Awesome place for the kids and if you're a big kid like me, you'll have fun as well. I took my daughter here over the weekend and it is a good way to wear your child out. Inexpensive for an all day play, there are no in and outs but the price is around $12-$13 for one kid and that also admits one adult, you can also hang out in there for the whole day, there is no time limit. The facility is super clean, I even saw the staff going through constantly cleaning, that was great. The whole jungle gym is awesome, you get to shoot soft balls at eachother, go down slides, jump in the jumper and more! read more

Our experience was definitely a 2 star one, but I'll be generous as I do have a limited point of reference. $5 admission for myself and my infant seemed like such a bargain for an indoor playground that seemed like it would have plenty for any playful and adventurous little boy to do. But when the 'toddler' area consisted mostly of exhausted parents sprawled on the floor, $5 started to seem like less of a deal. To give the place credit, they did not emphasize that there would be a lot of activity for my 9 mos. old, I had just inferred this from the invitation I received from acquaintances. But there was virtually nothing for him to do. I did like that a back room featured a large vending machine filled just with water bottles. I didn't see what was in the one of snacks, but I am a big proponent of vending machines offering alternatives to soda and other overly sugared and caffeinated drinks. And luckily, my child does enjoy watching other children play, and there were plenty of them. The areas for older children seemed like fun- lots of slides and chutes and balls flying out of machines in all directions. Plus, even I wanted to try the giant dance floor game that apparently involved running around to music in an attempt to quickly reach the squares that would light-- a sort of over-sized Simon Says. One lone toddler attempting to make the best of the toddler area by overturning the toys and balancing them on one another did make us feel welcome. He repeatedly came up to my son and tried to entertain him with his ensembles. And when, after half an hour, I told the boy we needed to leave, he asked me why. "It's nap time." I like the idea of this place because I wouldve LOVED coming here as a kid. But $12 bucks? really now? $12 for what is pretty much a larger version of a McD's playplace? So this is how it works. You enter, pay, given wristbands, hand over your shoes, and enter the play area where kids roam free. I was expecting a snack bar of some sort... but all they had was a vending machine of snacks -_- And warning.. the nerf ball area is LOUD. One of the machines that shoots out the balls literally explodes air. My little sister (age 5) was terrified of the noise. It took her awhile to get used to it. The slides here are fast! My lil sis went down two of them on her own expecting a short ride down but was in tears at the bottom :( Wimpy, I know. So I convinced her to give it another chance and go down the long black tube while sitting in my lap, but that didn't help much. She preferred the infant/toddler area so I let her play there. She liked building things out of the big cushioned "blocks"... my only complaint is that there were really aggressive boys in there throwing around the blocks while babies in diapers were playing on the floor. Pretty dangerous if you ask me. There's also a jumper, this lightup floor game thing, plenty of seats and open area, and free wi-fi! Depends on your kid, they'll either love it or .. not. My lil sis hasn't asked to return and even if she did... I don't know about that $12.... She'd probably settle for the park or a McDonalds. If you're looking for a place to take the kiddos to burn off some energy (away from the Summer heat) this is it. I was able to get myself, my 8 year old and my "23 month old" (wink, wink) all in for $15! Admission includes all day use of facility plus you can leave and come back no problem. There is no food here and you cannot bring outside food so you may want to take a break next door at the food court in the mall to grab a bite. I went on a Monday morning (10:15am) and it was suprisingly not crowded at all. This place is equipped with tons of foam balls that you shoot out of cannons, a jumper, tube systems and slides, dance revolution, a claw machine, small toddler area, a few vending machines, a photo booth, free wifi, small zip line, and for an additional $5 you can do the rock climb (you get 3 try's). Adults are able to join in on the action or sit at the side lines to watch. Socks are mando and must be worn at all times whether or not you are going to play. It's kinda weird wearing only your socks to the restrooms but fortunately they seemed somewhat clean. I did notice dust build up on and around vents and nets located through out the play area. Not sure if it's the same dust from my first visit here 4 years ago. Nothing a Swiffer duster couldn't remove, but that doesn't seem to be a priority with management. In regards to supervision from staff, there is none. Rules are not reinforced. Also, the padded structures are quite sticky and need a good wipe down with disinfectant. They even offer child care for 3-12 yr. olds for a maximum of 4 hours at a time @ $11/ hr. My kids left happy & burned out. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to others. read more

