She was very friendly, and even though she recognized me from my initial review, she was patient enough with me to explain what happened during my first visit. I explained that the prices for the tables had changed from 6.95 to 8 she pointed out that the table prices on her website were the same as those she had charged me. (They were 6.95 on the website the last time we had reviewed them before the rental.) When I explained that I couldn't find the terms she pointed to her website and under the "About" tab were the terms and conditions. She also placed another hyperlink at the bottom of a 30 plus list of hyperlinks on her main page. And again under quick links at the bottom of the page. She also pointed out that her website is under construction and apologized that it wasn't clear. It should be noted that the Credit Card surcharge is for "over-the-phone" transactions and we did ours face-to-face so there shouldn't have been any surcharge. Because of her customer service, I felt obliged to add another star to the review. But until we can come to an agreement about the surcharge and the website is updated to be made more clear, I can't give the establishment three stars.

No dirt, not wet, sturdy, comfortable and easy to set up - now that's a deal for $2 per chair rental. Their website platform for payment and invoicing made the transactions easy. The guests at Dad's funeral even asked me to review Durami and give them the highest rating. The chairs and tables were delivered on time (even though the church's address is vague....basically a crossroads in the countryside). The chairs and tables themselves looked lovely...a cut above normal folding chairs and tables. And when asked, Durami's staff returned early to pick up the items so guests didn't have to wait around in the heat. Please, patronize this company. They will exceed your expectations. I wasn't aware of a cancelation fee via phone as she tried to tell me she did and continued to argue. It was in the contract which I did not sign but, should have been mentioned on the phone call.
