That is, 1.) I'd talk with them and was told that I'd get a call back or never did; or 2.) I'd leave a message and never get a call back. Evidently, they under-estimated me. I finally got a hold of the manager and mentioned the potentiality of litigation. Incredibly, he had his assistant contact me within minutes and the re-assessment was done the next day and the repairs were made in a few days. It's a shame that I had to go through so many hoops to get the repairs that I was initially promised. Otherwise, I may have given a better ratings. Still, somehow, I am content enough to give three stars.
