contacted Mike at Help U Sell to assist us on the journey of selling our home in a everchanging market. That call to Mike was the best decision we could have ever made. From day one we were met with complete satisfaction. The first day Mike spent half a day and evening just going over everything with us and taking photos of the house which included a really nice virtual tour. He always provided breakdowns on all offers and all documents were easily explained and signed online. We were so busy trying to get set up in our new home and settled in ..online document signing was a blessing in itself. More importantly I always felt comfortable asking questions and believe me we had many. If you have ever bought or sold a home before then you know what really matters when working with a realtor and Mike delivered 100% from listing to closing. If you need experience, know how, friendliness with an affordable commission then Help u Sell, Mike Bowling is the realtor you are looking for. Thank You Again Mike read more

Mike is a standout as someone who understands the principles of quality customer service and who works to ensure his clients are satisfied. He is professional, responsive and patient. We could always count on him to return calls or texts in a timely manner, which was important to us. Mike listens along the way to learn what you are looking for and then works to find that house. He has been our advocate throughout the process and didn't bail on us after the close. Our happiness was his goal and that was apparent throughout. Thank you Mike - it was a pleasure to work with you! read more

Great people to work with, very knowledgeable about the Yuma area! Highly recommend them for buying or selling a house

Mike is one of the best realtors in town hands down. He was able to get me 2 offers within 4 days of my house being on the market and he got me more than my asking price! He was professional, timely, and helped me every step of the way. If you are looking to sell your home, Mike is your guy. read more

I am a first time home buyer and am lucky that I found Mike to guide me through the process. He is very knowledgable, patient, and sincerely wants his clients to be 100% happy with the home buying and selling experience. He never hesitated to go the extra mile to make this confusing process easier on me (like surprising me the night before closing by going to the house to ensure that a repair was done, and arranging for a utility service to to be transferred sooner than the arranged appointment). I plan on contacting Mike again for my next home purchase, or when I sell my current house. I'll also recommend him as my top choice for friends and family. read more

Mike is probably the hardest working realtor we've ever encountered. He's proactive and knows the market. He has excellent tips for advertising and getting your home sold. He sold our home in a 55+ subdivision in record time, compared to others in our area. He's a great negotiator and got us the best price we could have hoped for. He knows the "closing" process inside out and made our closing as painless as possible. We have already given him two referrals for prospective home buyers coming into our area from out of state. Words cannot express our gratitude. read more

As a first time home buyer I was unfamiliar with the process and wondered where to even start. I was referred to Mike because of his reputation for keeping the client's best interests his priority. After meeting him and listening to his approach to home buying and selling I was sure I found the right source for information. He taught me a lot about what to look for in a home before you buy as well as guiding me on what the best financial decision would be for me not just now, but in the future as well. I would highly recommend Mike if you are looking to buy or sell a home. read more

Mike is a very personable, easy going guy considering how successful and smart he is about real estate in the Yuma area. He helped us sell a house and buy a house and made it as easy as possible through some delays. I was never worried about it because he had our trust from day 1. read more

Mike is a real estate agent equivalent to superman. Mike made sure our first time buying experience was smooth, pleasant and informative. He took the time to listen to what qualities we were looking for in a home and helped us find our dream home. He did everything he could for us to view the homes we were interested in. From our first encounter we had with him, until closing, and beyond Mike has been there holding our hands and helping us understand not only the real estate portion of buying a home, but assisted in any communication between the mortgage company and us. All in all, you will have no regrets choosing Mike as a real estate agent, whether buying or selling a home, as he is obviously the best in town. read more
