Not only did they confidently take on the bikes, they invited me down to help with the build and then went above and beyond by delivering the finished bikes back to our home in Palm Desert. That level of service is rare. And as any rider knows, things don't always go as planned--whether it's a blown tire or a derailleur that needs adjusting.