We booked a room for 1.5hrs and had a great time, however on our way out we wanted to pay extra to do the rock climbing and they said that we couldn't do it because our time for the room was up. They never told us that we had to sign up and after speaking with the manager, Jasmine, she was of not helpful and very u professional. Get better management before this place goes down. read more

this review for the visit on Sunday, April 11th, 2010: I agreed with some reviewers that 12 bucks per kid is a little steep for 2 hours of fun. I know my kids will not stay there for longer than 2 hours. And I don't understand why charge additional adult 3 bucks??? This place is a big jumbo gym. I wished they had a merry go around ... I am missing the plumy park when we were in Strasbourg, France visiting our family. I love that place. They got the big structure with foam ball shooters, volcano shooter and the cannon one. I don't really enjoy going up on the mesh structure, but it has the tube slide that goes around and around. The big structure is connected to a smaller structure with obstacle course and leading to 3 long way down slides. They have a inflatable jumper and a digital dance floor. They also have a place for toddlers. Over all the place is dark. I like to see some light in that place. I wished they have better snacks in the vending machine or even serve food. For 12 dollars entrance fee I want to bring my own snack in and eat. You would think that something that gears for kids they would have more juices and water ... Gatorade? yuck! ... I sneaked in my water for the kids in their cups. The ladies room is clean except for water on the ground which I hope is just water cause I got my socks wet. Overall the kids enjoyed the place. But for parents I rather go to CEC cause of value in price ... spending less than 30 bucks for fun and food instead of just for fun. I wonder why this place won the parent connect award? It is because parents can just drop their old enough kids off for two hours and go do their own thing? I did not see chaperoning from the staff for some of the older kids and some of them were playing pretty rough. And as for clean ... why are my socks black when I come out from that place. Review is for a birthday party: Definitely 5 stars for customer service. We ran out of food and our birthday coordinator/lifesaver literally ran to the food court and got us a Sbarro pizza WITH HER OWN MONEY. She didn't mention it at all and I found out through the front desk at check out. Polite, courteous, prompt and always there when we needed her, our coordinator Wandy deserves a raise and a shout out for being so dang awesome. She had the best personality for the job and I see her going far in life with her work ethic. I plan on calling the manager just to commend her on our amazing experience because of her!!!! read more

