The worst experience ever. Kept shutting off the tv during orientation. Then after in the room couldn't get communication over the walkie talkie. We were trying to get a clue through the methods they told us to use. 10 minutes waiting we finally went out to the desk. The employee was on the phone. I asked if she was getting our walkie talkie messages and she said yes but I'm on the phone. We tried several times after that and finally walked out with 4 minutes left on our time as we could not finish in that time. Absolutely awful location. Not enough staff or training on how to run the business and no management onsite. read more

Visited on Feb 7th. The themes of the rooms are interesting and the puzzles challenging in the harder rooms but all mostly number/letter locks, nothing more. We arrived early as requested, watched the info video, and put oir items in the locker. We started the game and about 20 min in needed a clue. The young lady at the desk (evening) was so incredibly rude and very disorganized. We lost time as she was answering the phone and taking new reservations so not delivering clues while the time ticked down. We had to leave the room at one point as we sat for several minutes with no help only to find her on the phone. When expressing our frustration at the end of the night she was so dismissive. I emailed asking for a response from the manager and am waiting to hear. Honestly I think this is a Staffing/Mgmt issue as how can you expect one person to be a "game master" for 3 rooms while also managing phones? Was a waste of $115 which I wished we had spent elsewhere. read more

Escape room is a fun experience and we're very accommodating with our larger party booking process. The layout of the room was well organized and clues were thoughtfully done. The host was super friendly and kept our group engaged. Will definitely be returning for another room. read more

We went with a group of 8 and had so much fun! We would definitely go back for another challenge :) Staff were friendly and helpful. The establishment was clean and the video we watched prior to going in cleared up any questions we might have had. The Room that we did was called the "bomb squad." We went in to get some information regarding the escape room and how it would work and the girl at the front desk was extremely rude, sarcastic and dismissive. She gave me the impression that she didn't want to be bothered and couldn't care less that we were interested in spending our money there. It's really unfortunate, we've been considering doing this for a while and my wife was taking me for my birthday, but after the way we were treated I will not be spending my money here. We'll find something else to do and unless you don't care about staff being rude to you, I recommend you find something else to do also. read more

One of the worst escape rooms I've done, out of around 50 rooms. It's a very simplistic "room in a box" style room. Open a drawer, find a key to open the next drawer. There is never more than one puzzle to work on, so if you brought 3 players, two of them are bored at all times. They had 2 locks to be solved with a magnet in the room, and if you use the unmarked magnet on the "wrong" one they get all snippy... until you find a second unmarked magnet. Really missing basic escape room fundamentals. PLEASE don't let this be the first escape room you run. Almost any other establishment would be a better example of the genre. read more

We tried the bomb squad room with a large group. We were all having a blast with the room master. Candace was awesome! The room isn't overly difficult but it does make your brain work quite a bit. We had teenagers and adults so our crowd was mixed. If you are looking for something to do we recommend that you check this place it. It's something that you normally wouldn't do but you'll enjoy it! read more

Went with a small group of four adults last night. This is the best fun to be had in Yuma! We did the DaVinci room and it really felt like being transported to another world. We found each clue to be clever, intuitive, and full of surprises! We escaped with 45 seconds remaining on the clock. It was amazing! Highly recommended for families or small groups. read more

Me and my friends really enjoyed this escape room! We did think some of the decorations threw us off at times, but the workers were really nice and thoughtful. We did the bar themed one. The clue for the next hint was very brain activating. In the end, worth it! read more

My family went here together and had a great time, however, in our room (DaVinci), there were at least 2 puzzle pieces missing. We spent about 20 minutes confused until the "Gamemaster" eventually realized there was a missing piece in our puzzle and had to tell us what we were missing. We went on for about another 20 minutes until we see our door open and the "Gamemaster" poke her head in with another piece, proclaiming "I don't know why there are so many freaking clues missing." All I can say is that my family and I were slightly disappointed. When we exited the game, my family and I were surprised that the lady working was not apologetic nor did she offer us a refund or half off or any compensation for missing so many clues that slowed us down a great bit. Overall, of course we had fun because we were with family, however, because the game was missing some clues and the "Gamemaster" showed us no sympathy, we give it 1 star. We can only hope that the missing pieces will be put in place for the next family that comes along. read more

This is absolutely the best! Family and I tried the Da Vinci room and the Prohibition room and the sets were so interactive and detailed! You got an awesome soundtrack to your experience that matches the theme of the room. The awesome part is that if you get stuck on a clue you can request hints. We can't wait to test the other rooms they have. Every day of Spring Break my kids were asking to go back, so this place is definitely doing something right!
