Sub par property management company. Gave away my bedroom suite, dining room table (minus. 1 chair lol) 40 year old hope chest, all my garage contents; and I had a moving company contracted. Sub par realty company. Evicted me not for non payment. Lived there 2 full years. Did a quicj writ with no notice (2 witnesses one is your realtor said there was NO paperwork on my door. I was at a 4 day vacation at the Q casino. Rental was filthy when I moved I. Carpets were worn and tack strip exposed in 2 rooms. Baseboards were filthy and CCR is slow to do required repairs for their owners. Buyers and renters beware! I ended up moving into a beautiful five bedroom house. I'll start all over and I'll get through it. But I have a lot of agencies advocating for me because I'm just disabled. This was just a really poorly handled unprofessional execution. I'm glad I'm no longer doing business with them. The broker of the firm doesn't even work in the office and will only come out once a year. Do better CCR. BBB and other advocacy agencies are actively preparing counter suit. Good luck when your poorly run, badly represented realty office has low numbers to report. Terrible experience but I will start over. Sell any items you deemed for me to not keep possession off. And I think you were dealing with my parents who were multiple customers of yours. You handled this so poorly and I can't wait. I can't wait for everything to fall in place. Never received a call from your lawyer either called them a number of times called them again today so they can explain to me what the infraction was then you never have. I paid my bills on time. I even paid maze rent last month twice. And my account could handle it. I have no idea what your excuses for having done this to me, but my car was stolen in January my identity was stolen and I had fraud go through my account. Even with all that adversity, I still was able to pull together everything with the help of my parents and other people to get my stuff moved out of there when I was out of state. This realty company was so awful. They would not allow me back in my home where my medication was, my cell phone was, or any of my possessions were. I was allowed five minutes with a sheriff standby. Had I known you were going to sell my bed I would've taken all the new bedding and everything out of there at that time. I'm so happy to not be doing business with you anymore. You guys had a terrible response. And your office manager was very unprofessional. I have all the text from her as well. I experienced PTSD after my car was stolen from that home and it was that was stated in a text And I don't know how that went wrong but I don't care. My car was stolen from the driveway of your rental. Terrible neighborhood unfortunately it was a neighbor. I will be fine filing a police report today because you stole my items. You sold or gave away my property.again, subpar customer service, subpar Realty firm and definitely not a good property management company. Just my opinion. read more

Amazing people. They take care of their rentals really well. If something needs fixing in the rental they are there for you. Kay always greets you with a smile and is so helpful as with all the staff and associates. Natalie is also amazing. Love Creative Concepts! Avoid these people at all costs! The owner of the home would just show up whenever she wanted without proper notice and would knock on our door and tell us that we needed come out to help her with yard work. We would be eating dinner and see her looking over the fence or just standing out in the back yard! It was absolutely ridiculous and not to mention creepy! We ended up having to put a lock on the gate to keep her from coming in our backyard or trying to come in the house (which she also tried). She would have the property managers call us to let us know that her "friend drove by and saw the plants were dying" and pressure us to water the landscaping that she added to the home after we moved in. We discussed the owner showing up randomly with creative concepts and they made it seem like we were being out of line for asking them to honor the contract. On top of being expensive as heck (not sure what we were paying them for since they never did anything for us), interacting with the staff was absolutely frustrating, not to mention their receptionist liked to use very unprofessional, ignorant, and racist language. read more

I rented for over a year from this agency and loved each and every one of them. Professional and prompt when anything needed attention. I didn't get my entire deposit back but I also didn't get to clean-up the yard due to an unforeseen rapid move. I'd rather pay their fee than have a landscaping company come and pay inflated prices. read more

Dishonest people who will lie to your face and try to keep your deposit. Furthermore, they say they'll fix things and never do. They are unprofessional and slimy. Read every document they give you before you sign it. They must give 48 hours notice before entering your home. They will try and get you to sign a document saying they only need to give 24 hours notice. They can't make you keep your utilities on for 72 hours after you've moved out so that they can clean and do repairs. They will try and get your to sign a document saying that if you don't leave your utilities on, they can take $200 out of your deposit. Don't be threatened by these morons. Know your rights and protect yourself. read more