Very cool place for a kids to let off some steam. It's not just jumpers but something a little different. Neat place to come if you haven't been before. Guaranteed the kids will love it. Be careful because on the weekends it does get kind of busy but that's to be expected of course. Come with clean socks (even adults) as shoes are not an option inside. The only negative for me is the seating area for parents is very small. I found myself sitting on the floor most of the time as most seats were already taken. All in all the place is cool and a couple hours of this is way more than enough play time before the kids are over it and ready to go. Location: it's right outside at the back one one of the corners of the mall. It's closest to Cheesecake Factory, but if you parked elsewhere follow the signs to the food court by Sport Chalet. Went on a Saturday and parking was crazy! Attire: Socks only! Bring socks! They do sell it as well. (Well, plus your regular clothes. No shoes! And you might want to skip wearing a skirt or dress) Fitness/Entertainment: there's wifi for adults and extra $3 wall climbing, a dance revolution machine, a small bouncy castle, a toddler player area and the main entertainment is the jungle gym fortress with 2 tube slides and a triple slide, a lot of air foam guns and cannons. There's 3 levels of gun areas you can shoot from and they give you bags where you can load up on ammo or you can follow the tubes and position yourself where someone will hopefully supply you w ammo from the ground floor. One of the tubes got stuck with balls though and stopped feeding up which is a bit of a shame. Now, you have to be limber if you're young at heart and wanting to shoot some kids with some balls. (No worries, it doesn't hurt and you may want to join feeding that other machine which will shower you with even more balls). It's a great place for kids and I heard a lot of kids asking their parents if they could please come back. Personally, it was one of the kid playgrounds I did enjoy. People say it sucks when it gets crowded, but it's like clubbing... Who wants to go to an empty club? The more kids, the more targets! It was a crazy Saturday and I was just a little disturbed to see one toddler crawling and tottering by herself and had to stop her from climbing the stairs. (Parents please don't leave your teeny tiny tots unattended!!! I swear at one point, I saw that baby licking the floor while other kiddies dodged her like another obstacle) Anywho, the other good news is I woke up the next day with my thighs hurting which means that crouching and running and keeping up with the young uns was a worthwhile exercise. Food: no outside food allowed! And food and drinks can only be consumed at the back/ eating area. Let's face it, the kids were not here for the food, but it was a welcome break after all that sweat and excitement. I hope they improve on the food, it's like eating cafeteria food. Controlled Chaos is what I can think of. I went on Sunday afternoon. The place probably had close to if not over 100 kids & adults. Kids running all over the place. I'd say about 2/3 of the parents were watching their kids while the other 1/3 were busy talking to each other. They took shoes at the entrance which was nice. I've been to places where some kids have shoes off, some don't, all the parents have their shoes on. At least we know it's clean. At the time of visit, all big kids that I've noticed watched out for little ones and even helped little ones that were not being supervised by their parents, which I thought was nice since I've been to places where unsupervised big kids were pushing littled ones or cutting in front of little ones. Play area was sturdy enough that parents can follow their kids up the playgounds. Area for little kids only had little kids. Restroom was clean. Vending Machines were descently priced for this type of places. I didn't notice kids running around with food/drinks. There were parties after parties during about 2 hours of visit. Only improvement I can ask for is area for shooting balls were nice but I've noticed that kids were carrying the ball bag outside the ball area, including couple of them who left the ball bags next to their mommy while they went to play somewhere else. And the parents just kept it there to hog the bag instead of telling them to put it back. Which would not be a problem except I tried to find these ball bags for my kid so he can use it but I couldn't find any. Maybe they should place a big label not to hog the bags when they're out of the play area. Or just bring your own shopping bag. I was tall enough to push the balls to my son on the 2nd floor so he can continously shoot it but not all kids were so forunate. It's strange that I never knew Jump n Jammin was in Santa Anita Mall since I've been shopping there for years. Thanks to our party host ARIANA who was an absolute delight. She took care of everything from setting-up food, cake, drinks and even cut my sub sandwiches. A classmate of my son's celebrated his 5th birthday here. His family rented a room in back the for presents strollers food and cake. It turned out to be really fun for the children. The children ran around and climbed three stories of jungle gyms and threw balls at each other. There is slide and shooters and other things but this was the basic idea and it provided more than enough entertainment for the children. I was there for four hours and when the place closed, all the children were still as hyper as when I arrived. Parents are able sit down on benches in the middle of everything.. This is where I was the whole time but it did not feel intrusive or in the way of anything. I was able to see everything and see my son at any moment so I felt relaxed enough to just sit there and use the free wifi. I have never felt so relaxed in the midst of such hyperactivity. There were other parents napping or on their devices using wifi so I assume they shared my feelings. It seemed like my son had more fun here than he ever does at Chuck E Cheese.. where kids interact more with machines than with their friends. After a while at chuck e Cheese I feel on edge running after my son. At chuck e cheese there are issues I don't like dealing with, such as my son not being able to play when he runs out of coins, paying for more coins, getting cut in line, waiting too long for a game, getting the wrong amount of tickets, and things like that.. Here, its just kids throwing plastic balls so there is not as much potential for those kinds of conflicts. With all the running around hardly anyone bumped into each other and I did not see pushing or shoving. It might be due to the layout of the whole place. Overall I was surprised that I was relaxed enough to enjoy seeing the children enjoy themselves and just being kids...... read more

I brought my boy here and since I knew I would have really boring time I asked my sister to accompany me. She came with me in spite of knowing there was nothing fun for herself. Now the price went up to $14.95 per kid and it's okay with me. But they started to charge for adults too. $3.95 for second adult and so on. So I paid $18.90 to bring one kid. I think they are money crazy to charge adults who come just to entertain kids. I will never come back to Jump 'n Jammin and will tell all my friend to go to other fun places because Jump 'n Jammin's decision makers have serious issues. Adults' sitting area is not even nice. It is torture to sit here for even one hour. Come on! Please make a nice cafe area with coffee shop for adults so we will want to pay to come in and bring friends to talk with. read more

