Monica is an excellent agent. She was available whenever we needed her to show us the properties we wanted to see and make recommendations for others. She was always on time and very thorough when providing us information and details on each listing. She had the answers or found the answers to any questions we had, also in a very timely fashion. Monica made sure we knew all the things we had to do to complete the purchase and followed up after completion of each step. We highly recommend Monica and the Sexton Group for any real estate property sales or purchases in Yuma!

Sam walked with us every step and worked hard to get us the best house suit for us with the best deal ever. Especially, after we moved into the house, he helped us with so many things. Undisclosed Structural Defect, Broken Promises, Personal Injury and Brokerage Negligence…read moreToo bad there are no negative stars. One star is a prize for such crooks. We purchased our home through Sam Azar of Fathom Realty Elite for over $575,000. Within days of possession we discovered structural damage that was never disclosed in the Seller Property Disclosure Statement. The defective gate lock caused physical injury to my hand. Sam personally recommended his "number one" inspector who failed to report the obvious damage in writing -- then later attempted to cite exemptions after already acknowledging and attending to correct it. After possession Sam acknowledged the defect himself and made two written promises to arrange repair -- December 2025 and January 2026 -- neither of which were ever fulfilled. Ten months of deliberate stalling caused our repair estimate to expire, compounding our financial losses. Sam's own text messages refer to the seller as "my seller client" -- which tells you everything about whose interests he was actually serving during our $575,000 transaction. When we escalated to Fathom Realty Elite, the brokerage failed to take any responsibility despite their direct supervisory obligation over their agent's conduct. Fathom Realty Elite is equally implicated in the fraud, negligence, and unethical practices that caused our military family financial harm and personal injury. If you are considering Sam Azar or Fathom Realty Elite, ask yourself whose interests they will actually represent???

It would be hard to top the service we received from Yuma Realty Professionals.

It's nice to shop with a realtor who knows the concerns of a landlord and helps us identify pros and cons while crunching numbers.

We worked with Kenneth Huskey while trying to buy a home in Yuma from thousands of miles away, so…read morecommunication and having someone who truly understood our needs was extremely important. Unfortunately, communication was poor, and we often felt our priorities were not being fully heard. We entered into two transactions while working with him, and the second was canceled because the property did not meet the standards and description we had clearly communicated. After those deals fell through, we repeatedly asked in writing to terminate the buyer-broker agreement. He refused. His responses during that process felt unprofessional and dismissive, which only reinforced our decision that we no longer wanted to work with him. Months later, we independently found and purchased another home without his assistance. He did not find the property, show it to us, or handle the transaction, yet he is now seeking compensation from us under the buyer-broker agreement, and the matter is currently in mediation. Based on our experience, I would not recommend working with him. What should have been an exciting home-buying process became unnecessarily stressful and adversarial.

One of Realty Executives' employees handled a recent home sale to us…read more The day we were pre-qualified this realtor contacted us claiming there was one confirmed offer and one prospective offer both for the asking price. Because of this we offered the asking price...which was almost twenty thousand dollars higher than our initial offer. This realtor may not have realized that we know, personally, the family of the previous owner. This family later told us that not only did they never receive any offers other than ours but the owner specifically told this realtor that we were the only couple that was going to get the house. These are verifiable facts. I am not drawing any conclusion from these events but I invite future prospective buyers or sellers to consider this in their decision to select a realtor.
