Keller Wlliams Yuma, AZ / Brandi C. buyers agent. Brandi was nice and very helpful until the very last and important process, the final walkthrough. At 4pm, the day before our 9:30am closing we were scheduled for the final walkthrough. To our disappointment the sellers had not completly moved out. With a home partly full of furniture and numerous drawers full of their personal items remaining it was absolutely ridiciously unappropriate conditions for a final walkthrough, especially after Brandi informend us the sellers had closed on their portion the previous week. Really!! That is when everything went south with Brandi because we wanted a final walktrough after the sellers moved completely out to assure proper property condition. The remainder of the communication with Brandi was cold and unprofessional on her part. Really, who was she really working for...the seller or buyer? read more

Keller Williams Realty Yuma is a Top Real Estate company in Yuma. They have excellent agents who are available to help you buy or sell a home. Keep in mind this office has over 100 agents. Everyone has a different angle, edge, working style. I am sure you'll find the right fit with one. Management is excellent and strives to keep customers happy as well. So if there is a small chance you have a negative experience before leaving a 1 star review for an agent or software that effects over 100 individuals you should call them to resolve it first. read more

I am not even gracing this with a star, or if I have to it'll be the lowest possible rating. Our story is long and we are holding Ms. Patty Bourelle responsible for our losses. Sale was to include ALL furnishings, ALL! The sales agent, Ms. Bourelle, did not make any effort to resolve this issue but conveied the attitude of indifference and since she making money, she had no concerns to abide by the terms of the contract. So now it'll cost us in the neighborhood of 5g's to replace what was taken. I gather that KW; in particular Ms. Bourelle is all about quantity not quality, so in light of this I urge you to run, RUN fast and far from any Keller Williams sign. I placed an offer on a home through my realtor to agent Karen Spencer with Keller Williams Realty. This realtor managed to delay the return of my offer for Five days. She then took another offer from someone else for more money. Was that legally wrong. No. Was that Unethical, ABSOLUTELY. BEWARE of this kind of realtor. There are many great realtors in the city of Yuma. This is not one of them. Because of her child like behavior, I lost an opportunity to bid on two other excellent choices. My wife and I were in the market for a house and we drove by a property that had a Keller Williams sign. The agents name was Arti Anguiz. We had no realtor we were working with at the time. I called Arti she and she was able to meet us within an hour of us calling which was fantastic. We did not buy that property but we did choose Arti to be our realtor. Arti has been wonderful to work with throughout the home buying process. I was approved though a loan company and Arti took a look at the paper work and told me she would suggest me calling Nova home loans. That phone called saved me $9000.00 in extra fees the original loan company was going to charge me. I cannot thank you enough Arti for the professionalism you have shown my family.
