Being first time home buyers we really had no idea what to expect. Mike was able to walk us through the whole process smoothly and efficiently. Our first house we found that we decided to make an offer on unfortunately we did not get but Mike was very optimistic for us and kept right on being encouraging even when we had about given up. He talked me into looking at a house I probably wouldn't have looked at on my own and we fell in love and ended up purchasing the home for a wonderful deal. Mike is so good about going out to the house multiple times just because I wanted to look at it again. It was a foreclosure so took more time than your usual home loan for closing and he was so patient with us. The big thing that made him invaluable to us was when our original loan company we had went with turned out to be a huge mistake and caused us many problems and was an absolute nightmare he steered us over to Guild mortgage and Jenny Santana which turned out to be an absolute Godsend! Mike knows about everyone in Yuma seems like and so if you need a recommendation for just about anything at all he's the man to give you a good referral. Mike should for sure be your choice for a realtor when you decide to buy or sell your home.

My husband and I shared what we were looking for, and Michelle did an amazing job of providing us options and finding something even better than what were looking for. From the beginning, Michelle didn't just try to sell us, but kindly showed us ideas of what was available and then educated us and coached us all throughout the process. As a first time home buyer new to the area, I had a lotttt of questions about the process and market here. She totally put up with me and spent a lot of time with me on the phone and in person helping me understand so I could feel confident and excited about the process instead of nervous. She made sure as well that we were getting the best deal, and that we were well taken care of in all aspects before during and even after the home purchase. She went far above and beyond by inspiring us to do some projects to the new home, and even loaned a few of her personal tools to us. She totally spoiled us and helped us way more than she had to but she wanted to. Not only is she friendly and kind, but she is high octane and dang good at what she does. She's well connected and quick. Her family is adorable also. She also is just hilarious to be around to make the experience fun! Craig was very responsive and ready to help at all times. Buying a home takes so much time and energy on both sides, but having an agent like, "Craig Heiber," made it seem smoother than ever. If you are looking for an agent, Craig Heiber would be an excellent choice! This is where this review will blow your mind!!!!! The day our loan papers had to be signed, Craig met us at our new home and helped me measure every room, sent me all the utility companies with phone numbers, that I needed to transfer and make new accounts. This type of professionalism is off the charts. I have never experienced such a perfectionist and top notch customer care satisfaction in my life.... His personality, attention to detail, and great communication skills, made this experience even better than I expected. I am more than pleased with the service at, " ERA". Craig's professionalism and enthusiasm to get to the root of any issue during this transaction promptly exceeded my expectations. Craig made our signing appointment the same day we looked at the home, since we were 2.5 hours away and bought the home without physically seeing it first. He made it so we were not traveling back and forth. Craig did not have to meet us at title but made sure we found the location and met us there! Once recorded he congratulated us and told me that he would go and turn off the air once our utilities were switched over since we were so far away. This type of professionalism and commitment to the highest level of customer's satisfaction has to be acknowledged. Having in mind such a pleasant experience with him, it would be my pleasure to continue doing business with Craig at ERA in the following years to come. You can be assured of another thing, that I will not hesitate to bring future clients to your establishment. Sincerely, Roxanne and John Fiehler

Avoid property manager Mary Bell. I do not write negative reviews but unfortunately this will have…read moreto be a negative one. She is very rude and unprofessional I do not know how she is still employed because she already has many negative reviews on YELP. I was renting one of the properties she manages for 3 years and every time a maintenance request was submitted she would take up to 2 weeks to respond and up to a month to send someone to fix the issue. I was never behind on rent and considered myself a great tenant. I had an issue with the boiler and was left with no hot water during the winter for almost a month. Another issue was when our washer started leaking water so I stopped using it and automatically contacted her and submitted a maintenance request she took almost a month to send someone to fix the washer which was very inconvenient because I had to go to the laundromat until the washer was fixed. At the end of our lease when we had to conduct an exit walk through she tried to amend the lease contract by trying to set her own rules about how everything needed to be done. On our lease agreement it stated that we needed to contact the property manager to get the correct paint color for the home so we can do our own touch ups and that is exactly what we did. She provided us with a screenshot of the paint color/name via text so that exact paint color was purchased. When she did the exit walk through she automatically stated that it was the incorrect color and that she never provided me with the name of the paint. I proceeded to show her the text message she sent and she stated that I was "trying to set her up" because she never texted that even though I showed her previous conversations that I already had with her with the same phone number. I was in shock that someone in a professional field would even think to say that. I have never been treated so poorly nor disrespected by someone the way she did. I would advise anyone that uses her as a property manager to always keep records of conversations with her.
