They never visited the house, made suggestions to sell the house, etc. They cost me thousands of dollars because the house stayed on the market so long. All they would say is "lower the price, lower the price, lower the price". They never visited the house, the only way they found out that there were issues was when other realtors showing the house called them. By then, broken windows and leaks had cost me thousands. I will never, ever, ever use the people again.
