6/10/2026 - I had an very amazing experience at this Chuck E. Cheese last night! I was very impressed with the way the workers managed things around there. One worker, in particular, was very sweet and helpful with the games. I believe her name was Edith. She was very attentive to my daughter when there was an issue, and she was very quick to solve any problems I noticed. The pizza was great, and I had a wonderful time! For this visit, we decided to try a new menu item: the App Sampler, which includes three appetizers. The wings can be ordered traditional or boneless with your choice of sauce, and we added pepperoni to the cheese bread for a little extra flavor. The sampler is advertised as serving 2-4 people. It was the perfect amount for our family of three (two adults and a toddler), although I was expecting more wings. If we had been a group of four, it would have worked out to about one wing per person. The fries were well seasoned and one of the highlights of the meal. The cheese bread was tasty, and while the pizza was good, it was a bit on the greasy side. Our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and our toddler had fun playing in the Adventure Dome while we waited. The restaurant wasn't as busy as it has been during previous visits, which made for a more relaxed experience. Everything appeared clean and organized, and the staff was courteous and patient throughout our visit. The only area that could use improvement was the restrooms, which were in need of a deeper cleaning. Chuck E. Absolutely the worst Chuck E. Cheese I've ever been to. This place has completely gone down hill. We were invited to a birthday party, no one was assisting the family with the party. My kid lost points on their card and after standing in line no one would refund her for the broken machine taking her points. My kids saved their tickets from a previous time and they wouldn't honor them, after one of the workers said they would. We waited for 20 minutes for someone to help us at the ticket counter for my kids to pick prizes. Workers kept passing us but no one would help us. People were making pizza and cleaning but no one would help with the prizes. Pretty lame place, there's a lot better places to have parties...especially for the price you're paying. read more

My friend and I came here to get the proverbial "free Veterans Day Personal Pizza" but I couldn't help but noticing how much things have changed...since a year ago! Gone are the animated mascots, replaced with big video screens showing updated videos, etc. Also, there's an interactive digital floorboard game-thing for the kids. I thought the changes were very streamlined and I'm here for them. Even though my kids are now young adults the arcade section still looks enticing enough for their current age. While I found the Pizza decent enough, I must applaud the company for providing a play space for parties that is still relevant for the times! read more

Seems for much smaller age group. As other toddlers and preschool age. They removed the child checking station but still stamped you at the counter. Prices definitely went up... salad bar was fresh but limited. Could use more items. Pizza was ok. Not too impressed; you got to eat it hot; needs Coke products; games were for young ones. Had a 10 yr old that was not impressed; a teen who thinks they could have had some teen games. Ambience is as e pected.. cheery and fun music.. however, kids out of control. You will wait 30 minutes just to place your order, they have one register open and they have to stop and check the stamps when people are leaving. This is the worst location!! Omg then we didn't ask for the coils and they automatically gave them to us and charged us $4 for 2 of them. Even as an adult I still enjoy going to Chuck E Cheese. This location is clean and has a decent selection of games. There's not much to do in Yuma so it's nice they have a place where kids can be kids. Remember to check in using Four Square for 5 free tokens. We stopped by just to take the photo booth pictures. Now a days 25 cents can't get you anything. So a photo printout is totally worth it! read more

Came out for some fun with the 3 year old. Door says open til 10pm perfect we arrived at 8pm. There was six of us. We were ready to play and order some a family meals. We were greeted by Gary. We are told we would only be able to play for 30mins. Why? Because they close at 9pm not 10pm (okay). Tried to order a salad we're given a gentle "no, the salad bar is going to get cleaned up in a few". Mind you only one other family (3 members) were there. They didn't order any food just went straight to the games. We decided that although our business appeared to be needed due to the lack of patrons, Gary didn't have a desire to hold on it. Off we went to Peter Piper which to no ones surprise was very busy. Although Chuck E. Cheese holds fond childhood memories it slowly fades with experiences like these. read more