We have been with this property management for over 10 years. Kay has always notified us in a professional and timely manner when tenants report any issues. Kay is such a sweetheart. Don't be surprised if a business call turns into a personal call. Shes just a great person to talk to. They will always try to get the best deals when getting something needs repairs or replacement. There was a time I was very hesitant about leaving my property in the hands of someone else but eventually this company made me feel like they were taking care of their own home. This gave me peace of mind and that's priceless! So far I have not had any renters leave my property damaged or left with rent unpaid. I wish more people would leave positive reviews because the negative ones listed here are from so many years ago and I'm sure there's more to their story. As owners we are also obligated to approve and comply to make sure things are fixed in a timely manner. Remember, if your renters are happy, we are happy and chances are they will continue to keep renting which is a plus for us!!! Creative Concepts was my property manager for 8 + years. They are wonderful and responsive. Natalie, who is now the owner of the business, and Kay handled necessary services for my property in a timely manner. Any time I called, they were there to assist me. Every year I was in need of a tenant, they were able to provide one; people who were responsible tenants. Do not pay attention to negative reviews. Most of them are renters who did not receive their deposit because they failed to abide by the rules. All of my tenants received their deposits when they left. I recently sold my property, again through Creative Concepts realtor Joanne O'Connor; another positive experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Creative Concepts as a property manager or for realty buying/selling needs. read more

Natalie at Creative Concepts is wonderful. I was having a difficult time with other offices returning calls and e mails. What had been almost a month trying to get a rental from the offices on billboards you see all throughout Yuma. I talk with Natalie on a Tuesday and was signing the Lease on Friday. She even went and took additional photos of the property for us since we are in Phoenix. I can not express enough how above and beyond the whole offices customer service is. I was a renter with Creative Concepts and I wish I had listened to the previous reviews written here. I have never received anything less than my full deposit from rentals, and due to my work, I have rented in four different states over the past twenty years. They will do everything to keep your deposit, and will promise to fix things over the years but will never actually do it. They know you are busy and will make sure to hound you for rent - before it is actually due - you get the picture. If you have no alternative and have no where to live, just be prepared for these circumstances - they are why people compare real estate management and sales with the worst used car salesman - stay away! read more

This management company is HORRIBLE!! They didn't realize we were moving in before the first of the month (even though it states it on our lease agreement). None of the improvements were done that we were promised. The carpets smelled of pet urine, the blinds were all bent and unusable, there weren't any light covers throughout the house. The conditions were miserable and they did NOTHING to improve them. Upon moving out, they tried to say that there were things wrong w/ the house that were wrong when we moved in. After 3 years the homeowner wanted to move back into their home and I was given plenty of time to find a place to move to. I rented the 2nd home from Creative Concepts Realty and they rolled my $1,400.00 deposit from the first home to the 2nd home. I only had 3 times in 4 years were I needed to place a Service Call but each time they came through with Flying Colors to take care of my concerns. If I need to rent a home in the future Creative Concepts Realty will be the company that I will use without a doubt and I will recommend them to anyone that needs to rent a home or has a home that they need to have rented. read more

BEWARE- Your security deposit will not be returned!!!! It does not matter how good you clean or take care of the place, your security deposit will not be returned. After living in one of their homes for over 3 years and taking care of the place, a check of $45 was returned from a $900 security deposit. We cleaned up the yard but were charged $230 for a yard clean up. We moved out on the 5th of the month and they decided to clean up weeds on the 21st. Of course weeds will grow back!!!! We were exhausted with all the cleaning we did and the move out walk through seemed to have gone well- so we thought. LaDonna came in and told us what to get cleaned better and returned a couple hours later letting us know a tree would be replaced, the carpet would be cleaned and some painting on patched holes. We were fine with this. The check and invoices said a different story. Again, BEWARE of them. If you are expecting a security deposit refund- DO NOT RENT ONE OF THEIR PROPERTIES. They will give you the "nice" people upon move in but you will get what they call the "tough" one upon move out. read more
