I make spiral bound small sized books at All Prints and Mr. Pazuki turns around the print jobs quickly and at a reasonable price. This establishment is also a great place to go to if you need to do simple xeroxing because you will always get help when dealing with the machines (in contrast to many kinko's stores). Bottom line is the client is wrong and the company is right. I was tied into a one year contract with them. The errors got so bad that I was calling or sending email to them every month. The sales rep liked to talk over me while I was trying to explain the issues. I finally stopped calling and began documenting everything via email. I eventually broke the contract and paid the ridiculous fee to be done with them. The company rep talked a good talk at our office meeting...don't get suckered in like I did!
