During our sessions, I feel that she carries herself in a very welcoming and chill positive vibe, which I love about her. Ariel has always been so accommodating and flexible when scheduling an appointment to meet with her. I am also appreciative when she gives me a confirmation text before we meet the next day even though I have it in my calendar already. It's definitely those little things that matters! Honestly, it was really hard for me to understand and tell myself that I needed a little help, mentally. I was terrified in reaching out to any therapist, but I'm so glad I reached out to Ariel! I love how I can freely have a conversation with her without any judgement, move from topic to topic, and know that she can keep up with my thoughts and emotions plus help me sort it all out. I have shared some heart felt, deep and meaningful conversations with Ariel that I'm so relieved to be able to get it off my chest. I definitely feel that since our first session in June, Ariel has been by my side to help me open up, grow, heal, and learn to love and accept myself. She literally my cheerleader supporter but more chill vibes than perky haha. It really means a lot and I'm so proud of the progress we have made so far. I hope for others that are reading this as well, they will have the courage to reach out to Ariel and get the help they need. It's okay to ask for help. I'm so happy I did and reached out to Ariel. Healing is such a beautiful thing. (:

She always asked thoughtful questions, gave realistic homework to work on between sessions, and genuinely inspired me to want to change and move forward. One thing to note is that Nicole isn't the type of therapist who just sits and listens. She offers her opinions and advice, which I haven't seen many therapists do. Sometimes those are hard truths, but nearly every time she turned out to be right. Her approach, which is grounded in research and data, properly framed our discussions and helped me face issues with confidence. If you're ready to put in the hard work, I highly recommend seeing Nicole. You won't be disappointed!

From my very first conversation with Dr. Nicole, she made me feel comfortable. She took the time to tell me about herself, asked thoughtful questions about my daughters, and really wanted to understand their personalities and needs. What I appreciated most was how personal and collaborative the process felt. She took the time to get to know both me and my girls, and we worked together throughout their journey. I could share things going on in their lives that might help guide conversations during sessions, and she was always supportive and understanding. She was also incredibly flexible and helpful with our constantly changing schedules. Most importantly, both of my daughters genuinely enjoy their sessions with her and feel connected and comfortable talking with her. I'm so grateful that she has been a safe and open door for them as they've grown up -- especially through big milestones like one of them graduating. I've truly been able to see positive emotional growth and maturity in both of them. As an added bonus, she was able to work with our Kaiser insurance, which made the process even easier for our family. I highly recommend Dr. Nicole to any parent looking for someone caring, personable, and genuinely invested in helping kids thrive.

She would have a better understand of what I was talking about. What I love about Mrs. Amie is that even thou she wasn't my therapist to start with she has never pick sides or favor one more then the other. I attended this workshop already in a healthy relationship, family, state of mind and place in my life. My goal was to overcome my fear to move forward on a goal I set 4 years ago. I have accomplished so many other goals but this particular goal, I've taken many courses to help me move forward in the past but I just couldn't understand why I was struggling. Within this short 4 hours, WOW, did I find out WHY. I am beyond thankful for Alexis teachings, the WHOLE course was mind-blowing in a positive way. The best part was, I've learned more about myself without her really saying anything. It was her creative games that helped us all, including the ladies who attended (which I would like to add, we all connected so beautifully), for whatever purpose brought us there, find our breakthrough to move forward. My message to anyone reading this: I've been through ALOT in life, since I was 5 years old. Investing in yourself is one of the best return on investments you can make. It goes back to the idea that if you give yourself first, you'll have more available to others. Note: Alexis has helped my 19 year old son as well, overcome his struggles with life. Now, he hires her for Life Coaching, which I am so very thankful for.