If I could add another half star I would. It is located beside Woodranch Grill in the Santa Anita mall. I have to say that this place seems to be kept clean especially when dealing with young children. It is a must. I think it's reassuring you see staff walking around with disinfectant spray. My brother had a combined birthday for his sons here and I thought the experience was way better organized than Chuck E. Cheeses's birthday events. It is somewhat crowded and it is definitely noisy. You can rent out a private room by appointment for an hour to have food and break room for the parents. You get a dedicated 'host' to assist in your needs and help keep the party moving. I highly recommend 'Bonnie' she was so genuinely nice and made sure things kept moving such as passing out the food and birthday cake time. I really really appreciate this. Book your appointment for a private room in advance and make sure it's in the morning. The parking lot is shared with the Santa Anita Mall but it is absolutely packed by noon. I roamed a little bit in the play area with the giant hamster tubes and foam shapes. The shooting ball room is a hit with the kids. Warning: It may start to smell more in the afternoon after children have consumed food. I think the farting and the burping escalates in the contained play area section. Some children do come out a little sweaty. My nephew was definitely pouty when we had to leave. I would say it's one of his best birthdays for him so far. In the private room, the birthday boys each got a pillow case and the friends can sign/autograph it with their name for a keepsake. In the back corner of the main room play area there's a little lounge and they post up the wifi password for parents who are just taking their kids for a day of play. I really thought that was a great idea. I also enjoy the fact this place is very secured. There's a gate in the front lobby and there's always an employee checking wrist bands and assisting in finding your shoes for your little shelf cart if you have a private party to put your drinks, gifts and shoes on. They even roll it out in the end when you bring your car around to the front to load up your car with the end of the day leftover supplies and gifts. We love this place! We've made our rounds of indoor playgrounds and this by far is my son's favorite! He's 3 years old and loves to go crazy here! There's so many things here! From obstacle courses, the foam balls and canons, the amazing slides, the bounce house... everything really! I love that they have a sitting area for parents to chill in with their laptops (free Wi-Fi and outlets) or for the kiddos to eat a snack. They also have the friendliest staff. Jump n Jammin has been me and my kids go-to place for a while now! While it does get a little warm, at a price of $15 for the day, who can complain? We love being able to leave, grab lunch, maybe go home and take a nap and getting to jump right back into the fun! Staff is always extremely helpful and polite. On this particular visit, Jocelyn took the time to make sure me and my kids were having a great time and made our stay extra enjoyable! Great job Jocelyn. As I would avoid coming on weekends since it tends to get a little bit busy, weekdays are great to bring your kids to tire themselves out, they'll be sleeping good tonight! These type of places don't excite me much, but of course the kids love them. Was happy the staff was actually disinfecting the different play areas but they began when people were still in there. I'm sure it was their way to save time so they go home but stop being gross and clean properly--wait till everyone is gone. I do like their half off before closing. We had our son's 7th birthday party here. The first hour is for playtime and the second hour is spent in a private room for food and cake. I paid an additional fee for a third hour so the kids can have more playtime. It was worth it. Our hostess Claudette provided excellent service and made sure the party ran smoothly. She had a wheeled tiered shelf unit to store our food, party favors, presents and food. My only disappointment was the food. You have to order main dishes (Italian food) from their menu. The pizza and meat lasagna were average. The Ceasar salad was pretty bad. It was made with iceberg lettuce and it came with a bottle of store bought dressing. We brought our own side dishes and a cooler with drinks. I would still recommend this place for a kids party. All the kids had a blast. read more

When the temperature is 100 degrees outside and the kids are going berserk being cooped up indoors, what do you do? TAKE THEM TO JUMP 'N JAMMIN. My daughter and son love it here. The play area is like a gigantic Habitrail for kids. There are foam balls and launchers everywhere so it's like being in a big foam ball fight (one of these days I'm going to wear a T-shirt with a big bull-eye in there). Lots of area to climb and crawl through. If you ride down the black slide (goes straight down 3 levels), be sure to keep any exposed skin away from the sides. Got MAJOR friction burns on that one. There's free wi-fi when Mom and Dad need to take a break. read more

My 2 1/2 year old nephew wanted to come here, so I couldn't refuse. The place isn't huge, but it's enough for me. You can't get in without socks, so make sure to bring a pair. The "jungle gym" is not the best suited for small children because you do have to climb up over 24" gaps sometimes. But, with an adult helping, it's easy. The slides are fun - they've got three wavy slides, 1 curly slide and a black tunnel slide. There is a central area where foam balls can be shot out of cannons - or you can call this area "get pummeled by foam balls. With all the climbing and dodging of kids on ultra-hypermode - you can easily work up a sweat!! I watched parents chasing after their kids - hair plastered to their foreheads from sweat, red cheeks, tee shirts soaked through. But, they were all having fun! There is an area to hold a party, I know my sister's already looking into it. Friendly staff but finding parking on a Saturday night at Westfield is terrible. read more

This place is pretty cool. My kids enjoy it here. I hate having to pay almost $25 to get in but if you stay long enough then I guess you get your money's worth. It gets pretty crowded and the kids may have to scavenge for a bag to collect balls in, but hey that's life right, first come first served. I like the fact that during the summer months they let you know if any camps or daycares are coming in. I was already there with my kids one day when they let me know, so of course I stayed. How could I walk back out when my 2 & 4 year old were already taking off their shoes? It was overwhelmingly crowded on that day so we cut our trip short.
