Their rules were easily understood on their website, and the requirements for the slide (area size, area conditions, items needed) were well explained, so that we knew we had the space and the required items (grassy area, enough room, water hose, outlet, etc.). Everything went very smoothly. Communication was great. Delivery and pickup went great. We had a total blast.

Our routes are planned to ensure every order is delivered and setup on time." That turned out to be COMPLETELY FALSE. Despite a text saying delivery would be between 11 AM-1 PM, no one showed. NO call. NO update. I had to chase them down, and the rental finally arrived barely 15 MINUTES before the party started. The driver was polite but didn't know how to operate the cotton candy machine because, as he said, "I'm just the delivery guy." The worst part was speaking with Kirk, the manager. He was DISMISSIVE, RUDE, and completely UNPROFESSIONAL. He cut me off, said, "You're upset even though you enjoyed the rental and had your party," and HUNG UP on me before I could respond. He confirmed a partial refund--$51.75 back to my card in a few days and $23.75 via Zelle--which honestly felt ODD for a business. While I appreciate the refund, a SIMPLE APOLOGY for the stress this caused would have meant FAR MORE. I actually wanted to post this review the night of my daughter's party, but I chose to wait until the refund processed to give them the benefit of the doubt. As a Black woman, I was deeply ASHAMED of how Kirk carried himself and how this reflects on the business. I truly hope he's held accountable because situations like this are exactly why people hesitate to support small, minority-owned businesses. This company made what should've been a joyful day incredibly STRESSFUL. I will NEVER use them again and urge others to think twice if you want your child's party to go smoothly.

Anita helped me in choosing the right selection for our party and I was not rush in any way. The price is also great as well and cheaper than most quotes I received. They showed up on time and provided contact information in case I encountered any issues or concerns. There was a minor issue that I contacted the store to let them be aware of and within five minutes the owner called us and talked us through it and even offered to come by and give us an additional blower. We told him no need and he came over anyway to provide a another blower and spent time at our house to make sure the matter was handled. All I can say is this place is top notch, reliable, honest and simply the best!

I wasn't aware of a cancelation fee via phone as she tried to tell me she did and continued to argue. It was in the contract which I did not sign but, should have been mentioned on the phone call. The slide was set up improperly causing burns and scars on 10 children at our party. When brought to the owners attention he only complained about the slide being used improperly. The smaller children who stayed at the bottom of the slide which was majority of the time sustained no injuries becaue they weren't using the slide. The older kids who tried to use the slide all sustained serious burns on their back sides legs and arms. This owner had no intentions or care to help us resolve this issue. All he could say was his team has been working for him for so long and couldn't possibly have made this mistake however my pictures show other wise. I do not trust this company his products or his workers. I highly recommend to find another company. Please review photos attached of the injuries due to the slide being faulty and not put together properly by his team. These kids were bleeding and burned and in pain today. On June 7, 2020 I had booked Super Slide Bounce House Combo w/ Pool, 8' Tables (x2), Folding Chairs (x2), Snow Cone Machine, and Giant Jenga from them for my son's 10th birthday. I paid $159.67 half of the rental cost. I rented it for two days from June 27th at noon to June 28th at 8pm. Michael Salazar was so kind to me when doing the booking. A week before the date set up COVID started to get worse again in Houston and we decided to cancel the party. Again, Michael was kind. Told me that normally they would put a time limit of 1 year to rebook but because of COVID they would give me another year. So I was supposed to have until the end of June 2022. The beginning of June I get a phone call from a lady and she told me I had to use it by the end of the month. I explained that we were in the middle of track season and I didn't know when we might actually be available. I told her what Michael had told me. I tried to explain to her that I had lost my job in April of 2020 and I was still not working and wasn't sure when I would be again. Long story short I basically felt forced to book it again for my son's upcoming birthday knowing I might not have the remaining half of the balance. So June 13th I found out my unemployment for some reason had ended. I tried to call them and see about rescheduling or pushing it out like Michael and I had talked about. No return call. I emailed them. No response. I have called numerous times from the 14th to today and no response. So pretty much this company has taken my deposit and refuses to call me back. I want to reschedule with them but they won't let me. Times have been hard for all of us this past year but taking advantage of people under the circumstances is inexcusable in my eyes.
