Because of this we offered the asking price...which was almost twenty thousand dollars higher than our initial offer. This realtor may not have realized that we know, personally, the family of the previous owner. This family later told us that not only did they never receive any offers other than ours but the owner specifically told this realtor that we were the only couple that was going to get the house. These are verifiable facts. I am not drawing any conclusion from these events but I invite future prospective buyers or sellers to consider this in their decision to select a realtor.

The receptionist (sorry I didn't write down your name) at the Foothills location was wonderful. Weeks later we needed a notary and found Rayann at the 16th street location. She was friendly, efficient, thorough and very knowledgeable. There were numerous forms that needed signing, and although she was busy, she didn't make us feel like we were imposing on her. Being first time home buyers we really had no idea what to expect. Mike was able to walk us through the whole process smoothly and efficiently. Our first house we found that we decided to make an offer on unfortunately we did not get but Mike was very optimistic for us and kept right on being encouraging even when we had about given up. He talked me into looking at a house I probably wouldn't have looked at on my own and we fell in love and ended up purchasing the home for a wonderful deal. Mike is so good about going out to the house multiple times just because I wanted to look at it again. It was a foreclosure so took more time than your usual home loan for closing and he was so patient with us. The big thing that made him invaluable to us was when our original loan company we had went with turned out to be a huge mistake and caused us many problems and was an absolute nightmare he steered us over to Guild mortgage and Jenny Santana which turned out to be an absolute Godsend! Mike knows about everyone in Yuma seems like and so if you need a recommendation for just about anything at all he's the man to give you a good referral. Mike should for sure be your choice for a realtor when you decide to buy or sell your home.
