I had an initial free consult with Sabara before deciding whether to proceed with a $350…read moreconsultation with Dr. Zeidler. I've had previous surgeries, and with this being a revision, it's paramount that I find an office that's honest, professional, and well-equipped in an industry where it's hard-pressed to find. Unfortunately, there was some disorganization surrounding the appointment. Sabara started late without proactive communication, and I ultimately had to text her a reminder that I was waiting. She texts back starting to reschedule, I text back to confirm, but then she calls asking if I'm still free. That did not sit well with me. I was also disappointed by how some of my preliminary questions were handled. When I asked about the general techniques Dr. Zeidler uses to address implant malposition/pocket support, I was told those questions would need to be addressed during the paid consultation, almost immediately, without any offer to provide further detail in email. I understand that my specific treatment plan requires an examination, but I was asking these questions specifically to determine whether the practice's approach was potentially compatible with my needs before investing additional time and money. When asked about a way to send photos using a HIPPA compliant method (after I schedule the second consult), since email is unsecured, Sabara said they have a HIPPA compliant email and to send it through there.... The preliminary price range Saba gave me, approx. $15,000-$30,000, also felt unusually broad and did not give me much confidence given what former patients actually say. I was hopeful with this office, and with Dr. Zeidler in particular. The non-medical staff we interact with is a reflection of the overall business, and with Saba's tenure with Aesthetx, without the timeliness, accuracy nor helpfulness to answer baseline questions is disappointing. I've learned from my mistakes in the past from choosing to overlook staff unprofessionalism and unhelpfulness which is what led to my unfortunate need for more than one revision. I'm quite bummed.

I'm extremely disappointed with how my appointment was handled this evening…read more My appointment was scheduled for 5:45 PM. At 4:18 PM today, I received a text asking me to arrive 10 minutes early. I get off work at 5:30 PM, so I rushed through traffic, found parking, and then walked around the building trying to locate the office. Despite all of that, I arrived at approximately 5:46 PM -- one minute after my actual scheduled appointment time. When I arrived, I was told that I was "15 minutes late" and that my appointment would not be accepted. I understand businesses need policies to keep their schedules running smoothly, but asking a client to arrive early does not change a 5:45 appointment into a 5:35 appointment. If arriving by 5:35 was an absolute requirement for receiving the service, that should have been clearly communicated when the appointment was booked--not in a text at 4:18 PM the same day. What made the experience particularly disappointing was the way I was received. After rushing from work, dealing with traffic and terrible parking, and walking around outside in nearly 90-degree weather trying to find the location, I wasn't greeted warmly or even with eye contact. There seemed to be very little effort to understand what had happened or find a solution. I simply felt dismissed. I had actually been excited about coming here and had already told several of my female coworkers about your services. I was hoping this would be a place I could recommend and potentially become a returning client myself. Instead, I left feeling that a customer who arrived essentially on time for her scheduled appointment wasn't worth even a conversation. I hope management will review what happened and clarify the arrival policy for future clients. More importantly, I hope some consideration is given to how clients are received when something doesn't go perfectly according to schedule. Policies matter, but so does kindness and customer service.

Having tables now makes it feel more social and is nice when you're coming with a group. However, I felt like the experience itself was less personal. Previously, someone was with you more closely to help you get started and guide you through the process, whereas this time we were more on our own. The biggest change for me was having to start with a perfume foundation. I really loved the experience before because you could create your fragrance completely from scratch. I personally prefer very light scents, and I wasn't a fan of any of the foundation options, so I felt like I was starting with something I didn't really like and trying to build around it. It would not have been a perfume I would have purchased, especially at this cost. I was also disappointed that wine is no longer offered. It made it feel more elevated. I've enjoyed my previous visits, which is why I was disappointed this time. I hope they'll consider bringing back more of the original hands-on, from-scratch experience as an option and offering wine as part of the experience again. The staff member said it was a change made about a year ago, but I was just there back in June so it felt off. I don't like that you place a deposit in advance without knowing if the changes made.

The darkest of my bruising went away around day 5, a small scab formed and fell off day 7.
