As a family looking…read morefor the perfect rental, they went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. From the very first phone call, their communication was outstanding--quick responses, clear information, and they truly listened to what we needed for our family. Natalie is an absolute gem; she was patient, knowledgeable about the Yuma area and the property, and responded quickly when we had questions on the home that checked every box. We never felt pressured, just genuinely cared for. A huge shout-out to Kay in the office/maintenance as well--they're both incredibly friendly, professional, and always a pleasure to talk to. Any question or concern has been handled promptly and with a smile. If you're looking for a management company that treats you like family and delivers excellence in every aspect, Creative Concepts Realty is the one. Highly, highly recommend! Thank you for making our move in Yuma so wonderful!

Evicted me not for non payment. Lived there 2 full years. Did a quicj writ with no notice (2 witnesses one is your realtor said there was NO paperwork on my door. I was at a 4 day vacation at the Q casino. Rental was filthy when I moved I. Carpets were worn and tack strip exposed in 2 rooms. Baseboards were filthy and CCR is slow to do required repairs for their owners. Buyers and renters beware! I ended up moving into a beautiful five bedroom house. I'll start all over and I'll get through it. But I have a lot of agencies advocating for me because I'm just disabled. This was just a really poorly handled unprofessional execution. I'm glad I'm no longer doing business with them. The broker of the firm doesn't even work in the office and will only come out once a year. Do better CCR. BBB and other advocacy agencies are actively preparing counter suit. Good luck when your poorly run, badly represented realty office has low numbers to report. Terrible experience but I will start over. Sell any items you deemed for me to not keep possession off. And I think you were dealing with my parents who were multiple customers of yours. You handled this so poorly and I can't wait. I can't wait for everything to fall in place. Never received a call from your lawyer either called them a number of times called them again today so they can explain to me what the infraction was then you never have. I paid my bills on time. I even paid maze rent last month twice. And my account could handle it. I have no idea what your excuses for having done this to me, but my car was stolen in January my identity was stolen and I had fraud go through my account. Even with all that adversity, I still was able to pull together everything with the help of my parents and other people to get my stuff moved out of there when I was out of state. This realty company was so awful. They would not allow me back in my home where my medication was, my cell phone was, or any of my possessions were. I was allowed five minutes with a sheriff standby. Had I known you were going to sell my bed I would've taken all the new bedding and everything out of there at that time. I'm so happy to not be doing business with you anymore. You guys had a terrible response. And your office manager was very unprofessional. I have all the text from her as well. I experienced PTSD after my car was stolen from that home and it was that was stated in a text And I don't know how that went wrong but I don't care. My car was stolen from the driveway of your rental. Terrible neighborhood unfortunately it was a neighbor. I will be fine filing a police report today because you stole my items. You sold or gave away my property.again, subpar customer service, subpar Realty firm and definitely not a good property management company. Just my opinion.

She was aware of the time and money put into the landscaping to minimize maintanence along with grass in the backyard for a family to enjoy. After renting the property a previous tenant let the grass die and Kathy kept the deposit to repair the yard, I was told. The latest tenant moved out a few months ago and in the most recent pictures (you can view in photos), there is no grass and no explanation as to where the deposit money went. When I brought this to her attention she said, "Grass cannot grow on sand." Once I provided pictures of the yard as it was when she took possession of the home (Also in photos) she offered to have her husband repair the yard and she would guarantee it would grow. Clearly, that is not an option. She will not return the deposit money to repair the yard and I am currently trying to rent the property which is making it extremely difficult. If you consider hiring Kathy to manage your property, please beware as she has taken advantage of me and, honestly, I wouldn't wish this kind of treatment on my worst enemy.