In my head this was the perfect spot to let my toddler blow off steam during a road trip, this didn't quite add up. Pizza was greasy and overpriced for the quality. Good selection of kid friendly games. I like the idea of their check in and out system for kid safety however there wasn't anyone actively working the door so you were stuck waiting to enter and exit. Play area was very small and better suited for ages 4+, the breaking point for me was the chunk of some poor little girls hair stuck to a screw in the slide. read more

We scheduled a birthday party for 3 of our kids that share a birthday for the month of November. The young lady who was setting up and serving us was amazing! She was so sweet and catered to all the kids the manager on duty was also very welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed and being attentive. I was concerned how our experience would be since last year we went and we left due to lack of customer service; mostly rudeness. We were scheduled as the last party and due to ticket counting stayed after closing. NOT ONCE did we feel rushed or were we told we needed to leave. They were AMAZING! 5 stars to Yuma CC! You have really stepped up your game! highly recommend it now that the new management has really improved it with amazingly cheerful environment! read more

I came here a week or so ago when they had a deal going for $15 all day play. I brought my 2 nephews and my niece and paid $45 for some game cards plus food. After about 20 minutes of play time, my nephew tells me his card fell and when he tried to grab it, it slid under the next machine which was too close you couldn't reach under. I let him know it's fine and went to look for a worker for help getting it or possibly getting a new card. A young man named Gabriel came out and went to check it out and said he did see the card, but the machine was too big so it would be hard to move. He said we can try getting a new card if I have my receipt, which I did. I gave him the receipt and he said he needed to ask his manager. This is when the very unhelpful general manager, Collen, comes in. Gabriel goes to the back area and I hear him ask and the manager saying no. Gabriel then returns and let's me know that the receipt I gave him won't work, I need another one with some codes on it. I let him know that receipt was all I was given and he apologizes and says we would need the other but he will try to get my card out for me. He heads over and starts working on the machine and the manager walks out to do whatever he was doing. I double check he is the manager and then proceed to let him know that I wasn't given another receipt and asked if I could just get a new card instead having Gabriel try to dig it out. He said those cards were "special" and he couldn't give me new ones, the worker who rang me up even piped up and said she was the one who helped me to let him know I did pay for the card. He still declined and just went back to whatever he was doing. Luckily, Gabriel was there to help and was able to get the card out but honestly, that was such a hassle and that manager needs to take a class in customer service and ways to help the customer and not just brush them off. read more

This place has gone to great lengths to improve the customer service delivery... the result has been an amazing experience for my daughter, myself and our friends and family. If there's ever an issue or problem I feel reassured that I can count on the staff to immediately resolve the situation and at times even attempt to compensate us for any inconvenience (extra tickets, coins, discounts, etc.) Staff can often been seen making rounds giving kids free games, tickets and checking to make sure everything is in working order. The place is kept clean, including the restrooms which is a big deal. The staff are smiling and patient with all the children of all ages. Highly recommend it here for Yuma parents looking for a great family family friendly environment! read more

It's as usual. Nothing special. Here for a b day party. Crew didn't seem to energetic. I've had 2 b day parties here for my daughters that crew was great. No worth it to purchase the birthday party pack and reserve a table. My daughter's 2nd birthday party felt very rushed. After about 1 hr we were told we had to move to another table so they could set up for another party. I had to remove all the decorations, table cloth, food, cake and presents to a small table off to the side. I spent a lot of money to reserve a table just to be told to move somewhere else. My wife and I are in Yuma for a couple of weeks we decided to take the kids and the atmosphere was great and the pizza was not bad. But the dish the pizza came in was filthy with white smudge coated around the whole tray the pizza was sitting in. Very dirty like they never wash it. I complained about it all they said was sorry and its cleaning soap and when they get hot in the dishwasher it spreads sometimes. I wasn't born yesterday bro I know that was filth.
