She was also hardworking, not slacking at all, and again - all the while with a pleasant demeanor and with helpfulness front of mind. ***Natalie*** even helped make up for what most of my party guests came for: the toddler play area being closed during my scheduled party time, due to a potty accident. She heard my concerns and frustration, expressed understanding, and talked with her manager to apply a discount to our party costs. I don't know if another party host would've done the same, or done anything for us in the same way, but we're sure glad ***Natalie*** was our assigned party host that day! And even though we would've loved to take our littles into the toddler area, many of our party guests still had a great time - the pizza was yummy; there was more than enough variety and supply of non-alcoholic beverages for our party; the trampolines and slides were so fun. Our host , I think her name is Kristy, help us to set up and was always checking in to see if we needed anything. This place provided a red cart to transport our party supplies, which was very thoughtful. We also loved that the party area already felt festive and fun, so we didn't need to bring many decorations or balloons. The entire facility was very clean and well organized. There were also a few pleasant surprises that made the day extra special. The mascot came by to take photos with our birthday girl and our family, and we received a beautiful acrylic photo keepsake with both pictures. My girl also loved the little goodie bag that mascot gave to her. The kids had an amazing time and didn't want to leave. I also like that there is a mini fridge in our party room so we could keep our popsicles frozen until the end of the party. Another thing I would like to mention, is this place didn't feel overly crowded or too noisy, even though it was a Saturday afternoon (maybe we were lucky that day) If I had a couple of things to add on, I would love to have a little more setup time for us before the party starts, since we're only allowed to arrive 15 minutes early. We also wished the mascot could have stayed just a little longer (until we finish the birthday song) Overall, we're very happy we chose Funbox Arcadia for our daughter's birthday celebration.
