This review would be a 5 on account of the great staff, especially Misty. Recent changes to the…read morewebsite system from the corporate office lower my approval. The company has changed the web interface twice in a handful of months, first to require my cc be stored (I could still manually delete at the time), and second to seemingly require a phone number to *first* identify my account, and *if* that is done to *then* give me access to the account login screen. Ok, I finally noticed that I could scroll down to use the direct login method, but most people will fall into the first method b/c of the way you structure the webpage. Most people use the SMS system which is horribly insecure. See: https://www.cnet.com/news/privacy/do-you-use-sms-for-two-factor-authentication-heres-why-you-shouldnt/ https://www.zdnet.com/article/why-sms-two-factor-authentication-codes-arent-safe-and-what-to-use-instead/ ... and for the more geeky: https://security.stackexchange.com/questions/11493/how-hard-is-it-to-intercept-sms-two-factor-authentication I use keepass (who keeps their branding promises), so unlike many people, using SMS probably makes me *less secure*. The company should at least warn not to use SMS, but how do I know that the storage company is not now in the business of tracking their customers? Anyway, how about using more secure two-factor methods? I will try switching to VOIP to avoid the risk. Finally, back to storing my cc: I don't like it, but at the least, not storing the security code on the back (requiring it each time) might be better before the next (inevitable?) data breach. Having to work with the bank over scams and account fraud is costing Americans a lot of time, and I do not appreciate companies' "going with the flow" on financial corruption! Thank you for fixing the problem. I am definitely willing to click a few extra buttons for a lot more security!

So I got my pieces of my project together and called Julio.we had 4 or 5 phone call and texts and set up a time and place. Julio was a NO CALL NO SHOW... So I called. julio lied again and said he had a emergency .. Then julio lied and said he couldn't do the custom hitch any longer because he didn't have a drill press to drill holes .never trust a fabrication custom welder that cannot drill holes .lol. So I sent him a picture of my drill press.lol So julio started to complain that he had to carry enough steel on his truck to build a custom hitch.wow .how much steel does it take to build a hitch ? Then julio refused to build a hitch as a bolt on application. When all after market hitches are a bolt on application. Julio tried to make excuses that bolt on hitches was unsafe.lol another LIE. It's my opinion that julio is a liar.and a complainer.hes definitely no articulated enough to build anything custom. It seems to me julio just wants to repair simple little problems. I do not recommend using julio as he is a liar.he is lazy.he complains about carrying 100 pounds of steel and he can't drill holes in steel..and he will make appointments and then pull a no call no show.and WASTE YOUR TIME.

Mario the manager could not be nicer ! When we were moving in,he showed us several choices of furnished studio apartments . Being that they are funished and with different floor coverings , it was nice to have a choice . Utilities seem to be about $25 a week for winter, even with us using the electric heat sometimes . One really cool thing about these apartments , is that they have big walk in closets to tuck your stuff away instead of it invading the living space with clutter. The kitchen has a full size Fridge & Stove. Also the fact that there is a curtained and "hideable "alcove for the fullsize bed make for a super-studio! When the pool and whirlpool open up in spring I will add a 5th star!

This store is an absolute joke. I have never met employees that are this incompetent,…read moreunprofessional, and useless. I was remodeling a bathroom and made it very clear the tile I wanted, and what stone for the vanity. My husband had to tile our shower because they were charging an outrageous amount to just put down the tile. my husband had done the demo and redo of the walls and put in the shower basin. For the little amount they had to do they wanted over 2 grand. 4 months ago I picked out the stone for the vanity, he didn't even bother to order the stone until I had pestered him for long enough, and by him I mean Ricardco who runs that storefront. He said for an entire week in March that the installer was coming that week. Thursday of that week rolls around and I still had heard nothing from them. I call them to ask when the installer would come, he then says to me the installer is behind on other jobs and wouldn't be able to come until May! Ricardo refused to give be the installers number so I could talk to them to work something out sooner. And good luck trying to get hold of a manger or the store owner. Every step of the way of this remodel I have had to constantly hold their hands during this project just to make sure the bare minimum gets done. Half of the time the store is closed by 11am even though their hours say they close at 5. The inside of the store is disgusting and in complete chaos and almost no one is there inside the store to help a customer, so I have to make endless calls to track someone down to help me. Half of the time they make it seem like they are doing you a favor just by even being there, and make Insinuations about not paying when we have to go to pick up the stone we ordered to take to another installer in town. When he hadn't even put the amount down on the account that store uses to collect payments! Honestly I am so worn down by this whole thing. We had to remodel because our home is almost 70yrs old. Black mold and extensive termite damage made it unhealthy for us to continue to use. I have never in my life had to write a bad review and I am sorry it had to come down to this. I tried to be reasonable and patient but at this point after a bathroom that has been unusable for going on four months now, with no help from the people whose job is to help; I'm no longer willing to let them walk all over me and treat me like an annoying child. If you live in Blythe, save yourself the headache and try to do it yourself or go to a more professional place out of town.