Craig was very responsive and ready to help at all times. Buying a home takes so much time and energy on both sides, but having an agent like, "Craig Heiber," made it seem smoother than ever. If you are looking for an agent, Craig Heiber would be an excellent choice! This is where this review will blow your mind!!!!! The day our loan papers had to be signed, Craig met us at our new home and helped me measure every room, sent me all the utility companies with phone numbers, that I needed to transfer and make new accounts. This type of professionalism is off the charts. I have never experienced such a perfectionist and top notch customer care satisfaction in my life.... His personality, attention to detail, and great communication skills, made this experience even better than I expected. I am more than pleased with the service at, " ERA". Craig's professionalism and enthusiasm to get to the root of any issue during this transaction promptly exceeded my expectations. Craig made our signing appointment the same day we looked at the home, since we were 2.5 hours away and bought the home without physically seeing it first. He made it so we were not traveling back and forth. Craig did not have to meet us at title but made sure we found the location and met us there! Once recorded he congratulated us and told me that he would go and turn off the air once our utilities were switched over since we were so far away. This type of professionalism and commitment to the highest level of customer's satisfaction has to be acknowledged. Having in mind such a pleasant experience with him, it would be my pleasure to continue doing business with Craig at ERA in the following years to come. You can be assured of another thing, that I will not hesitate to bring future clients to your establishment. Sincerely, Roxanne and John Fiehler

Avoid property manager Mary Bell. I do not write negative reviews but unfortunately this will have…read moreto be a negative one. She is very rude and unprofessional I do not know how she is still employed because she already has many negative reviews on YELP. I was renting one of the properties she manages for 3 years and every time a maintenance request was submitted she would take up to 2 weeks to respond and up to a month to send someone to fix the issue. I was never behind on rent and considered myself a great tenant. I had an issue with the boiler and was left with no hot water during the winter for almost a month. Another issue was when our washer started leaking water so I stopped using it and automatically contacted her and submitted a maintenance request she took almost a month to send someone to fix the washer which was very inconvenient because I had to go to the laundromat until the washer was fixed. At the end of our lease when we had to conduct an exit walk through she tried to amend the lease contract by trying to set her own rules about how everything needed to be done. On our lease agreement it stated that we needed to contact the property manager to get the correct paint color for the home so we can do our own touch ups and that is exactly what we did. She provided us with a screenshot of the paint color/name via text so that exact paint color was purchased. When she did the exit walk through she automatically stated that it was the incorrect color and that she never provided me with the name of the paint. I proceeded to show her the text message she sent and she stated that I was "trying to set her up" because she never texted that even though I showed her previous conversations that I already had with her with the same phone number. I was in shock that someone in a professional field would even think to say that. I have never been treated so poorly nor disrespected by someone the way she did. I would advise anyone that uses her as a property manager to always keep records of conversations with her.

After my mother suffered a fall and needed to transition to a single-level rental home close to her friends, Kenya worked closely with me to make the process seamless. From start to finish, Kenya was professional, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. Her communication was outstanding -- she responded promptly to every question and ensured that even the smallest post-move details were addressed quickly and thoroughly. Coordinating everything on my mother's behalf while she was in rehabilitation could have been stressful, but Kenya's reliability and follow-through gave me tremendous peace of mind. What truly set Kenya apart was her personal touch. After my mother moved in, Kenya stopped by with donuts to introduce herself -- a simple yet incredibly meaningful gesture that reflected her character and attention to detail. It meant so much to both of us. Kenya made what could have been an overwhelming transition feel smooth and manageable. I am deeply grateful for her professionalism, compassion, and dedication. I highly recommend Kenya to anyone looking for someone who goes above and beyond for her clients. Thank you, Kenya, for making this experience such a positive one for our family.

The lady that made these promises claimed to have a emergency and apparently is very unorganized and left nobody with any info on the supposed promise to have first look at said property. Wish we could give negative stars. This place is the worst management company we've ever been to…read more First of all, they are too lazy to do their jobs and actually show the rentals. You have to give them $20 cash to check out the keys. Upon return of the keys, you get your money back. But how hard is it for someone to go make copies of these keys for later use? It's not like they care enough or would pay the money to change the locks before someone moves in. Then, when you finally find something you like, they tell you that you have to wait anywhere from 1 week to 2 months for it to be ready. And there are all these hoops you have to jump through for the application. $40 ap fee/background check (cash), 3 references, photographic proof of income showing 2 1/2 times the rent which includes a copy of your last 2 bank statements, pictures of your pets if there are any, if your credit score is lower than 620, you have to tell them why...after that, if you are approved they want cash or cashier check or money order for the 1st month rent and deposits....no credit cards, bank cards or personal checks. We were promised move in on the same day as the credit check but when asked about it, they lied and said that they never said that and we'd have to wait over a week to see if we were qualified. This is the most unprofessional and incompetent place and unless you have the patience of a saint, stay away. It's a good thing I am a Christian or else I would say what I really think of the people there.
